I love going to this consignment store. The people that work there are always very nice and willing to help you find anything. Theres usually a sale going on, as there was today when I went in. The sale was so good, I was able to purchase 4 nice tops, 1 skirt and 2 sterling silver necklaces for under $20. You cant beat that with a stick. I purchased a pair of very gently worn (2-3 times) boots with the extra money I had left over. I also have a rewards card that I use every time I purchase something from there. Im very close to getting extra money to spend there.Its a great place to go shopping for name brand clothes at a fraction of those name brand prices.

This was a wonderful Consignment shop with beautiful clothing and accessories. Friendly service, anf honest consignment rules. I am sorry to see it close. Thank you for the business.

The store is well organized, clean and inviting. The cashier was very nice and gracious. I bought 2 pair of designer pants. I will return.

Always a pleasure to go there never know what youre going to find

I really can find some amazing deals in this store and would usually drop in a few times a month, but my last few visits have not been so good. The new ladies working say absolutely nothing when you walk in. No acknowledgement at all, except when they shout the amount of time left before closing. I visited on 3 more occasions just to see if it was an off day, but still no one spoke. The tall slender woman who worked there always made me feel welcomed by speaking and interacting with me and other customers. I hope the owner can relay this message to the staff.

When I need business or casual attire, I shop at Sacks. The prices are great and they sell quality items.

This is a very nice establishment. The customer service was excellent. The worker behind the counter was delightful to meet. I was a little disappointed that there no selection of men items but thats OK. The friendly environment made it worth a visit. I will keep in touch just in case some great selections of men clothing arrives.

The staff was great. They did have some neat home decor items. There is a large selection of womens clothing.I was actually in the market for kids clothes and was disappointed. Just some friendly advice. Kids clothes are a big seller. You should really consider putting in a kids clothing section.Overall, it is a good store. You can tell they put a lot of hard work into their store.

I have been a consignor/customer with Sacks for years. They are so customer-service oriented, and make your shopping experience feel like an outing with girlfriends, even if you are shopping there alone or for the first time. One thing I really appreciate is that if you bring items in to consign, they are so respectful, even if some items are not items they feel they can sell. ( They never act as if you are soooo tacky or your stuff is junk, or you dont have enough quality items to justify them even setting up an account for you--- as another consignment shop nearby recently treated me --- causing me to vow never to go back as a customer or consignor.) I also appreciate that any items that they cannot sell are donated to charity on your behalf, and they keep a summary of donations for you for tax purposes, which they provide you at the end of the year. They also offer the best % back to consignors. In the shop, they have items at varied price points which is great for those of us with good taste but limited budgets. They have been especially caring/compassionate as I have gone through the experience of sorting through my mothers estate items, consigning some of her clothing, jewelry, and accessories.

I tried to take clothing to the shop in which treated me like my clothes were somehow inferior though all of the clothing was high end designer clothing many pieces with the tags still on, I have never heard anything from the store regarding any of my consignment moneyI will not be returning I will go to Lily Kats from now on
