I have been in Town Square Jewelers several times for watch repairs. They always get the job done quickly. But on my most recent visit, for jewelry repair, McKenzie was so friendly and well informed that I brought my husband back to buy me a necklace that she showed me. Looked into customizing a ring that I already owned. Big box shops wouldn’t entertain it. Not only did Makenzie at Town Square Jewelers make it happen, but she was so amazing to work with. Took a ring that I bought somewhere else there to be engraved and they had it done in less than 2 days, everywhere else were 5-10 days out. Let me start by saying this was the first time I had ever been here. The positives about this place is how well they are handling the pandemic, they are limiting the amount of people in the back and they have plastic covers and ropes up to keep certain areas sectioned off. Everyone has their mask on and it’s squeaky clean. The reason I came was because my bestfriend died in August and her birthday is tomorrow, she would have been 25 years old, so I wanted to get a Pandora charm bracelet to gift to her mother. I explained that as soon as I walked in the door but somehow I had to repeat it two more times because the representative did not seem to care or even listen to me. She was completely insensitive, never have I felt this way inside of any jewelry place because it is suppose to be a personal experience for every shopper. Customer service is vital in a setting like that because you don’t know if someone’s coming in for a wedding, birthday, or god forbid a tragedy so you have to treat every customer with care and respect. I was extremely disappointed by my experience and I hope this will prevent something like this from reoccurring.

I stopped by Town Square Jewelers to purchase a Pandora charm for my boyfriend’s mom. I arrived approximately 10 minutes after the store opened and the staff were in a meeting. Makenzie quickly left the meeting greeted me with a smile. When I told her what I was there for she walked me back to the counter to show me what they had in stock. I knew I wanted a birthstone charm but didn’t know what she already had and I went back and forth between two charms for at least 10 minutes.
