I was like Im so Speedway never know what youre walking to be able to buy

The two workers that were directing traffic last night (05/16) at about 2030, one at the entrance and the other directing to the pumps, need a raise or cash bonus of some sort. They kept those lines flowing instead of a giant jumble like the rest of the city. At a minimum their work needs to be recognized

Every Speedway Gas Station that I go to structured the same and this is one of the main reasons I enjoy coming to Speedway. They are usually well stocked with a variety of convenient snacks and my favorite drinks. The bathrooms are decent as well. I live in Jacksonville NC and travel ALOT, all over the place about a 2 hour radius from my home. So going to a one stop shop who has your favorite things helps greatly. I recently opted in to the rewards program since I travel a lot and figured since I had plenty of times why not get rewarded for it. Thank You Speedway. I was going to Shell gas stations and would get 5cents off but that’s it. My appreciation for Speedway was an all around thing. Speedway offers an all around accommodation for their customers and that is why I switched.

I reside up the street from the store its my neighborhood store, been going there for 4 yrs I wanna say the overall upkeep and cleanliness could be better especially by soda machines and definitely the bathrooms, I WILL TELL ANY AND EVERYONE !! Please DONT eat the hotdogs they keep them up there All day until they are brown and dried up, and continue to sell to the customers, Im not sure why the some of the customers continue to buy, I have witnessed this for a when No Lie !

This is an aggregate of visits I’ve had. Numerous times this store has had their bathrooms closed to the paying customer for no discernible reason. Their food section is absolutely subpar to other Speedways with their hot case always being empty. Twice I’ve come by to request a $5 pizza and been told that they don’t have the staff to handle it. The only positive this place has going for it is their fuel pumps work.

It was a very clean gas station the gas was fairly priced and the gas station attendants were very knowledgeable and helpful when I needed help looking for an item. There is also a Dunkin donuts car in here a checking cash place in here and even public restrooms. in the back of the gas station there is a hot food area will you be able to get snack burritos and other foods.

I’m a supervisor at a trucking company less than 3 miles from this speedway. Whenever our fuel pumps at our location goes down, our entire fleet comes to this Speedway but as of today we will no longer use this location. One of my drivers gave the Cashier the wrong truck number and it locked him out of the credit card. I drove to the store and called the number on the back of the card and had the card restored. We informed the Cashier, Mr Cashie All, that we were good and would like to try it again. He took the card and proceeded to check out a customer and that was fine. Apparently she had issues with her card so it took awhile. Meanwhile another customer comes into the store, shops and goes to the counter, he acted as if my driver and I wasn’t even there and checked out that customer. I said to him that we were customers too and he got funky and said he has tried helping us and we pretty much had to continue to wait. I’m guessing he was trying to impress the young lady that was sitting in the chair beside the counter the whole time we were there. Not a problem because the card went through and I am putting up a memo to not use this location in the future. (Cashier: All, Cashie, Date:11/15/2019, Time:2:12, store 6997)

I go here frequently considering they are 24hrs and Im usually in and out but late nights when I go and the older lady that works there is always rude, has an attitude, and talks about people. She locks the restrooms on her shift so that she doesnt have to clean them. Just all around bad customer service. Shes not the worst but her attitude could use some help!

Jackie, third shift cashier . Needs to find another job . Went to exchange propane tank and she told my partner that it was too dangerous outside and that she couldnt do it. She told MYSELF that she didnt have the right key so therefore it all boils down to her SIMPLY not wanting to do her job .. by NOT exchanging the propane tank that evening, myself, my partner and my 83 year old had to drive another 5 miles and get one . Shoutout to #Kangaroo

If I could give Zero stars, I would. I frequent this location regularly as I live really close and every single time I go in there, the cashiers are ALL so disrespectful and very rude. Whatever happened to treating others how we want to be treated?!? And the one lady worker with her gangster rap blaring out of her back pocket, not everyone wants to hear that, I walked into a gas station not a club. I would encourage everyone to use the BP or the short stop at 301 intersection

This is the only speedway i really goto. They always have good hot coffee and the creamer is always stocked. The ladies on third are awesome along with second shift when I come in before the shift change.

Walked in to get a hot dog. The lady said there not ready he just put them there. Didnt take a second when the other guy at the register says oh he must not understand i guess as a Hispanic cant take a minute to think. I was going to just microwave it. But for that comments I wont be coming back.

Sales Associate CeeCeemust really have important business to attend on her cellphone. Seems like everytime I visit this store (which Im reconsidering taking my fleet account elsewhere) shes preoccupied with personal business. And therefore mine and other customers dont matter.New management. Nothing new, same old same old stereotypical gas station.

I usually come here with no problems. Tonight there was an older gentleman that was stuck. Just lost his home and he and his family were almost out of gas. So i told him that i would pay for some gas so that they had heat. As i got my things i needed and got to the register, the cashier and a paramedic were having a talk about this guy. It wasnt a pleasant conversation. When i asked for $10 on the pump they were on the cashier got more uoset because i was helping them. She intentionally did not ring up the gas i asked for even tho she lied and said she did. I went out and told the guy he was good and then i waited to make sure they got the gas. But he kept trying to pump and nothing was coming out. I knew she lied and didnt ring up the gas cause my total wasnt right. So she sent another customer out to tell me she forgot to charge me for the gas. So i went back in and paid for it. As i went outside i saw that thwy had called the cops on them. This is ridiculous. People fall on hard times. He wasnt harming anyone just needed some help. But i will not be returning to thus location.
