Premium was sold for a full $1.00 more than regular. Of course not advertised on the sign. $4 for a gallon of gas? And of course there was a 5 cent up charge to use a credit card. I have little confidence they weren’t just selling 87 and 93 instead. Obvious scam to rip off customers who need premium but don’t want to find another station once they’ve realized the price. Normally premium is 20 cents more than regular. 10 cents more is a good deal and 30 cents is expensive. $1 is unheard of. I’ve never seen that price difference anywhere in my life besides this station.

This is literally the worst and most inconsistent gas station in Fayetteville. Ive lived two blocks away for six years and it never fails to come up with new ways to disappoint. From what I can tell its not on the clerks at all, theyre always pleasant. Management consistently has issues with gas running out, point of sale, bad selection and shutting down during peak hours. Im not one to leave negative reviews but this place should relabel itself as an inconvenience store for novelty sake.

Wow. I rarely go into this White Oak, but I can assure I will NEVER go back now. Both behind the counter basically ignored me, barely acknowledged I was talking to them, and never looked me in the eye. You can keep your rude store. #donewithwiteoak

Employee tried to tell me they didnt need a mask because they were behind a partition. This is bad enough but the other employee was walking around outside the partition also not wearing a mask. Didnt say anything to a customer who came in unmasked.

Employee was already wearing gloves so I thought nothing when he got my hot food out of the case. Then typed it in on the register, took my money, gave my change & proceeded to help someone else with food. Notice I never said anything about handwashing or glove changes during this. Wonder how many hours the gloves were on. Might save money on gloves but... Something says health and safety violation.

The owner is most disrespectful and completely unprofessional. The pump outside didn’t print a receipt so I went inside to retain one because I had been charged for a car wash and because he wasn’t quite sure how to handle the situation he wanted me to just eat the $13 I spent extra. Despite how rude and nasty he was talking trash about me to the woman on the phone while I was still standing there remaining completely calm with him. Not to mention the place was so dirty. The only feature that makes this gas station even remotely tolerable is the car wash add on that’s not even owned by them. Will absolutely never go to this garbage gas station again.

What a fun time. I pumped gas, and at the end, the automatic pump mechanism malfunctioned, and I got sprayed, as well as the parking lot with 2/3 a gallon of gas. I went inside, not to ask for a refund, but to explain to the station clerk that the pump had an issue. Instead of apologizing, he began telling me he had never had trouble, and started explaining how to use the pump. Then he began complaining that he’d have to go put cat litter down to soak up the gas.Even so-so customer service would have said, “I’m sorry that happened, and I will go check it out!”Instead of that I got treated like a moron, and complained to by a truly terrible employee.He’s blonde with curly hair.. maybe 5’11”

These people must not vet their employees at all or they just dont care they have the rudest cashiers I have ever seen in my life. I will never shop here again.

Won’t even give me a receipt for the gas I purchased just because I don’t have a mask and there pump won’t print the receipt

The day crew is extremely kind and helpful. Can’t say the same for the night time employees.

Not a bad gas station but being that’s it’s 24hrs, they will randomly stop servicing customers due to one staff member on duty. This staff member closes to clean the restrooms and whatnot.
