We had a great experience and love our granite kitchen countertop. Great selection, service and installation. Brian was responsive and able to answer all our questions. We were able to schedule installation within 2 weeks of making our selection. Would definitely use them again.

Detail oriented, customer focus is this companys focus. Be patient when you arrive here! Theres so much more put into every sale that it will take a few minutes to have your turn, but its worth the wait. The staff are kind, responsive and really good at what they do.

This is the second time using Fayetteville Granite Countertop Company. They did a great job both times. Everyone was very helpful and professional. They have a great selection. The prices were the best around and believe me we checked. I will use them again.

Installed an over sized top that was measured 2 long by their tech. Damaged walls, soffit, and damaged cabinets. knocked cabinet out of level, and split corner sink base cabinet side off. Proceeded to use a concrete saw in place without any protection of customers home. Created dust throughout home that customer demanded payment for, and for all of this, the owner offered $25.00 . Two other jobs where the faucet was cut 1.5 off of center by same crew they had setting the sink (You would think they would know center of their own sink position?)

I was extremely satisfied at the completion of my project. Richard and his staff were very helpful in my making decisions for my kitchen remodel. The granite installation was done very professionally. I was also very happy with the tile craftsman. Additionally, I contracted Fayetteville Granite to paint the majority of the interior of my home. The painters did a very good job of preparing and painting. I am considering having another project based on this experience.

Not greatly impressed. I went to the company office and saw a number of beautiful pieces of stone from which to make a selection. I stayed home from work for an appointment for someone to come out and make measurements. The gent arrived, took some pictures heard and what my wife and I wanted. He promised to get back to me within two weeks. Three months later and after email follow-up, still no estimate.

And by far Fayetteville Granite is the most professional with the quickest turn around. They came and measured my customers job and installed the next week. I called the number on the website for an estimate as directed and after a brief hold a woman came on the phone and ask how she could help me. I told her I was looking for an estimate on granite countertops . Long story short she was very rude and belittling. I’ve since called two other locations who were more customer friendly and asked more questions without making me feel ignorant.

First off, the personnel at the store are very helpful and patient! The installers arrived within scheduled time frame. They were very knowledgeable and took their time to ensure that my counters were leveled, cleaned and sealed. I would recommend any day.

There were so many great choices I had a hard time picking one! so i decided to do the bathroom also because i couldnt choose between my final picks. Our granite installation was just finished today and we couldnt be more pleased. The granite selection was the best in town and the price was very reasonable. Their price also included the plumber which is usually a separate charge and the sink price and installation was also the lowest in town. All sales staff, especially Esther, were courteous and knowledgeable and kept us informed. Entire kitchen tear out and install was done in less than 4 hours. We absolutely recommend Fayetteville Granite Countertop. They did us right!

They did an excellent job. They were on time, clean, and everything went as expected, they even came out to make a second template after I finished some work on my end at no additional charge. They destroyed the quote we received from Lowes even with a military discount. Communication was great at all times, and I am sure that if anything went wrong (as they almost always do in home improvements) that the management would have made things right. I was remodeling my home and called around i set up an appointment with another company and they told me it would be one week for them to come oout. They came and i got quoted like $1300 so i called Fayetteville Granite and they came out the same day. I was quoted like $850 and i liked their granite WAY better. I had it installed two days later. Really awesome experience!

Very impressed and pleased! Richard and his crew did a repair in our home for a sink (installed to granite countertops about 7 years ago) which had become unsealed from the granite. We also had a small chip in the granite which we wanted repaired. They were professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and did excellent work! I am beyond pleased with the OUTSTANDING work and courtesy that I received from start to finish of my order!! The employees in the offices and the employees that came to emremove the old counter tops to peplace the new! They were ALL so helpful, courtesy and so polite!! I had no issues no problems whatsoever ever!! They cleaned as they went! When they were done they all helped cleaned up as if it was their own house!! DO NOT USE Fayetteville Granite services!!!! We had the worst experience ever, it was a nightmare! Similar to other reviews, we decided to go with Fayetteville Granite because their prices were comparable to other places we checked out. However, everything went horribly after we placed our order.First off, the estimated delivery date were delayed, and when the installers came out, the order was not correct! The high tech computer laser cut wrong, so when the installer came out he broke the granite for the sink and had to do a reorder. A week later, the correct granite came in they started installing, but had to make several cuts onsite, once again due to wrong computer laser cut template. We call Richard (owner) take a look at our pantry. However, he “Never” showed up.The installer scratched my cabinets because of the bad template design and had to fill in spots with putty to cover the crooked cut made with angle saw. We used a different contractor for our Kitchen Remodel granite and when they came to measure, they were shocked at how bad the granite pantry looked. They said that the installation was all wrong and questioned whether these were professional installers at all. Still I am not 100% satisfied with my pantry granite installed by Fayetteville Granite. Whatever you do, go with a different granite contractor, as Fayetteville Granite can not be trusted. Save yourself the headache and stress that we went through!You been warned!

When you book a install they call and say we will be there within a few mins if that’s okay.... you agree 2 hours later they have not showed up you call and say um.... where is the installers oh well we meant just earlier.... not very professional, very rude female staff, owner promises things however doesn’t seem to know what the others around him are doing.... lost the granite that we originally picked then had to settle on something different.... not a pleasant experience steer clear!!!

I visited Fayetteville Granite after I had already visited one of the larger home improvement stores. The big name store never called to schedule my measurement for new countertops. After visiting Fayetteville Granite they came to my home the next day to measure and quote the project. I was sold with just their responsiveness alone. It got even better when I found out they use thicker granite than the place I previously visited and I got to hand select my slab of granite. About a week after selecting my granite my project is complete and it looks better than I anticipated, I even got a good price on the 60/40 undermount sink. If you are in the market for granite I highly recommend Fayetteville Granite, you will not be disappointed.

If you need granite countertops these are the guys to go with. Ben and his team are awesome. They give great service and they worked us in a day early to accommodate our schedule. The install was very professional and came out great. His contractor Chris Canterberry built us the frame for a bar that was a masterpiece. Make sure you take their advice and go to Raleigh to see the whole slab. We did and found a stone we had not considered.

I WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF IT WAS AN OPTION. FIRST OFF I WAS SCHEDULED FOR AN ESTIMATE BETWEEN 5 & 6. 6:30 ROLLED AROUND AND STILL NOTHING SO I TRIED CALLING THE OFFICE...NO ANSWER.. AFTER GOING AGAINST MY BETTER JUDGEMENT AND WHAT OTHERS SAID I CALLED ONCE AGAIN AND SCHEDULED FOR AN ESTIMATE. THEY SENT SOME LADY OUT THE NEXT DAY WHO HAD NO IDEA WHAT SHE WAS DOING AND IF I MIGHT ADD, HALF DRESSED. AGAIN GIVING THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT I WENT IN AFTER MY ESTIMATE TO VIEW GRANITE/QUARTZ. WHEN FIRST WALKING IN I WAS GREETED BY A RED HEAD. SHE SEEMED VERY FLUSTERED AND ASKED ANOTHER GIRL IF SHE HAD TIME TO ASSIST ME. I WAITED 20 MINUTES AND STILL NOTHING. THERE WERE SEVERAL PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE WHO DID NOT LOOK VERY BUSY. A TALL GENTLEMAN SMILED AT ME AND BEGAN PLAYING ON HIS PHONE. I BROWSED AROUND THE STORE AND STILL WAITED. THE YOUNG LADY WHO CAME OUT TO MEASURE STAYED ON THE PHONE THE ENTIRE TIME AND ACTED LIKE SHE WAS AVOIDING ME. AFTER SEVERAL MINUTES HAD PASSED AND MY PATIENCE RAN OUT, I LEFT. SURE, THE PRICE WAS GOOD BUT AFTER THAT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I DONTN MIND TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AND PAYING A LITTLE MORE.

Richard and his crew took the time to help us decide on the counter tops that worked best for our remodel...lots of design options! He installed both the kitchen and master bathroom countertops with a subway tile backsplash on time and on budget. It’s been a year since the install and we’ve had zero issues. Would recommend Richard for any countertop needs in the local area!

I had my countertops installed the technicians were proffessional. My countertops look better then I thought they would. I appreciate all the help I recieved from the office staff especially Crystal for eing patient when I was picking out my granite. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Typically I dont do reviews online but my experience with these guys was not very pleasant. It took me awhile to get an appointment due to my job. They initially cancelled my first appointment but after a few calls to the bosses they ended making the appointment on the weekend. The install went ok but could have been better, they ended up breaking a screw out on my lazy Susan which I fixed myself. The stone strip behind my stove was cut to short so there was a gap between the back of my stove and the stone strip. Needless to say I had another appointment to get it fixed which they never showed. After calling more than a few times and a few weeks it finally got fixed. After the installation one of the guys that was in charge asked me to give them a good review online which I found to be ridiculous. Customer service was horrible along with my entire experience. Would not recommend these guys to anyone.

I called the Fayetteville Granite Company to set up an appointment for a granite repair. The day before the scheduled appointment I received a call informing me the arrival time window changed and that there was a $50.00 estimate fee :( The day of the appointment I sat at home for the entire two hour block however no one arrived nor did they contact me. So I called them and they informed me that someone would show but that was not the case. Later that day I called them back again and was told that they had an issue with an employee being injured on another job site which is why no one had showed up. My appointment was moved to the next day. Next day guess what, no one arrived nor did I receive a phone call from them. I am in the MILITARY and it is difficult to get time off during the work day. Apparently to this company the customers time means nothing based on the fact that they did not have the courtesy to call and inform me of possible delays or no shows/cancellations.

Ive used this company on 2 seperate occasions and BOTH times they were nothing short of professional and on point with every peice. Their expertise and passion are evident immediately and showed through my whole experience with them. I rarely leave reviews but feel like they deserve it. This business can be tricky and there are many things that can go wrong but, like I said, these guys were on top of everything. Thanks!!! A+

Actual granite looks good, however the granite backsplash is too short to cover damage from the previous. This was discussed during the initial consultation and measuring that I wanted a 1/2 taller backsplash so I wouldnt have to worry about doing any drywall patching/sanding/etc. This did not get relayed to the guys cutting it and so the final product above the backsplash looked pretty rough.I contacted them about it and wanted to discuss some compensation or fix it. Had some issues getting calls returned but did eventually get compensated for the touch up work we did to make it look good.PS. Tile backsplash in kitchen looks good and tile guy was super nice.Granite installers were super fast and nice as well.

Worst company and owner to do business with. Old owner was professional. Paid $3500 cash for granite countertop and backsplash. Upon installation, non-speaking English installers removed their piece of granite that was cut incorrectly and pulled the granite forward off the wall allowing it to rest on electrical wiring causing lights to immediately go out in 5 rooms. We pointed this out as soon as it happened and workers said they didnt do it. Owner was disrespectful and mean and only wanted his electrician to determine problem then had his attorney contact us wth a demand letter for the remaining $500 but did not want to repair what they broke! I had lights repaired on my own after months of wrangling wth untruthful ppl. If the job goes well, no problem but beware if they do something wrong. Their plumber also rushed the sink connection causing leakage all weekend stating he had to get to his childs recital.When ppl work we pay in full.....period but if you damage anything you have to be responsible!!

Extremely disappointed! I am not one to take the time to write reviews, but I am going to in this instance. I called to set up an appointment to have someone come out and give me a quote on putting in a farmhouse sink. I sent pictures to the company via email ahead of time because they requested and they assured me someone would be out between 2-4 two days out. So I planned accordingly. No one showed and no one called. I had to call them and they assured me by 6 pm. Again no one showed and no one called me. I called yet again and they rescheduled for Saturday at 2. No one showed and no one called and when I called again they said by 3:30 and they finally came.The individual said they would have a quote for my by Monday and no quote was ever sent. I waited until Wednesday and called. Apparently they were not willing to take on the job even though I had sent photos and didn’t even bother to TELL me. Don’t waste your time with this company - they don’t value yours. Support a small company who does value your time.

Eight day later the job was finished, well before it was quoted, I am more than pleased with the OUTSTANDING work and courtesy that I received from start to finish of my order!! The employees in the offices and the employees that came to remove the old counter tops to replace the new! (Crystal, installers and the plumber) They were ALL so, courtesy and so polite!! I had no issues what so ever!! Very good experience, they were on time professional and courteous. Ridiculously difficult sign to see from the road, parking was tight.Also some kind of signage at the old address telling people where they are now would be nice!!!

My Boyfriend and I are renovating our house. We started with the Kitchen and had our countertops done by this company. The process started easily and became the biggest headache. We were told the granite would be done in 5 days and it took almost two weeks. When it was installed the silicone was almost 1/2 inch thick to fill the space underneath where the shims were placed and the countertop is still not level. We asked for the piece of granite which was removed for the cooktop to be installed, as we wanted it for a cutting board in the house. We still dont have that even after the guy said he would get the edges polished for free to make up for the late countertops.Two months go by and we are now on the bathroom. We decided to give the company a second chance because even though we were unhappy, we do realize that every business will have a time that things dont go quite right. What is important is how it is dealt with. We ordered granite for the bathroom; Got a quote quickly, template done, and it was delivered early. This sounds great but lets talk about the stuff that went wrong as it arrived at the house. Two guys arrive that cant even speak English. They gouged the BRAND NEW wood that has been laid on the stairs; It is a large piece of granite weighing 700 pounds or more so you would think they would send more labor to compensate for the load that was being carried. The edge of the countertop is completely wrong. Our countertops now look like crap because the edge is not what we want and doesnt go with the flow of our bathroom. My boyfriend called the company to let them know what had happened. After communicating the issues, the owner stopped by to see the mistakes. Needless to say the owner decided to constantly let us know that mistakes happen and kept jumping around the fact that we were unhappy customers. His attitude was very aloof and he honestly seemed like he was not concerned with the matter. They are doing nothing to fix the problem and we were basically told Cest La Vie. We may not be a large apartment complex ordering 50 countertops but we are still a paying customer and expect the product to be correct. If it is not, then the company needs to fix it. In total over the years we have spent over $5000 with this company to merely be slapped in the face.Moral of the story this company sucks and their customer service is appalling.
