She helped me in any way that she could and she even came down on the floor to help me find the things so I wouldnt have to be in there so long. That is one manager or assistant manager I dont know which one but you need to keep her because she is an access to your company.

Ive been in love with Belk since I was a little girl. I cant resist the shoe dept, MAC Cosmetics, and now the handbag dept. I almost hit the floor when I saw that they were now carrying my favorite bags 🎒...GUCCI.

I always get good service here. This visit however earned a special note to say that I came in at the last minute for a emergency wardrobe purchase. The slender long-haired young man that seemed to be extremely busy, mustve saw the lost look in my face and pleasantly helped me find what I was looking for. And the ladies that were closing down the counters did not look put off in the slightest when I wanted to purchase something from one of the counters that had been closed down. You can always tell when a cashier is annoyed by a last minute person, however the young man and the ladies were just as pleasantly helpful as I would have expected them to be 15 minutes after they opened.

Located in Cross Creek Mall, store is well lit with friendly staff, no issues with purchasing great quality clothing and jewelry at this store. Staff appears to be well versed in items located in given departments. No issues at all at the time of my visit.

Ill hate to give it a bad rating. But Belk stores are not like they used to be, the selection of products has declined dramatically. Nevertheless, the staff her was wonderful and very helpful.

My review is reflective of shopping online with Belk and also the Mac Cosmetics counter. Both are unorganized. I checked for a specific item online and it showed that it was in stock, so I went into the store to purchase it.The person working the Mac Cosmetics counter was at lunch, so a lady working the Estee Lauder counter came over to check for the item. She didnt see it and couldnt find it in any of the drawers.After I checked for the item online again and it was showing as it was in stock, so I went ahead and purchased it to do a pickup in the store. I then call back to the Mac counter. The lady said that what was showing was inaccurate and that Id probably have to just purchase from Mac directly.I proceeded to do that and paid for overnight shipping, so that I could actually get the product. Then I got an email from Belk saying that my order was ready for pickup, so I proceed to call back to the Mac counter.The lady said she was looking for my number to call me back to say that they got some more of the item in. Literally within 15 minutes they got the product back in stock, so now I would need to call Mac Cosmetics to cancel the order, which was not so simple.Belk needs to get it together and get organized. Theyre a hot mess. I dont know how they dont know when theyre getting items back in. They get their inventory in within the same store. This situation took hours of my day, which shouldnt have happened.

People were nice. But when it was time to check out the majority of the registers were closed I had to walk around the store to check out. Inconvenient in checking out but overall it was good, Clean and the staff was very nice. Thank you!

Belk provided me with outstanding customer service! I love the designer handbag department and they sell the best handbags. I’m glad they are selling Louis Vuitton bags now that’s one of favorite name brands. It’s a wonderful place to shop, the associates are courteous to me, they have the greatest sales, and when I make a purchase at Belk I am always satisified!

Everything was ok but not much inventory like we are use to because of the pandemic.

I was able to go in and get the things that I needed. And everyone from customer service to the salesperson greeted me with a smile they were very courteous and was there to answer any questions that I had.

Very good offers, but the employees at least the luggage area that I went there was none I was more than half an hour waiting to find someone and when I finally found her she told me with an annoyed face I do not work that area, she told me to go looking for someone and after a long time waiting no one came and left, horrible experience, very bad customer service!

There were problems and they were handled through Belks customer service. While shopping in store everything was great. I had no trouble finding what I needed. The store was very clean and the tables and racks of clothing were very neat. I did have a little trouble locating a salesperson one time. Added bonus, some of the sale items did ring lower than what was on the ticket. This is a great place to shop.

Friday (Black) very busy, crowded, children, noise. Got assistance quickly and purchased my items and was gone. Tremendous amount of customers but sales, discounts were very good.

Poor customer service, under trained staff. Young people are destroying the Belk we use to know. Because they are lazy and don’t want to work. They can’t spell read or count. I’ll drive up 95 before I ever spend another dime of my money here.

Cross Creek Mall hours online state 10am -8pm. Well after getting locked in the Belk store, I found out their hours vary from day to day. I was in the mall and went into Belk about 6:55. I went upstairs and was in the childrens department strolling around no one said a word. Suddenly, I hear an announcement that the Belk store was now closed. I wend downstairs to leave the store. I could not exit via the sliding doors that exit into the mall as they had been closed. I wondered around and didnt see anyone. I ran into another customer who was trying to get out of the store through the same exit. Finally I saw a man with his mask hanging around his neck at the back doors appearing to be locking them. I asked him if I could exit through the doors that enter into the mall he said I could not because he couldnt open them once they were closed. I said you mean to tell me I have to go through these doors and walk in the dark around to Macys where my car is parked. He said yes I cannot open those doors. He never looked me in the face just kept doing whatever he was doing to the doors. I said well that is very dangerous and exited to start my journey carrying 5 bags. Thank God none of them were Belk bags. For those of you who know the mall this was at the back entrance of Belk and I was parked in the parking lot on Morganton at Macys. I think it was very inconsiderate of this employee who was probably a manager not to offer to call security to escort me. I would love to know if he opened those doors for the other customer. It would not surprise me at all if he did. Oh and he didnt even apologize for my inconvenience.

The department stores are ok, including Belk. This mall gets worse and worse each year though. Hard to navigate and nothing of high quality anymore.

MIKAEL, the makeup artist in the MAC Department is EXCEPTIONAL!! She is truly gifted and creative in her skills. She gives EXCEPTIONAL customer service and very patient with the most confused customers. A great asset for the Belk company.

I have lined here since Nov. 2016. My first experience with Belk, was February of this year.I Love, Love, Love, this store! Some things are pricey, but they have sales, and I live there clearance items ( definitely priced for the bargain shopper..Me)

Went to this store to find my husband some dress clothes and they had awesome sales tons of different styles to choose from. We ended up cashing out and then saw more sales and bought a few more outfits for the kids. Definitely a store I will check out more often.

Hahaha these extremely unprofessional people have try me bottles of makeup on shelves but won’t let you use it nor do they have them taped up or simply hidden. You can’t try clothes on. When you purchase them in hopes you can wear them, there’s no returning them when you can’t! Lmao!! Please just go out of business already, your customer service is s***. I understand Covid-19 has changed the way retail stores interact with customers; find a better way. Because what you’re doing isn’t good enough.

I had a pretzel and a diet Coke. I also found a place where they repair jewelry. I have 3 gold necklaces that need to be fixed. I will be going back. I checked the mens suit out. Cost seemed reasonable. Probably will buy 2 suits in a few weeks. I also bought a phone case at the wireless store. Very relaxing place to me.

I used to think of Belk as the store my grandma shops at, but while walking through to access the mall I noticed the clearance section with some cute clothes that my 29 year old self actually liked!I paid $2.94 each for 5 pairs of shorts and even a pair of designer jeans!! SCORE!
