I love this store!!! Plenty of really nice home and outdoor furniture and decor. Theyve got a little bit of everything for all ages and always have great deals! Staff is always very nice

We found a really nice piece of furniture but the sales lady was irritating. She was multi tasking but not giving us the attention we needed. It was weird that she wouldnt go with us to the furniture we wanted and just assumed she knew what we were talking about and started ringing us up... I grabbed another associate and took him to verify what furniture she was ringing up and sure enough, it was the wrong item.If she would have just taken a minute to listen instead of assume the issue could have been avoided.

Nice clean friendly workers and great prices if you can find the price a lot of things arent priced which would help the store sell more cause some people want ask the price. On something they want thinking its to high

Good cheap store lots of stuff. Big product turnover what you get today might not be there next time. But there are good prices on most stuff all the time

Nikki did a great job and sold me an awesome t.v. and bedroom set also bought a very nice but reasonably priced bed in a bag more tham happy with the results furniture is both stylish and durable

I simply love Big Lots!! I enjoy going there to shop or to just go and browse around looking at all they have in the store. The store, bathrooms and parking lot are well maintained. The employees always greet you when you walk in and always wishes you a good day/evening/night when you leave, as well as come back again. Big Lots also has a rewards club card, scan each time you shop, receive electronic coupons to use on other shopping times.

Very friendly people and nice experience. Clean and hygienic. Definitely will be going back.

Lots of stuff and the stuff is always clean..just hate to walk all the way around the store to access the aisles because they have the furniture display in the front blocking off the rows ..but nice store ..better than b4

Unloading time is great people are great but waiting for multiple trucks at same appointment not so much..people unloading are very nice and understanding couldnt ask for more TYVM

Went in for Christmas and the store is a disaster! After 10 minutes I just could not take it and I walked out. I dont do clutter!

Purchased a beautiful daybed!

I love it. They have changed so much since I last went there 3 years ago. They have very nice stuff, especially stuff to do childrens Ros, especially little girls.

I like to shop here often for household products and furnishing. I moved into the area from out of state a few years ago and left most of my things behind. Big Lots has had most everything I needed to furnish my home. They also have some grocery and pet needs. They have a rewards program that gives members occasional discounts, including a 20% off weekend most months.

Pitiful celleation in store.selves out of stock. High prices on some thins.let alone Valentine candy $10.00 and more.plus your milk was over $4.00,Walmart s only $2.00 and lower.

I have received the absolute worst service from here tonight. Came in to make a $2,000 furniture purchase and I was met with attitude and unprofessionalism. We have purchased lots of things including our current furniture in our home but me and my husband will NOT be back to this location.

Apparently this Big Lots was closing down. I asked for help from a salesperson finding something The girlthough was quick to say they didnt have anything like that. But...after looking myself I found exactly what I had asked for. Another incident of a salesperson just not wanting to be bothered.

Experts in their jobs.... Helped me with a return.

I found everything I needed today, Im not crazy about the layout🤷‍♀️ now but the store is super clean, and all the clerks are super nice and knowledgeable of were things are. They even had toilet paper and paper towels. 😂🤣😂

Friendly, helpful staff. The store was well kept and clean. Items were stocked correctly. Love the discount items I found there. I usually by pass this Big Lots alot. But I will be coming back more often. Found some interesting food items too, that are sometimes hard to find in your regular grocery stores. Love it!

Nice, clean store. Friendly staff. Honestly, this is one of the nicest Big Lots stores Ive ever been in. The store is well-kept and merchandise is easy to find. Sometimes have to wait a little for assistance with furniture, but thats just the way it goes. Staff working in the furniture department is super helpful and will work out the best deal(s) for you.

You can shop here every day! They have such a big variety of specialty food items. You will find great bargains here. They also have a great rewards program. As you shop you build points and before you know it a coupon is sent to your email box. Several times a year they offer a Family and Friends Day where everything is 20% off. During those times you will see the store packed out. So go early for the best selections. I have purchased quite a bit of furniture for the patio, kitchen, and my den also. I have been very happy with the items that I gave purchased!

THEY NEED TO UPDATE THEIR SALES QUICKER. AT 6PM THEY STILL HAD SALES UP THAT ENDED SATURDAY

I could write the fact that they had just what I was looming for at a great price first, but I really want to mention the customer service first. I was greater and welcomed when I entered the store. I was asked if I needed assistance finding what I needed in the outdoor furniture department right away, and the check-out was amazing. Called to get my item brought up right away, quickly got me hooked up with the bonus card, and brought my table out on the dolly. When I couldnt figure out how to put my seat down, she climbed right in and tried. She tried everything to see that I could bring it home with me, and when I couldnt, she helped me get it tagged for my husband to pick up later. She never got frustrated or was impatient. I dont where else I would receive that type of service. I really appreciated the awesome individuals who work at Big Lots on Ramsey. I always find that there by the way.

This place is clean! Bigger than other Big Lot stores so carts fit down isles more easily! Nice choice of items! Great deals! Love they sell items you will never find at a regular grocery store!

This is an excellent example of a closeout retailer. The building was constructed just for this store and theres always enough people in it to help you if you get lost believe it or not. Its well lit and there is plenty of parking. Dont hesitate to shop here if you are interested.

Big lots had everything I needed. In fact they had cream of potato and cream of rice soup made by bear creek. They also has my veggie straws and some electronics on sale. I will return. The cashier was very pleasant and friendly.

Prices are great! They now have a wide variety of products to choose from. The employees are friendly and attentive and not overbearing.

The last time I visited this place, there appeared to be associates watching my every move. I always stop in to check out prices and to buy items from this store, however, this has happened to me more than a few times at this location. I love the store, but if you dont learn to teach your employees as well as managers to be a little more inviting, you will lose consumers. I would be willing to make sure the public knows from my social media following if this happens again.

As I walked into the store I was greeted immediately and I felt welcomed, the store is very clean and neat and that is one of the first things that I look for. The only thing that I didnt like about it was the fact that they only had one cashier and she was a friendly cashier but they should have atleast two cashiers on any given day.

Loved it! By far this one on Ramsey St. In Fayetteville, NC, was the cleanest and most organized Ive ever been in. Cashier was awesome and super friendly.

Went 8n for a twin mattress and box spring, and got exactly that. No hassle, friendly employees, timely service. The store is always near and clean. Good place

I love browsing in this store, they always have a lot of seasonal things to look at. Prices are very reasonable but its a hit and miss on the quality. Ive bought things here that have lasted anywhere from days to years. Just be sure to inspect the product before you buy it.
