This is for the service departmentWow its incredible taking my dodge hellcat for service, waited 3 1/2 weeks to get it back, went to pick it up late. The next morning we realized one of the rims had a damage, contacted the dealer and for our surprise they told us we had to replace 2 tires and rims in that vehicle due to a robbery that had happened, they said a couple vehicles had some tires and rims stolen from their parking lot like What in the world and they never told us anything when it was picked up, and now they are trying to say since the vehicle left their lot they cant do anything about the rim thats messed up trying to say it has paint on it like come on now that doesnt make any sense, that theres nothing they can do about it, When you think you can have your car service and would be taking good care of it or have steady communication with the owner to end up finding out this dealer is not responsible giving us the Run around, giving me a 1800 number who cant help us well they lost a good customer will do a police report and they will deal with my attorney not happy at all with this place

I went into crown dodge looking for a car that would be great for my family. Samuel Mingledoff help me select the best car for us. Brought my work truck because a check engine light and issues with fuel. Kyle Scotton Assistant Service Manager, said would would be 3 days before they could diagnose problem. 12 days later they did nothing. During this time left two phone calls and no response. When I picked up my truck he gave me the keys with a smile on his face said here you go. Do Not Bring your vehicle here.

Rude service advisor. Attempted to charge me $190 for checking my battery. When asked about the amount of the charge, was lied to and met with snide comments. I have driven Dodge vehicles since Ive been old enough to drive. Under no circumstances will I return to this dealership for service or to purchase a vehicle. Id advise anyone to avoid this place.

The service department did a poor job of communicating with me about my vehicles progress. I was left on hold for 28 minutes. The only redeeming part of this experience was they happen to get me a rental car since my vehicle was in for warranty work. Overall, it was a very poor experience.

Went in for a walk-in oil change with the expectation of waiting.   The window given by the AM was 1-2 hrs for completion - no issues there.2 hrs 00 min- its in the back and almost done2 hrs 45 min - almost finished reminded him that response was given 45 min ago.2 hrs 51 min  - Itll be done in 15 minutes2 hrs 56 min - AM apologies for the shops miscommunication, added oil change and rotation back to the package.3 hrs 08 min - AM delivers keys and says to have a great day, no issues.  No service report provided.This shop does not appear to respect customers time by giving accurate information on wait times for planning and instead gives assumed, potentially incorrect, statuses which may cause inconvenience to a customers day and result in a much less than desirable experience.Also, after a rotation no mention that one tire has excessive wear and should be replaced. Leads me to believe only the oil life button was reset as well without being changed. It appears the shop is also willing to sacrifice the safety of its customers as well. Note: I was not going to post this until I noticed the tire.

Went in after work and also had to be. Back at work later that day. I was able to get seen quickly and serviced quick. Whole establishment really professional and also friendly. Jason was great. He was all around on top of everything.

Scheduled an appointment online for an 80K service for $148. I get there at 8am, my appointment time, they check me in and suggest an alignment. I say yes and everything is fine. 2.5 hours later they tell me there is no 80K package for my car. IMO it should have been honored since it was suggested by the Dodge website AFTER I put my make and model in. Anyway, they tell me they’ve only done the oil change and alignment and that they’re getting my paperwork together. Another 1.5 hours go by and they tell me they can’t complete the alignment either with no reason given. I was there for 4 hours for an oil change WITH AN APPOINTMENT. What was the point? If you’re still going to be waiting that long it should be a drop in service. I’ve had my car for 6 years in Germany, Washington, Missouri, and now North Carolina and this was by far my worst experience.

My experience was horrible! I dropped my car off for an appt to get my smart windows fixed in challenger. They had NOTHING in the system about me getting battery replaced a week prior ..or the appt for windows. About a week later I hadnt heard anything, so I contacted Jason (the guy handling my case), he said the part was in and they could have it done the next day...just needed me to confirm I would pay. The cost was TWICE the amount I would pay anywhere else I called, but I agreed JUST CAUSE it would b ready the next day. 24 hours later Ive heard nothing, so I contacted jason..he said mechanic had emergency, so new mechanic on it now and can have it done the next day. 24 hours later Ive heard nothing, so again I contacted jason. He said it would b ready the next day...then the same thing happened AGAIN! After that I stopped contacting him cause I was fed up! I set up a ride and time off work 3 different times, and agreed to pay twice as much. 3 weeks later jason said it was done and that he washed it for me cause of everything that happened. I go to pick it up asking for an apology from jason. He only would say he was sorry I misunderstood him. He never apologized for his lack of communication..which is his job! We go out to look at my car, and I said, I thought he washed it?! He said he did...which was an ABSOLUTE LIE! My car was just as dirty. My experience was horrible only cause of Jasons lack of communication!!!

I bought my Ram 1500 here in 2019 and I just sold it back today (moving to a city so were going down to one car that can actually fit in an underground parking lot). I liked the price I bought it for and I liked the price I sold it for. Friendly service and always respectful of your time. Highly recommend!!

I scheduled my appointment two weeks out. I was ten minutes away got a phone call saying they were behind until four which my appointment was at 1130 but he said he had it down for 530 so I said I can do 530 and he said the guy leaves at 5. So I rescheduled for Friday at 8 got there on time he said he was behind again waited an hour and a half and my truck hadn’t moved.y husband decided that was enough for our keys and left I will never go back. I understand if they get behind but how do you get behind at 8 in the morning? He could have called before hand and told me it would be better if I just dropped it off instead of waiting. But he didn’t.

We just bought a Durango From them and they were helpful, not pushy, and worked with us on a purchase price that was agreeable. Recommend asking for Will.

Avoid if you can. I bought a 2021 Ram 1500 in July and now the electronic clutch light is on and rearview camera is not working. I called to make an appointment a week ago and today I get informed that when I bring my vehicle in tomorrow it will be a few days before they can diagnose it. No loaner cars are available. When I asked to speak to the manager Kyle call me and stated that Norm (no last name) the manager said that they are not to work on cars until next month. So basically you can take your car in but its just going to sit there. I didnt buy a brand new car so it can just sit at a dealership with no way for me to get to work. First and last Ram I ever buy. Thanks Crown for your service.

Called for appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Scheduler said no problem. Went to appointment sign up stating 2-3 hr wait. Didn’t have plans they were up front that day. Ended up being 5 hrs 15 minutes. They were very apologetic. Then they told me they only had one mechanic working. No others have returned to work. Sad 😢. Should have been up front when scheduling. Great device need help.

I traded my 2017 Ram 1500 for a 2018 Ram 2500 Laramie. Terra was great to work with, did not pressure and definitely took care of some things after the sale. Its a great truck, the dealership was pleasant to work with and thank you all for a great experience! Very happy with the whole deal.

I understand that the service department is short staffed and behind at this time, I get it!! What I don’t get is that I had an appointment for service and I’m talking to a guy that’s in the waiting room with me getting the same service and he DID NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT!! He got there about the same time I did and the reason for the one star is he got his service done before me. I waited four and a half hours and nothing was done. I had to leave for another appointment and come back another day.

My service advisor Donn took very good care of me from the time I drove up till my vehicle was ready for me. He was very aware I was there for oil change and tire rotation, he also ensured that my last oil change package would be used for this visit. My only disappointment was finding my car unlocked when service technician parked it beside the building, never know who could be walking around the dealership lot and decide to grab any items inside the car.

My charger is a little aged now but still running. I had an issue with the brakes not too long ago and they got me in and out in a decent amount of time. Shoutout to Donn Gerald for giving detailed information on my options to fix the issue.

Truck went in for a recall on Monday. Donn told me it was going to be done in a day. Monday comes and goes with no word. Tuesday rolls around and still no call. I use the text feature and leave two messages but no call back. I finally get ahold of a real person and talk to Kyle. He tells me Donn is going to call me right back. Two hours pass and still no call. So I call again and this time I talked to a lady who promised me a call from the service manager. It’s 1930 as I am writing this review and I still don’t know if my truck is fixed, I haven’t received a phone call, and it looks like I’m going another day without my vehicle. This is the third time I’ve dropped off this truck at Crown and essentially lost reliable transportation for an unreasonable amount of time with zero customer service. I dread having recalls or warranty issues and having to use this service department. If I can get away with it I go across the street but because my truck is diesel sometimes I’m forced to pay for my truck being parked for days.Edit: day three and still can’t get a hold of anyone. If I didn’t have to work I’d be down there right now.Edit 2: afternoon on Wednesday I finally got a hold of Donn. After having a conversation outlining the above, I got a response that was essentially “My Bad, we are backed up.” Asked to talk to a supervisor and was sent to a voicemail. I hate this place.

I’ve been to this dealership with a brand new 2021 Ram twice. Both experiences were subpar, and initial appoint lasted 3+ hours without my truck even being seen. The second appointment was scheduled and could not be upheld because the shop was running 2-3 hours behind, therefore my vehicle’ typical 10K service would not be completed before end of day. Also, at request that something main shop be looked at, it was a 2-3 week backlog.On top of that, when the appointment was completed, the “wash” was broken so the vehicle was not washed or cleaned and a service discount coupon had to be requested to be applied rather than the initiative of the service team to apply it directly. Needless to say, I will be servicing my vehicle at a different Dodge dealership.

Sale guy was super nice. Process went smoothly. But when I got home my battery went out on the car I bought. I took it to auto zone and they said I needed a new battery. I thought that’s something that should of been checked. I didn’t know I’d have to be spending money fixing a car I just bought for 15k

Recently ran into a issue with mopar transferring an oil package I already paid for onto my new vehicle. Service advisor Ben Stone went out of his way to rectify the issue and when he unable to get someone from mopar to do it in a timely manner they honored the service. Thanks guys!
