Earlier this week my garage door collapsed when it was opening. I called JLC Garage Doors the next day and told them what happened. They came out gave me a quote and the following day my entire garage door was repaired within 2 hours. VERY professional business and was on time. The pricing was also great. These guys are the best wish I could give these guys 10 stars. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Fast response time and fair prices (very rare nowadays). Quality and very, very neat. These guys changed our whole garage door setup including 2 new doors, motors, sensors, buttons, etc. The wiring is very organized. We have used them on multiple occasions. Thank you!!

I originally called them out just to replace a spring. I took off work to meet them and before I got home they told me that I had to get my sections fixed because they had a 2in cracks in 2 sections. Mind you the sections were not sagging when the door was up and the cracks have been there for 2 years since i bought the house. And told me that I had to get that fixed before I was able to change the spring. I had the tech come out to look at the sections from the company they recommended and they said the cracks are nothing to even worry about. I ended up having another company come out and do my spring. They just didn’t want to do the work which is fine because someone else got the business.

I have worked with two other garage door companies in the last 20 years here locally and felt like I had to keep looking because of service. Seems so hard to find companies that will call you back, show up on time, or communicate if something is off. I waited a month before writing this review because I wanted to be sure that I still felt the same way after time passed. JLC will be my go to for timely service. I have been very pleased with my new garage door and the service sold me.

Great service! They picked up on the first ring, showed up on time for the estimate. Have me a reasonable estimate, then told me they would call when the doors came in. One week later I got a call that the doors came in, we scheduled a time for the instal, once again they showed up on time, got the work done on the amount of time they said they would, have me the bill after cleaning up and once I paid they were gone.I wish other services around here could be like this.Having people show up on time and then do the work they said they would doesnt happen very much around the Fayetteville area.Thanks guys! Came on time and as agreed. Did a great job, and explained the system. Provided additional details about adding other remotes as well. Cleaned up his working area, and removed all trash/boxes, along with the old systems. Would recommend this business to anyone.

If he says hell be there at 8am, hes there at 8am. After a free consultation, James was able to ascertain (and explain) the problems with my garage door, make an accurate diagnosis with cost to repair and order the part for us. He was quick to work and completed the job in less than an hour after the part was sourced.

Just had a guy come out and look at my garage door. He showed up promptly at 9, fixed a crooked part of the track by bending it into shape, and recommended a local company that carries the brand of door we have. Didn’t want to charge me for the assessment!

I called them at 4 pm on a Wednesday and they came out at 1000 am on Thursday and replaced spring on the garage door in 30 minutes.... The work was performed well and they were very friendly to work with. Bob

We left an after hours voice mail on a Saturday, they replied first thing the following Monday morning and set up a same day appointment. They arrived within the stated time frame to assess our issue and gave us a very fair quote. They returned two days later on Wednesday, within their stated time frame and fixed our garage door for the quoted price. They were neat, efficient, they thoroughly discussed the issue with us, we never felt pressured, and were very pleased with the work. Truly exceptional quality and service. Highly recommended!

I called these guys after my spring broke on the original lift system. They arrived on-time, did a great job diagnosing/trouble-shooting, and offered to fix only the parts I needed replaced. I chose to have the whole garage opener system replaced, and they got it done quickly with no headache on my part. Very happy with the result, and with the work done. Call these guys first! I had a failed attempt to repair tension springs. They came out (free consultation), fixed my mess only to realize I had the wrong sized springs. They took everything down, replaced the springs and the unsalvagable rod and a great price! I think they were father and son. Complete gentlemen!

I contacted this company to look to purchase garage springs so that I could fix my garage door myself but they referred me to another company that sold parts. After speaking with the other company I felt it be best to have these professionals replace my springs. They made time for me during their busy schedule the same day I called. They came and replaces both springs with in 30 mins. They were both professional and proficient at what they do.
