Store manager Jamal and rep Lisa and another rep did not inform me that by changing my home internet service to prepaid that I would lose many privileges on my xfinity mobile service. Two weeks later no one can find my cell phone account. Visited the Fayetteville location. No one took responsibility for not informing me of what would happen to my accounts. Instead rep Lisa brushed off the incident with no regards and the manager Jamal treated me like I was unable to pay my bills even tho I had just paid off every balance I had in order for them to correct my accounts. After two hours of dealing with Xfinity today the only ppl that even acknowledged the fact that my day has been inconvenienced was two foreigners working customer service over the phone.I’m the midst of all of that I had to request a credit on my account for being penalized for the switch of internet from post paid to prepaid which again wasn’t explained to me during the process. I have also had problems on the Comcast Business side with representatives all giving me different information. To be locked into long term contracts and having to deal with poorly trained representatives and managers with attitude and no patience is unacceptable. The problem is the monopoly that these cable companies have. I definitely will be looking to transfer my cell phone services soon.

Had a situation where they charged my card with a garunteed return of the phone service and then I never had my phone service returned. I waited over an hour to get some clarity from the manager, who walked right past me with no intentions of helping. There are a few good employees..but I would suggest going to another location with better service.

Comcast came to my home on 8 January to troubleshoot phone issues. This is how they left the job. Wires loose. Ground wires apparently disconnected. Boxes open.Comcast came back to my home to their correct shoddy work (out door cable box open, ground wire disconnected, wires hanging loose). They suggested replacing the outside box, but did not have one in their van. They even borrowed zip ties from me. And when I got my bill tonight I see they charged me $70 for the service call.

I entered this store, asked about upgrading my phone and everybody just looked around like I was speaking a foreign language. When someone finally spoke they told me I’d have to wait about 45 minutes, although there were about 4 employees sitting in front doing absolutely nothing and there were no customers inside. Not only did the customer service disappoint me, but since there’s no other Xfinity store near me I may just switch since it’s been a hassle just trying to upgrade.

Even with having to wait outside because of covid 19, It is always a pleasure doing business with Xfinity at this store. The customer service agents are always friendly and helpful at solving whatever problems I have, And I have never had a bad experience here. Phone conversations with Xfinity can be frustrating, but this store more than makes up for that.

I was offered 3 free xfi pods through xfi advantage plan. Online stock was temporarily unavailable. I had an email showing that I had been approved for them and I was turned away saying that I could only get them through online customer service for free. I called customer service and they said that I should have been able to present the email and get them at that store, that the store had 43 packs in inventory. Xfinity really dropped the ball on customer service. Offering a product through a plan for free, but refusing to honor their commitment to the service. This kind of customer service makes this company look like a joke. Im very disappointed!

I rarely do reviews but Ive been to this store twice. Both times they were never able to help me resolve my issue. And to be honest I dont think they even care! Save your gas, time, and your nerves and just call Comcast from the comfort of your home. Youll be better off.

I recently moved to the Atlanta area and got Xfinity for TV and Internet service. I wasn’t entirely happy with my services so I went to the store. I was greeted and received almost immediate service. Lisa was very helpful! She listened to all of my issues and addressed each an every one of them. She provided some information to help resolve my issues. Customer service was excellent!

The Comcast phone service is totally deplorable. The automated system only allows limited responses. Trying to get to a live agent is a joke. Comcast is way overpriced and the automated phone service is a total waste of time. The apps are no better.

Internet keeps dropping and all I get is an automated machine to reboot what I already did by calling. When you get one and explain to them that the cable was exposed, and duct taped and needs one of the technicians to come down and service it, they give you excuses to not come.

Also a one hour wait when I was told it would be 15-20 minutes just to pick up my equipment. The store is pretty and modern, but who cares if you cant get what you came for! They closed the one in Morrow and now all the customers have to go to this store which is constantly jam packed.After waiting an hour, I was offered an appointment, but that shouldnt be necessary. Just create a kiosk for customers to pick up equipment and go. With all the billions of dollars Comcast has, it shouldnt be this difficult.

I have been a customer for over 35 years, in 3 different states.Our son works for Comcast!! I called today to ask them to change my due date back to the 27, like it was 2 months ago. I was told that is impossible. They now have it on the 15th so I end up with a late fee every month!!! Thanks Comcast, I am looking for services with another company!!

My experience at the store was great. Davina helped me and took the time to explain why I couldnt get service at my apartment and what steps I had to do. She went as farther, and call the Apartment complex to clarify more information. I felt like she didnt have to do that, and it was very professional of her. Terrible service. Especially when youre trying to move. After you do the installation yourself and call for activation they mess up everything. The autmatic answering system is a pain. When you finally get an agent they dont even know how to help. And then they want to charge 70 dollars for someone to come over. After my contract is up Im switching back to satellite. Had for years and never got problems. Unfortunately when I moved to an apartment temporary I couldnt install it so I ended up with Xfinity. Ive had to call them several times in a short period of time. Never again.

The lady I spoke with was actually helpful. I went in to return a cable box that was no longer needed and after explaining the situation the lady offered some options that reduced our cable bill significantly for two years.So a relatively short wait, maybe 10 minutes, a helpful associate and I save money. What more could you ask for? Ok free isnt an option.

The employees are exceptional. We just switched 3 lines from another company to comcast. We bought one phone and leased 2 phones. Mine was doing some weird things. I went back to the store. Without hesitation, they swapped my phone, giving me a new one. All of them were great. I would highly recommend Comcast Mobility and specifically the Fayetteville, GA store!!!!

Went to this location because store I purchased phone no longer had my phone. Went in to see about swapping at this store. Had just bought phone 12/26/2019 note 10 had issues with it not writing on screen in a particular spot. They told me that I was not able to swap at this location because I didnt buy phone here and that I only have 15 days to swap and once I leave store with phone its as is and I should have purchase insurance. They basically refused to help me with this $1000 I just purchased. I called comcast and they said I should have no proble. Swapping at a different location and that I was still under factory warranty. It was until I asked for corporate number that they then attempted to assist. These black women in this store have the worst customer service. And the manger is no better than the employees. Then they advised me to go to camp creek location.

They do have handicapped parking. Although I must walk with cane or crutches I found on several occasions once inside there is no handicapped window. Nor is there anyone that will ask to help disabled out of a long waiting line. This is something Comcast should recognize and revive.

We received outstanding customer service on a recent visit to this service ctr in Morrow GA. My 90 yr old mom & I went to change and update her account after my father passed away. Even though it was the end of a long day, Elijah provided amazingly patient assistance, explaining the details to mom and then followed thru the next day to expedite a technician s appointment. I hope this conveys how impressed we are by the level of professionalism and service we encountered from this staff member. Thank you Elijah!

Customer service was fine but she didn’t give us the real plan on what we’re paying for with unlimited Data and 400 mbps. I game and it always disconnects and having phone calls on a group chat dropping every minute. This service isn’t as good as I thought it was AT&T actually has great connection with the plan I bought with them that was 300 mbps. So idk Xfinity is very costly for no reason.

Comcast is a total rip off, I have tried for a month to have my service 1st moved once I moved, they refused to change it because I owed a balance I paid the balance a week after and told them that I am not using the service I dont even live in that house any longer, had one of the reps say that they will call me once payment was made and credit me the 9 days that I was not in the house and move the service, no one called back. Now trying to call them is like trying to get in touch with the president of the US, and no one will answer I have been on hold for over an hour to get someone on the phone.. ridiculous

I dont think it is the customer service received from the employees here that is the problem. It is the fact that Comcast does not have an abundance of locations so this on stays busy. Yes you wait online for long periods but the people actually are friendly and effective.

I’m rating Xfinity/Comcast not the store. Comcast executives really should be ashamed of themselves. I tried to call the store today but was routed through the horrible never-ending maze of their regular customer no-service line. I’ve been with Comcast for several decades and have endured cable drop-outs and spectacularly bad customer service. About two years ago I signed up for an internet/TV service for something like $80/month. Through the magic of autopay I find myself now paying $214/month. After almost two hours on the phone plowing through their labyrinth of confusing pricing the best they could do is only $12 less than what I’m paying now and only for 12 months. After the 12 months their rate goes up to only $2 less than I’m paying now. Unbelievable... To add further insult I was told that offered rates would be lower if I was a new customer. I can fix that...

Over the years Comcast has had the worst customer service in the world. Once it took 5 visits to get my cable installed. Thats 5 times I left work early to meet them. When you have a monopoly you dont have to worry about customer service. You just pay government people and they make laws for you. Must be nice.

Got great service here this morning. I admit reading the reviews, that I was expecting poor services and wondering how many hours Id spend when I pulled into the parking lot. I had the day off and thought it would be good to go there 1st before running other errands.There was just one person ahead of me in line and 4 people working behind the counter. I was there to get a replacement remote control for one of the digital converter boxes that I have at home. As soon as I showed her the old one that I brought in for replacing she said thats not a problem, she picked up a new one and put my old one in a bin and wish me a good morning. There was no need to verify my account or do anything in the computer. I barely had time to put my car keys in my pocket. I was in and out in all of about 4 minutes.

Convenient, one of few walk in comcast service centers left. They enough workers to make the line go quickly. Was in and out, returning an item I no longer use, in about 10 minutes. Service attendant was even friendly, which is saying something for comcast.

Wow is all I can say. The tv service is amazing and others cant and dont compare, but the customer service is below par. Your bill will change drastically with no real explanation and you will go from paying $90 per month to $180 per month literally overnight. Take notes of every conversation and ask a ton of questions for complete clariry as far as service terms and your bill.

I know people are bashing this store so I will just speak on my one experience here. The phone rep I spoke to for an hour promised me one thing. When I went to the store of course the phone rep didnt apply the changes. David took my situation at 5:50pm before close, and gave me a better package. It took 30 mins to resolve however he gave me a better deal than the phone rep. Again I speak on my personal experience at this store and it was a good one.

Not sure how everyone elses experience went but mine went smoothly. I went in because 2 x1 and a router box were not sent to me, but rather a self-install kit i did not even want. The only reason Im giving a 1 star so I can vote and voice my opinion. Comcast is a ripoff completely. So I call to find out why my bill was so high and the lady goes because you missed a payment back in February 2011 I was like really lady like its September 2016 and I guarantee you Ive paid that and somebody elses bill. I would always go online and pay and they would still cut my service off and charge me a reconnection fee well not this time yall can have this expensive stuff Ill just do Netflix. Dont waste your time on Comcast its a headache and youll go broke dealing with them. They charge you what they want to!!!!

Since Im unable to call and talk to a manager I will leave my complaint here. I went up to this location 3times to get a new box finally the 3rd time I came here the associate gives me the wrong remote to the box. I called customer service which was fairly quick and nice told me I needed to get another remote. The sad part is they really dont have any idea where a customer is driving from to exchange equipment in th first place. Its such an inconvenience to drive back up there just for a remote lol when the lady should have paid attention in the first place. This location need to do better!

I cant even believe this is a real company. They are a caricature of an evil corporation. They are completely inept at just about everything the do. They signed me up for automatic billing when I first started their service back in 2010. A year and a half later, I canceled their cable service due to poor quality and pixelation. I kept them for internet. That week, I scheduled a tech to come out and pick up their cable equipment, which he did. I kept paying my bill and never thought anything else about it until I went on to their website to update my credit card information. While on their website I happened to look at what I was paying for in detail. Turns out I had been getting charged $44.85 a month for over a year and half for the equipment that they picked up. After calling for close to a year to try and get these charges reversed, and countless replies of, Well have to investigate this further and call you back, I FINALLY get some supervisor on the line that says, According to our terms and conditions that you agreed to by having our service, customers only have 60 days to challenge charges that they feel are incorrect. Beyond that theres nothing we can do for you. In other words, Were gonna refund you $44.85 x 2, and then keep the rest of your money, even though we made the mistake. Deal with this company at your own risk. They will steal your money any chance they can get. Not only that, after they steal your money, theyll tell you its your fault. Unbelievable.

Since when has comcast set up an automatic profile for the app for customers? I just tried to use the app to sign up and view my bill. This $#!% already had a preassigned. Username password etc. I never heard that til now and its been there since 2016. To me that seems like another security breach or hack waitin to happen. Comcast never told me that til today. 😵
