So glad I came here. The big box stores dont have resistance loops with enough tension, but YTFS does. And, unlike online, I can buy one loop at a time (not a $50 pack with tensions I dont want). Im stoked :) I also found they have supplies for the physical therapy Im doing on my ankle (lacrosse ball, balance board, etc.)

The place is not a big for that reason a get 4 stars but the service and atention is excelent and if you need equiepment for fitness or suplements is good place and if you dont see the thing what you want theys make the orden for you and you only return for pick up.

Your Total Fitness was very knowledgeable about weights and cardio equipment. I told them the dimensions of my workout room and what my fitness goals were. I ended up getting an elliptical, treadmill, and cage ensemble. Their prices were competitive with what I found online. They came and installed everything and I’m very happy how it turned out.
