The company was prompt and professional. Henry was my technician that installed the window. He was very patient and extremely professional. Henry took the measurements for what I needed and was back within an hour and a half to install my picture window. He was a very pleasant person to work with. I will absolutely use AAA Glass. Used AAA to replace double pane window glass in my home that was broken by my contractor. Mostly dealt with Harvey who was very pleasant and fun to engage with. The window was repaired within a few hours at a very reasonable price. Very satisfied with the service.Two things that I did notice:1. Despite seeing Harvey call down to the basement repair area letting them know I was coming down to pick up the window, I still had to search for the individual who had headphones on oblivious to the fact that he should have been ready with the window.2. There was an older woman smoking INSIDE of the upstairs customer and office area. This is appalling. Its 2021 and should be business standard practices that unless you are smokers lounge, you are not smoking in a common area with other employees and customers and customers materials. This facility has a substantial outdoor space in the font and back that leaves plenty of room for smoking outside of the building.

I could not ask for more from this place. I needed replacement tempered glass for one of my pinball machines, and I did search around locally. The man I spoke to was polite, professional and knew exactly what I needed. When I order they said it could possibly take almost a week but they would try to get my order in. It took two days and I got a call saying it was ready for pick up. Perfect dimensions and everything. Everyone I talk to was very nice, polite and professional when I went to the shop. Highly recommend, will be a return customer if I am in need. Thanks again

Stay away from this place. Instead go to All state glass.On June 4. I paid the deposit for a simple shower door. By July 29, I still had not received the door. I kept getting explanations about vendor issues. I could tell the sell rep A***cia was lying every single time but I kept sticking around. On July 29. I asked for my refund and still has not posted on my account. We called and try to sort it out this time the same person was rude. She needs to be fired. We are not fed up and file a dispute with our credit company. Please stay away from this business.

First rate service and work. The front office/customer service people were all respectful and personable. Since I was asking them to make two screens for a discontinued window from a company no longer in existence; the technician/shop guy (Henry) talked with me to ensure he knew exactly what I wanted. The result--the screens fit perfectly. I am completely satisfied with the company, and will use them again if needed for other projects.

I called late in the afternoon to get a piece of glass cut. They said no problem and would have it first thing in the morning. They kept their word and cut my glass exactly to my measurements at a great price. Definitely get your glass here!

They were very professional and did a great job replacing my inter- window pane of a double glass window.

No showed TWICE!!Spent two days at home just waiting for a quote, calling periodically throughout the day to narrow down the timeframes, to ensure that between my husband and I that someone was always home. They NEVER called to say they were running late or had to reschedule. I had to call REPEATEDLY to get updates.

Its taken me three trips / two phone calls, to get an estimate ( store front glass ).Made my first request, about a month ago.Still waiting ...I took a chance to get a piece of glass cut there.Ill have to wait to respond after seeing how long this takes ...Ms Becky at front counter, was personable and may be their saving grace.Well see.

I feel it is my duty to save others from a disappointment. I scheduled this company to come out and fix a broken window. They never showed nor called. My time is valuable and one would think that they would want your business. I called them back and received tons of excuses. I was then reassured that it wouldn’t happen again. Sadly, they never showed or called. I rate them a zero. I definitely wouldn’t recommend an unreliable company, such as this.

I needed to replace a window that started getting moisture between the interior panes. They quoted me for a window that would not match my other windows, I dont know why.I called and left a message asking for assistance or if they could match or near match my existing windows with no response.Their website link on this Google listing is also broken.Im not interested in a company that cant even follow up before the work is started or explain/make a recommendation for a window replacement that will not be obviously different than the rest of the home.

Our shop was broken into and the bum busted the glass on our door to gain entry. My daughter called Triple A glass, they were supposed to be here at 10-11 but the showed up 2 hrs early!! They even cleaned up the broken glass !! I can’t recommend this company enough!!I wished we had gotten the names of the service men to thank them by name, for they were very courteous and professional THANK YOU!!

Absolutely awful to work with... Called at least a half dozen times over the course of a month to schedule two window replacements. Someone came out almost immediately to measure it. I was then told it would be done that week and the window was made in the office. No one called or came to install. Then I was told someone needed to come out re-measure and it would be done the following week. Then after that time passed, I was told their policy requires a signed quote and deposit. (Weve done work with them numerous times and never had to do either.) I had a rep from my company call and he was told we had an account and they would get us on the schedule for the next Wednesday (two days ago) and it wasnt done again! I called and was told oh no, we still needed to come out and measure it then order it to be made. Absolute NIGHTMARE and I still have two occupied homes that have had broken windows for over a month. I do NOT recommend this company.

Had multiple windows repaired without issue recently. The techs were great, the lady at the office, not as good. Have one more window done that I did not notice the first round. I expect the price to fall in line with the others so dont ask for a quote. But no, this one is magically $80 more. The excuse, you get a discount on multiple windows. $80 a window, I think not. And it was $80 after I called and complained. Before it was $150 more than the others. I do not trust this company. And who smokes in their office in 2020, come on. Will not be getting anymore business from me. And lesson learned, get a quote in writing.

I referred my clients to AAA glass for window pane replacements. I am at the property, 45 minutes past the appointment time, however, they are NOT. The worst part is this is my 3rd trip for the window replacements. Their techs measured the windows incorrectly- - not once but twice and by two different technicians! Not only have they wasted many hours of my time, they cost the clients money due to a delayed closing as AAA did not honor their promise on the installation date they agreed to ... they were made aware of the importance for a particular install date at first contact. They could have easily made accommodations to correct their error (overtime on Friday or work on Saturday) yet they did not nor did they offer the client any reimbursement for their failure to deliver.

This place is amazing! I emailed them last night for a quote and recommendations for a glass desk top cover and got a response this morning from BJ. I just called and placed my order. The woman on the line was very friendly. She knocked a penny off of my price! I’m either picking it up myself or having someone pick it up for me in 2 days because that’s when I can do it, although they said it would be ready the SAME DAY. Compared to other places in town this place has the lowest price, fastest turnaround time, and they don’t require a deposit for small orders before they start cutting unlike some places. I highly recommend AAA Glass Co. ! A+++++++

Horrible experience.Took them 3 weeks to get out to the site to perform a quote.Took two phone calls over the course of a month to get said quote from them once they finally did go out to the store.After approving the quote and stressing the urgency of getting a $2500 project completed, I didnt hear from them for two weeks.When I did reach out to them, they told me they never ordered the glass at all because there was a .5 inch crack in the glass next to the pane we wanted replace and it was a case of double-or-nothing. Still, the amount was approved.Flash forward ANOTHER two weeks to me calling an prying an update out of the secretary which was at least 2x harder than the worst root canal Ive ever had, and they still have yet to order the piece of glass that supposedly takes one week to arrive and one to install.In short: if you expect a completion date within 12x the amount of time they tell you, you will not be satisfied by this company.If you expect the slightest resemblance of professionalism from a company you pay thousands of dollars to, you will not be satisfied by this company.If you expect that if a contractor runs into a problem, he should reach out to you, rather than waiting until you reach out to them, you will not be satisfied by this company.If you expect even a MEDIOCRE level of service, you will not be satisfied by this company.Dear Mr. BJ Corne: While it has been an absolute pleasure wasting over one month of my time trying to force you to take thousands of dollars from me, Im throwing in the towel. So I had my landlord make arrangements for a window repair. I find a door hanger saying sorry we missed you but no one ever contacted me for an appointment in the first place. I call the dispatch desk and they couldnt find my information on file, had the wrong address (although they arrived at the right place to drop off the door hanger) and the lady on the phone sounded absolutely confused and lacked basic customer resolution skills. I will definitely use this experience to train my own dispatchers at my office on 101 WAYS HOW NOT HANDLE A CALL.

They did any amazing job. They installed glass for both of my bathrooms and were professional, cleaned up after the job and my glass looks great. Felt they were very fairly priced as well.

Wanted tempered glass replaced with Plexiglass (29-1/2” x 37”) in the bottom frame for my screen door so I could install a dog door. Was quoted $68.44 and instructed to bring the door template. The next day I dropped the template and frame off at the AAA office. AAA called me the following day and said they needed the dog door so they could cut the entry into the plexiglass and was told they would need to use Lexan since the plexiglass kept cracking. I told AAA to cut the opening the same size of the template and if the door doesn’t fit not to worry about it and it would be my problem. It was obvious that AAA did not like that answers because I was hung up on. I called back and a lady answers the phone and I told her I was hung up on and what I wanted. The next day I went to AAA to get the finished frame. The frame and cutout looked OK but the price went from $68.44 to $210.21. I could have bought a whole new screen door for that price. AAA charged me 2.5 hours of labor which was 175.00 for their screw up. The Lexan was only $43.29. I would not recommend AAA to anyone and not trust their quotes. I don’t think I should have been charged 2.5 hours of work if they were unable to cut and install the plexiglass. It is not my fault they do not know what they are doing and committed to a job that was beyond their skills!

I ordered screens and I walked through the options with the person on the phone. He told me that most people went with their aesthetic screen rather than their more durable and more expensive screen. When I got there, someone in front of me chose the more durable one which they said was the same price and the salesman said yeah you dont want this, a fly could bust through it (talking about what he sold me)Thats what started me off being pissed, the screens were already damaged when I receive them, being truly the crap material that he told the other guy about.As if this wasnt enough the screens were not square, but bowed inward leaving a gap in the middle.

I am giving two stars because the product they deliver is good; however, getting the work done has been a TERRIBLE experience. The people who work in the office are oblivious and seem to not be able to write simple instructions down or communicate. They do not return phone calls when asked to confirm work is complete. Be prepared to babysit this company.

Reliable, quick and affordable. The glass repairman showed up when the company said he would, he very professionally told me what the price would be, and service was quick on a broken window in my home. Would definitely recommend.

The best glass shop in Fayetteville! I needed a glass top for my dining table and called for quote. I really wanted tempered, but feared it was too expensive because I was quoted over $600 from a local competitor. They quoted me less than $160 for a tempered glass table top. I am beyond thrilled! AAA is the place to go in Fayetteville for all your glass needs👍🏼

From reading previous reviews referencing customer service at AAA, I dont see why I thought my experience would be any different. I called three different companies to get an estimate on replacing my glass top dining table; my initial conversation with Odi was my first red flag. She was so rude that I decided to with another company, however AAA was the most known company in the area, and it was recommended that I stick with them. I called back and spoke with Jackie and Robert on two separate occasions and explained to both of them as to what I needed and the timeframe. Both gave me the (same) quote, which I thought was reasonable and assured me that a glass could be cut and delivered by the next day, which seemed great since I contacted them 10 days prior to Thanksgiving. Robert scheduled a technician take a look at the base portion of the table on a Friday, explaining that the tech would call me; but never gave me an estimated time so I assumed that would be worked out once the tech called. The tech called me at 9:30am stating he was at my apartment, while I was at work of course. When we were able to sort out the scheduling conflict, the tech arrived again had none of the background information that I provided to both Jackie and Robert and was completely confused on what I need...another red flag. We eventually got everything straightened out...so I thought! I followed up on Tuesday since I hadnt heard anything and I wanted to ensure that everything was moving smoothly with my order. I spoke with Jackie and she had no record of my order at all. When I explained to her the sequence of event leading up to today, she then quoted DOUBLE the amount I was given initially. I was clearly upset but since Thanksgiving is now 2 days away, I was willing to move forward with my order. She then left my hold for about 5 minutes and returned to the line to tell me that it wouldnt be ready until next week. I was absolutely heartbroken because my family is coming in town and I will be hosting Thanksgiving dinner with no table. Jackie was unapologetic and really didnt see their wrong in the miscommunication. I will NEVER do business with AAA Glass Co again!!

Wish I could give them zero stars. Waited 2 wks for an appointment that nobody showed for. When I called to find out what was up, they told me they didnt consider me an emergency and they would get to me when they got to me. HORRIBLE customer service!!

COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! This is the most unprofessional establishment I have ever attempted to do business with. I was put in contact with AAA Glass due to a third party breaking a window at my place of employment. AAA had a difficult time matching the piece of glass due to a manufacture no longer being in business. That is understandable and not what I had an issue with... On the one occasion I was able to speak with the owner, BJ, I told him I did not expect an exact match, just something close. I was told they would acquire samples and be in touch, that was in July its now October. Everytime I try to call for an update Im given the run around. Ive been told I would have to leave a message, told they would call me back, told BJ was not available, pretty much every excuse in the book, lies basically. I would have been more than understanding in regards to them not being albe to match a piece of glass or even if they couldnt or didnt want to do the job, just tell me that! The complete lack of communication these people possess, how not one of my phone calls have ever been returned, and how there is a blatant lack of care and respect for the customer is totally inexcusable. From what I understand this business use to be the exact opposite of what is it now, however, since Mr. Cornes son, BJ, started running things it has been on a steady decline. Very unfortunate... There is still no galss in my window by the way...
