I very much recommend this jeweler. He is Honest and straight to the point. I find that the negative comments on here are mostly from having unrealistic expectations of what the value of jewelry truly is, specially when it’s considered to become scrap metal and jewels. Wayne the owner is very reasonable and whiling to negotiate, as long you are realistic with your expectations.

I have used Wayne for many years for all of my repairs, servicing, anything for my jewelry. Took my diamond in recently for a resetting and of course he knocked it out of the park. It looks amazing!! He even has the perfect t matching ring for my fiance. He customized each ring a little for us and perfection! There is no one else like him in Fayetteville. He truly is the best.

Wonderful! A diamond fell out of my ring and my regular place was going to charge me about $200-$400 to replace it. I came here and they fixed in within a couple days for $100 and cleaned it on top of that. Very kind, honest, and timely!

I went in to sell an engagement ring. Im glad I went here first but not for the reasons you think. I didnt sell it to him because the conversation I had convinced me to try private party sale. He was honest and clearly didnt want to tell me his buying price. He did, however, give me plenty of advice and I am now having him clean, polish, and appraise the ring. Im doing this for two reasons: honesty and professionalism. This shop is exactly what you would expect from small town local shopping. He brought a very personal touch to the experience and helped me avoid any costly heartache in dealing with selling this ring.

I appreciate the honesty and kindness I receive at every visit. I prefer to take my jewelry here for cleaning and repair verse the overpriced jewelry plans the jewelry stores try to sell you.

I used to sell my old jewelry to them and they do not cheat you or give you the run around. They are fair and dont make you feel like youve made a mistake. And something many people dont or wont understand is gold buyers do not give you what you paid for the ring, thats not realistic. They give you the value of the golds/silvers weight and both fluctuate every single day.
