I called and placed my order over the phone. The gentleman was super polite and helpful. They deliver for free and they were at my house with my order 30 minutes later. Robert brought all our lumber inside for us...he was so nice! Excellent service and the lumber is so much better than Lowe’s! Although that isn’t hard...I’ll definitely be coming here again.

They only have one color of cabot deck stain but i was still able to find something i could use

It always seems like Im putting them out to help me there. Like today, one of the reps was talking to a fellow about fishing. I asked him to help me, and he turned to the guy he was talking about fishing too and said sorry I got sidetracked here. I thought that helping customers was his duty and talking fishing was actually being sidetracked I found their prices are about 20% more than big box, but If I receive good service its worth it. I just dont feel like I receive good service.

Great old school lumber yard, fast service, lumber usually better than others. Carry’s some types others do not, if not they will order it for you. Prices are comparable or less and quality is better.
