This specifically refers to the heating/cooling.If you go to a place of business trying to get a price and they give you excuses why they wont give you a number like we only do business with dealers instead of clearly stating they dont do business with the public, you pick a contractor from their list, he witch hunts your system, gives a quote that requires a certain unit for him to install, fir warranty purposes, then you might have to face a high pressure pitch to sign a payment contract you cant afford.Thats a racket...

Lockes can be great having fair prices and often items that cant be had elsewhere. Today I came in with 2 plumbing parts to return for our company and the customer service rep was incredibly rude. I had just gotten back from vacation and she stated that she told me before no returns without a receipt company policy. I stated that I had not heard that and have never had an issue with returns before. She was very rude and short with me throughout the entire return. Pink under armored sweatshirt lady. Incredible. I havent ever been treated like this in a retail setting that I can remember. Normally staff is super helpful and grateful for your business. Lockes has got to stop treating customers like they are the enemy especially ones who would be willing to come more often.

If you are doing any electrical, plumbing, or fixture replacement in your home...... this is the only place to shop in Fayetteville. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They also beat the competition on prices for everything Ive purchased. I wont go to the big stores when I can buy the same thing here

As soon as I walked in the Locke plumbing crew figured out my problem, grabbed all the supplies need, and even put it together for me. For someone who doesn’t know much about plumbing, I was VERY pleased and thankful for their help. I will absolutely be coming back.

Bought from them back in the summer and noticed it was extremely higher priced then any other parts store I’ve been too.So I got an account started with them due to someone saying it was cheaper.Went in several times through out this year and they are just as high as before the account I started. Went in today january 15th 2020 and was going to buy a set of 3/4 pex crimpers that we’re priced at 199.00 before tax. So I asked if they would compare to winnelson of Springdale so I didn’t have to drive 20 + miles across town and they said they couldn’t come off more than 10 %.So long story short, they are to exspensive and one of the workers, a black headed boy told me that I should go to winnelson for that price. Really disrespectful. And also don’t know much about plumbing parts.

Had my hand on the door to enter at 4:58 to grab one thing that I knew exactly where it was. Would have taken 30 seconds. Associate literally pushed back on the door in order to lock it in my face. Service with a middle finger.
