Really cute atmosphere. We went on what seemed to be the grand opening so it was really busy and loud, but I’m sure that will be better later on. Plenty of room to sit. Wish we would’ve known they had food here; it looked so good. The cashier did an excellent job at taking all orders fast so we didn’t have to wait in line to long. I got the I love you a latte with choc chips and taro bubble tea. It was a little bit more on the expensive side as far as ice cream and bubble tea goes(even with the 20%off). Our ice cream order got out to us in a decent time and our drink order was forgotten about, but that’s expected with how busy it was. Once we asked about it they were very nice and made the drinks right away. Can’t wait to come back!Edit: Went back again and got poke bowls. They were sooo good!

Have tried the rolled ice cream a few times and a poke bowl. Both very good. No complaints on customer service as weve been treated and attended to very well all of our visits. Will visit again.

Delicious and so satisfying to watch them make the rolls. I got the green tea and strawberry icecream and it was amazing. Every thing was si refreshing especially the friendly service.

When you first walk in you expect to feel nice and cool. Immediately I felt the lack of A.C as well as the lack of seating. It seems they were going for a hang out spot but because of the lack of seats i will assume there be plenty of unhappy customers. I got the cookie monster and my wife got the strawberry lady. Both of which were good. Not too sweet and very refreshing but they were very cheap with the toppings.

Ordered the cherry bomb, it was creamy and delicious. Didnt care for the whipped cream, it left my mouth very oily. The place is pretty plain on the inside and a bit warm. Be prepared to wait!!

Price was good compared to many of the other ice cream/frozen yogurt places in town and the mix ins were fresh fruit, not bruised sad looking or frozen like some places.They were really nice about dealing with my allergy and making my ice cream separate from everyone else’s.Just wish the person at the register the day we visited didn’t seem so rushed or annoyed by the customers coming in.

This place has great ice cream but they are always closed when their hours say they are open! It doesnt make any sense to constantly be closed during their posted hours of operation. There is currently a group of people waiting outside for someone to come open the shop.

Wow, this place is good!! A lovely little dessert eaterie with happy and cheerful colors. The layout concept is open and casual. The ice cream rolls are so tasty. Though the selection seems limited, the taste are limitless. I made one that was sweet and refreshing while my spouses was rich and decedent. Also, this place seems pricey but it is comparable to other ice cream shops around town. I recommend this place most definitely.

Really good experience, staff was very friendly and fast. Ice cream was amazing, you pick a flavor and you also get 3 toppings. Its 1 size and the portion is big. Your looking at $7 per person which isnt bad considering how much you get. I highly recommend giving this place a try.

I loved my experience here. The ice cream was made quick and I loved watching it. The employees, Jacob and Rachel were super nice and were happy to answer any questions I had. It’s super cool to watch it be made, so bring your kids. Definitely would come again.

Me and my family love coming to this place . The staff is always friendly and really attentive because they already know what we like. I went in not too long ago and ordered a Coconut Bubble Milk Tea and it was honestly the best bubble tea ive ever had. I then went back to try the ice cream and was absolutely amazed, not only is the process of making the ice cream cool but the employees are very well at the skill. The employees were also so friendly and very helpful with explaining what the store was all about. My experience was a 10/10 and will definitely be going back and recommending to others!

Unique spin on a classic favorite. I had fruity pebbles and marshmallows. Would go back, but probably wont go out of my way for it.

This place is AMAZING! The ice cream is not too sweet, which is awesome because you dont get that sugar rush, tummy ache feeling. The ice teas are refreshing and the place is clean. Reason I am giving one star is we Pull up around 12 as the hours are posted doors was still locked employ at 12:01 pulls up gets dressed in parking lot then goes to door let him in and still not open at 12:13. When we finally go in the guy that took our order was not paying attention chewing gum and just disrespectful. Ice cream was good customer service the worst ever. They need new employees or close down.

The ice cream is good....not great. The staff works very hard but management only having 2 employees on a Saturday (especially during warm weather) is poor management. We waited almost 20 minutes for ours to be made. Then it wasnt even that good. Dont waste your time. Cold Stone or Baskin Robbins are much better and MUCH MUCH faster!

Amazing ice cream!!! Definitely coming again!As far as toppings go they have improved since grand opening. Some things are trail and error and they definitely have started to give more toppings then they did in the beginning. Syrups go under and on top of the whipped cream now and they give more fresh fruits. Very friendly staff! If you tell them about any problem they fix it right away!

Best ice cream Ive ever had! I stopped by on a Sunday night, lines can get long but it was so worth it.It was a reasonable wait for how busy they were, they did great, the service was great! You can tell the employees were stressed how busy it was but still kept a smile on their face! I will definitely be back!

Ice cream was good but when you ask for toppings it’s like asking a homeless guy for spare change. I ordered strawberries, Carmel, and marshmallows for my toppings and revived a SINGLE SLICE of a strawberry and it was a HALF CUT IN HALF!! Carmel what Carmel? There was 2 drops and 2 marshmallows that were mini. My husband ordered Oreos, pretzels, and chocolate chips and received a single Oreo, one MINI pretzel and 2 mini chocolate chips! For the price we paid the least they could have done was add toppings!

Awesome ice cream store . What i liked about it the most is that everything is cut fresh, makes it taste amazing . Good amount of toppings for the price ( $7 only and thats tax included !) employees were all friendly and nice, showed me step by step how the menu works . For sure will come back for more !

I walk in this place expecting a fine diner but got in and almost puked, from the bad sandwich I ate 30 min ago. I sat down and asked for one of each on the menu, the food was nice but needed more salt. The reason it is 4 stars because I ate chicken a few days ago and it was liquid.

My husband and I ordered the ice cream rolls here and I have to agree with other reviewers in that Icemazing is pretty stingy with the toppings- the pretzel topping consists of two small Schneider’s pretzels wedges into the side of the bowl, the caramel drizzle was so faint that it was hardly of aesthetic value. The ice cream itself wasn’t terrible, just okay. Besides having a novel presentation, I’m not sure I see the value in rolled ice cream. The staff, however, were very nice!

I decided to try it after raving reviews from my family. As soon as you walk in the door, you are immediately hit with a pungent fish aroma, which is because they also sell a sushi bowl. I got the Mango Tango which is mango and graham crackers. I cannot taste the mango at all. All I taste is graham crackers and vanilla ice cream. Very disappointed. Theres plenty of seating and they staff were friendly. All in all, I wouldnt come back.

The chick that made my ice cream was clearly a pro. She chopped those ingredients like nobodys business. And im not into key lime like that but that was the beat ice cream i had. Fresh ingredients definitely play a part in the quality.

I was really excited to try this place for the first time, but sadly was left disappointed. I ordered the Cookie Monster, and for $7 I was expecting a delicious blended burst of a chocolate chip cookie flavor but instead I was left flavorless overpriced vanilla, with not even a hint of a chocolate chip cookie. I’d rather have boxed ice cream.

My order was overlooked and I waited 15 minutes to say anything when someone should of noticed I was still waiting while people walking in were getting theirs. The person that took my order was too busy on her phone to noticed. Extremely unprofessional to see that while I’m sitting here waiting for my order. When I finally got my order they forgot my whipped cream. Overall the ice cream was alright. Just overall bad experience, but won’t knock the taste.

The worst boba Ive ever had in my life. My husband bought the Thai tea and it did not taste like it at all. I got the jasmine green tea and its like eating flowers. Their flavors were so off I feel that theyve never tasted it themselves or never tasted the flavors previously. I strongly recommend buying boba elsewhere.

I was very disappointed in this establishment. It was hot inside, their was something off about the ice cream. You would have for $7 dollars the toppings would be there. They was stingy and cheap on that. They forgot one of my orders and tried to say they didn’t get it. I was not impressed and not recommend this for anyone. #StickWithColdstone at least they give you a lot of toppings and real ice cream 🤷🏾‍♂️

I went to this etablishment 30 mins before their posted time of closure and when my friends and I walked in the lady told us they closed at 9. The sign on the door clearly said they closed at 9:30. There were even people sitting down on the inside enjoying the ice cream that I really wanted to try. It was a very bad customer service experience and the staff is clearly too lazy to go the extra mile and welcome newcomers to experience the delicious rolled ice cream, even if it was 30 mins before closing.

The worst service I’ve received. The girls working were very rude and when you walk in they act as if you are an inconvenience to them. Overall it was terrible customer service.

The novelty of the place is the most exciting part unfortunately.When we walked in we noticed a really awful smell. Like a wet dog or clogged drain or something. Whatever it was it was not pleasant.We also had a hard time finding seats. The one sided booths were not conducive for seating more than 10-15 people tops.As for the ice cream it was ok. A little bland. My biggest issue was the toppings we chose were more like garnishes. I only got one sliver of a strawberry. Not even a whole one. I also couldnt taste the Graham cracker that was supposed to be there. So definitely a little stingy for a place charging $7 for a cup of ice cream.Id much rather just go to a different ice cream shop.

Great concept. Very busy, everything on order was wrong (no toppings, no jelly in tea). Giving the benefit of doubt to cashier who likely screwed up. Bubble teas very chalky. Nobody cleaning tables. Owners took up a station and were making themselves ice cream during busy time.

Four of us had ice rolls. None of us enjoyed them. I will agree with the others; it was entirely too hot in there to be serving ice cream. I can over look that. The establishment seemed to have 2 businesses within one. The other called poke it served fish, ckn over rice or greens, I dont know. It was weird to me, fish and ice cream. No judgement. I was there to try the ice cream. So the price is set $7, no biggie, choose your 3 toppings okay. No one told me they literally meant 3 toppings. I.e. 1 cookie, 1 strawberry. Lol thats fine. Whats not okay is that the ice cream taste Sugarless, and leaves thick plaque like film on your tongue. I was even able to get over that ladies and gents. But I will not let go of the fact that ALL four of us had the runs immediately after. Some of us didnt even make it home. I was horrified. What did they do to me. I went twice that night. And its the next morning, Im still feeling a light rumble in my tummy. When 4 people, with 4 different orders, come back with the same reaction. Im out. You dont have to tell me twice. Keep your ice rolls and fish. Ill go to cold stone and baskin robbins. I predict they want be there long. Sorry. I aint sorry!

The customer service was ok until I did I get my 2nd order on my ticketbecause they screwed it up the 1st time. Once I received my actual order, it was tasteless, bland and it was just flat out nasty. And it was super hot in that place. $7 for some bland tasteless novelty nah Ill go somewhere else next time.
