Fantastic experience with this team. Movers arrived promptly at 7 am as planned; I underestimated the amount of stuff that I would need moved and they made it work with no issue. The movers were extremely professional and friendly. Will use them again when I move back into my house and request them as my packers when I PCS! Cannot understate the level of professionalism and customer service Andy and his team provide.

Another satisfied customer! Used Andys to relocate from a 3 bedroom house in Hope Mills to a similar home in Sanford. We had everything packed, taken apart and ready to go when the 4 man crew arrived at 7:00am with their truck, van for fragile items and trailer for overflow it needed. Including travel time they were finished before 12:30! I was expecting it to be a full day job, but the crew was great and efficient even in the hot and humid weather. Cost was much more reasonable than expected. I could not have asked for a better moving experience.A tip for those moving - make sure you are FULLY packed, take apart anything you can where possible (take beds apart, legs off tables, washer and dryer disconnected, etc, etc) and everything ready to be loaded and moved and that will greatly reduce your moving time and therefore cost and the movers will love you for it!

So quick and efficient! They were on time and moved my large house from Fayetteville to Sanford in 8 hours, including the drive time! The guys were all amazing, super nice and knew how to take apart and then put back together my beds, tables, tvs etc. with no issue. The movers were very nice and professional. They started exactly on time. They moved my furniture from a 3rd floor apartment,to a house in 3 hours.I would have given 5 stars but, they forgot to pack my pantry.I should have checked after them, so that was my fault. I contacted Andy and left a message about the situation but, was never contacted back. Other wisethe movers did a great job!

I have used this company twice and both time I had a great experience. However my 3rd time I had to cancel because my father died the night before the move. The next morning I woke up to a nasty voicemail. I understand I had to cancel at the last minute but I did not know my father was going to pass away the night before. I think management should be more considerate of people’s feelings and emergency situations.

We hired Andy Anderson Moving company at the last minute. We had a move and needed someone quickly. Everything seemed like it would go well. Twelve hours later, our 3 bedroom move was completed. We paid for 4 guys to move us. Unfortunately, only 2 were really equipped to lift heavy furniture. One was so high that the smell permeated the house and he was barely functioning at the capacity to effectively help. My husband and I were busy trying to get things pointed out to get into the van. We had to make two trips, but time is money and all 4 guys should have been hustling. I called Andy when I had a chance to step away to tell him my concerns. He was rude, interrupted me, told me to have his guys call him, and then hung up on me. I wasnt able to let him know about the damage to my furniture or the state of one of his employees. Ive waited for a call back for a week now and Andy hasnt reached out.Finally my husband called him again, and before he could even tell him about the damage, Andy interrupted him and was very rude. I have moved many times and never dealt with a more unprofessional man. I would never recommend this company. Im incredibly disappointed in the quality of the move and the damage done to our belongings. Weve got a gouged wall, two broken tables, a scraped metal bed frame, and our brand new refrigerator is deeply scratched just to name a few. Andy refused to hear any of it.

This company moved me yesterday 7/31/2020 from a one bedroom first floor apt to another one bed first floor apt in 2 hrs time frame so I had to give them a 5 star review. I called a around looking for movers and other companies made things sound so complicated and overly expensive for what I needed done. But this company sent 4 men that showed up on time ready to move. I am so glad my friend gave me the number to this moving company. I will recommend Andy Andersons moving service to anyone.His moving crew of 4 people showed up at 7am on the dot just as advertised. We did a quick walk-through of our 4 bedroom house and literally within 2 minutes they were at work. This obviously wasnt their first day. They filled up the moving truck with zero space to spare. They took a 5 minute break (well deserved seeing it was 98 degrees out) after filling the truck. Then they backed in the enclosed trailer to finish up with a 3 bulky work benches in the garage, loaded the van with a few fragile items and were on the way to our new home within 30 minutes.Unloading was a breeze. Not a single broken item or mark on the wall. All the beds were put back together. They offered to hook up the washer and dryer but I told them not to worry about it because I needed to get a new pan for the washer and clamp for the dryer vent pipe.I also asked them to borrow one of their dollies for a few minutes so I could move some new blinds (awkward box size) out of my truck. Not only did they help me get them out of my truck, they also placed them at the correct windows throughout the house.The movers were extremely polite and professional. I was also super impressed at the fact that I didnt see a single cell phone out all day.I rarely write reviews but I felt this one had to be done. I know it looks like the owner himself probably wrote this but I can assure you that he didnt. They turned something that everyone describes as super stressful into an almost normal Thursday morning.

Wish I could give more than five stars! In my nearly 20 year in Fayetteville, moved at least five times. All five times I was moved by Andy Anderson Moving Co. What an endorsement? Scheduling each move was really easy. Mr. Anderson is really nice and worked with me in scheduling each of my moves. From Hope Mills, Spring Lake and in-between several Fayetteville locations around town, the four men came on time and were ready to move my household goods. I was impressed with how they handled my precious belongings, including collectibles and a couple pieces of antique furniture with impeccable care. They even took the time to take apart my bed and reassembled it on the other end. They wrapped my furniture they knew would need extra care. They worked fast and efficient. I enjoyed each move and never doubted each move would be the least stressful of a new chapter opening up in a new place. Moving is such a stressful time, and after a few bad experiences with moving companies I have mostly moved myself when necessary. Recently I have had to move some things to storage and decided to use a moving company. I put things in quotation because any onlooker would think of them as junk or old furniture of little value, but to me they werent things they were memories and had tremendous emotional worth to me. I decided to use Andy Andersons moving company not because of a review or even a recommendation there is something I like about a person using his full name to represent his company. He isnt AAA moving company or Super movers he is Andy Anderson and his name is on the line so I contacted his office. He was nice on the phone and extremely flexible with dates and times to move. His workers showed up on time and were very friendly. Blankets were everywhere for protection and nothing was treated as a thing. When they brought my items to my storage unit they asked (and suggested) where I wanted to place the items. They also wanted me to check everything to make certain that nothing was damaged in the move and the lead man told me we want to make sure you are happy with everything and I was. Andy checked with me later to make sure everything went well. In the end I was Burt he was Andy and he helped me move my things.

I have never worked with a better moving service. These guys deserve 5 stars as they made packing our 26 foot Penske truck look so easy. They were careful with our boxes and worked fast! I would highly recommend them.

I was deployed to Afghanistan when we bought our new house, leaving my wife to handle the logistics of the move on her own. She was overwhelmed by the prospect of such a large job and trying to balance work with the time to make it happen. Since it was an across town move, she did not want to hire someone to do a full move, but realized quickly that she would have to, in order to move the larger items. After about a week of packing the small things into boxes and making trips back and forth to the new house, she realized that she definitely needed help. She called Andy and his guys were at the house the very next weekend, completely prepared. They had more than enough guys to get the job done and were extremely efficient and circumspect in everything they did. Rooms with valuables, heirlooms and expensive electronics were boxed up and carefully relocated to the new house same day, without any damage or cause for concern. They were in and out the same day with everything carefully transferred to the new house! They even moved my BMW (stick shift, which my wife did not know how to drive) and my motorcycle, driving them across town to our new location. Everything they did eased our minds and concerns about the move, both for my wife, but also for me and my worries from overseas. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for that extra care and personal attention to detail when looking to make a move across town, or across the country!

The crew arrived on time and every worker introduced themselves. They were polite and very professional! The crew then worked together like a team and moved quickly and carefully. I called Andy late evening on Thursday for help and he listened to me. I felt very comfortable with the conversation then I asked if he could move three rooms of furniture on Friday? Without hesitation, Mr. Anderson asked if he could call me back. He contacted his team and sure enough, Friday morning, 9:00 a.m., his men were ringing my doorbell. Those guys were PROFESSIONAL, kind and funny. They were very, very careful with my furniture and placed every piece where I wanted them too. Andy tried to come the next day (Sunday!) to fix it, which wasnt good for me. Was there first thing Monday morning and was just as efficient and friendly as when I set up the move. Walmart always works for me

I contacted Andy Anderson moving company for a 2-hour job that totaled $280 ($140 per hour). During the initial conversation, I was taken aback by him offering boxes on the move-out day because, in his words, no one has everything fully packed when they arrive.72 hours before our move-out day, I called him at 6PM on a Monday to ask if he could provide a proof-of-work receipt because I was going to have it reimbursed by my new employer. He stated that the receipt could be written up after completing the job, depending on how long it took. What rubbed me the wrong way was how he sarcastically stated, I understand that this is important enough for you to call me at 6PM on a Monday.Both conversations I had with who I assume is the owner over the phone up until this point had been disrespectful, so I decided to call in the morning to cancel the job and move everything out ourselves. 48 hours until the job, I called again, and while he was at another job he yelled over the phone, So you want to cancel a job 48 hours away?!!I called back 30 minutes later to confirm the cancellation. Because I was 3 for 3 in him being disrespectful over the phone, I decided to record the conversation. The conversation went as follows:[Andy Anderson Moving]: Andy Anderson Moving.[Me]: Yes sir, just calling to confirm the cancellation.[Andy Anderson Moving]: Oh yes sir, not a problem. My apologies, its just last minute (the cancellation). Ive had people all week wanting Thursday and I was like, No its booked. You know, you call like two days ahead, uh, just imagine how much of a butt I would be if I needed you and you called two days in advance, and I was like nooo I can make more money somewhere else. But thank you for the call.**My advice to you all looking for a mover in the Fayetteville area is to consider other businesses.**

This company is AMAZING!!! Our family was exhausted after hauling a huge 26 foot truck from S.C. to N.C. and after loadin loading it all and then driving here with kids. We where done... Last minute they came out to help us and had it all unloaded with in 2 hours!!!They where all fun and Ben had our whole family cracking up. The absolute WORST moving company that I have ever worked with! A 2 hour or less move took 3 hours. They took a smoke break during the move. They went to the wrong storage address. They didnt tell that they only take cash or check. They totally left all of my kitchen items after I told them that they are going too. The worse moving experience that I ever had.

By the time I got notification of the mess, I had already moved my family only to find out my property wasnt on the way. After speaking to Mr.Anderson himself, like magic all MY worries wht away. He not only came out the next day at 0700 with a fully motivated team, he also repacked several of my boxes that busted open, wrapped the glass fixtures, repacked my entire container better than before that it was $1800 originally to the final price being $1500. All in two hours time and minimum materials of $80. He truly is a great businessman. And if your looking for help with your move, STOP, save your battery and blood pressure call Mr.Andy Anderson, works well with military families. Thanku is just not enough.

Easily the BEST moving company in all of Fayetteville! The movers were amazing, careful, very efficient and the rates are unbeatable!

The whole experience was up to par until the very end. The crew was late and in the middle of the job one crew member had to leave for half an hour. Then when it came down to finalize the cost of the labor the lead mover took 20 minutes to add up the calculations; since they were late and missing a crew member for 30 minutes. He had the nerve to get upset when I couldnt find my checkbook and didnt have my payment ready. Then my dead cell phone ends up missing and the crew left holes in my wall during my move. What a horrible experience.

My husband and I moved 4blocks away and tried to do it ourselves but with the heat and him with MS, WE decided to get a mover.. Enough was enough.. So for $190 an hour it sounded like a plan and we could finally relax. Mostly everything was already packed and ready to go... I was at the new place, He was at the old.This is what was still left behind.including the 2bicycles outside and even the microwave!!! Wth!!! No refund of any kind offered, just an offer to come back and move the rest for more$$$ Really People??? We just paid you what We would have paid for Rent!!! NOT WORTH USING FOR A 4BLOCK MOVE!!!!! FEEL SO SCREWED OVER... EVEN MORE STRESSED...

They were excellent: they were efficient, careful with our belongings (they shrink wrap every piece of furniture and take special care of fragile items), and really friendly. Oh and the update the guy named tiny, well let me tell you the only thing small on that man was his voice, he was huge and ran tons of circles around so many of the guys that Andy had working for him...I could tell those this guy was like a one man band .....had all the skills one would need to be successful... and that he was...I ended up getting tinys number so maybe he wouldnt mind moving me again when im ready will be from east coast to west and I will have my own team of 2 or 3 guys..and a truck so lmk please asapAbout the tractor trailer business... my dad is the one who can teach you, hes certified to train drivers for private job and get hired thru Penn dot or for the guys running my car it be them. The dont like stick shift? Its cool is like to find a little 5speed stick shift to drive around all day here in johnstown that noone else can drive....

My husband retired and got a job in another state. In order to take the job, we had to move on the turn of a dime during one of the busiest times of the year here in Fayetteville (PCS season). I called Andy becuase Bragg Transportation had no appointments available when we needed them. Andy not only made our pack out happen and fast, but being so familiar with short term moves, helped me with transporation also. Huge success! Andys team is quick, helpful, and they packed every item like it was their own. I still cant believe we actually pulled it off! 5 stars!
