Great for Car parts that you can not find in any regular Car Shop like AutoZone. Not knocking AutoZone but need a car part? This the place, that I highly recommend. Very helpful staff as well.

Faine is the man. Broke my wiper fluid sprayer nozzle while scraping ice, he took me right to the parts i needed and i was able to fix it right there in the parking lot. Faine-tastic service, you guys rock.

Beware of the heavy set white boy. He will make you think he knows what hes talking about. But clearly he doesnt. Sold me the wrong parts. I was excited because the price was really great only to get home and find out that the parts wouldnt even fit on my car.I had to go back to exchange them for the correct parts and there was a reason I was excited about the price, because I just had to drain my account in order to buy the right parts. He was trying to upsell me at the counter and I told him I had a budget. Not to mention the manager of the store is extremely rude, barely even gave me the time of day and almost didnt even want to give me the 10% discount in order to afford the parts that I needed. If you absolutely have to deal with this guy, make sure you specify the year of your vehicle 50 times.

Not only did Jess sell us the headlight wiring harness for our truck he helped install it at the store. Thanks Jess for your help it was much appreciated. We will definitely continue shopping at your store.

Awesome Advanced is by far the worlds best auto parts store! Up to date! They gave awesome support too me 8/17/2016---12/17/2016 my trip to Baton Rouge Louisiana to rebuild after floods! An my vehicle gave me hell I put 3000,00$ to only have to leave it down there! An 30.000.00$ that got me 💯% support!

It seems like they have six registers and usually one guy working sometimes two. But not great with knowledge when asking questions, I ran a code reader and asked them what I needed. Ended up ordering parts for my vehicle, a fuel pump and a fuel filter. Well the dang guy orders me 2 fuel pumps. I cancelled my orders and headed to ORileys and got everything I needed and told them the codes the codes that came up.what I needed was downstream O2 sensors not a fuel pump. Needless to say not going back. But I did find a badass razor dirtbike in the back by the dumpster that works, the kids love it so thanks for that

Horrible customer service. 1 weekend i decided to work on my trucks suspension and steering and like any rookie i bought extra because once i started the repairs i would of been dead in the water. When i went in to return the extra stuff they damn near refused to and after calling the manager over they tried to keep my receipts. I did buy select items at the lafayette store cuz my buddy who lived up there helped with the repairs. The items they wouldnt return i was told to bring them back to that store only issue was them tryin to keep my receipts ... Only when i mentioned how ridiculous it was i had to go back to the other store but how could i do the return without my receipts the extremely intelligent clerk said idk, i guess u are gonna need your receipts then scribbled all.over them before handing them back to me!!!! Yes corporate was contacted as well

Customer service varies greatly. They have what I need about 65% of the time. I usualky go to autozone first.
