I went in there looking for a new TV and walked out in under a half hour with just what I wanted! Chuck is very knowledgeable and helpful, with no pressure! Great place to do business!

Mike was awesome and super helpful! We went in with measurements & pictures and a price range and he helped us select what would be best for us. Definitely saved money going there; he even compared their prices to those of Best Buy and Costco at the computer.

Ive made purchases here several times, and also at several of their competitors locally. The people working here are great and will do anything they can for you. Their price is always better. With Video Only right here, there is no reason to consider buying anywhere else. I am happy to vote with my money and I would shop here again before thinking of going anywhere else! When buying a TV, I said Im in your computer and the sales lady said, We dont keep customers data in a computer because we value your privacy. I like that.

Customer service and price is great here, however, some employees lack common knowledge about some of their products. In spite of it all they are however better than any retail store offering the same things.

1997; I was just born. They bought this video camera just to video tape my first christmas, but they never opened it. My parents realized they could get a better deal elsewhere, and they came back less than 12 hours later to refund. You know what Video Only said? They wouldnt refund until two weeks later. They drove all the way down to the corporate office in Tukwila too. What kind of customer service is that, especially in 1997 when my family doesnt have anything for money? I am 22-years-old now, and that gap still haunts my family. My dad was so upset that he sat at the corporate office until they called the cops, but they still couldnt do anything. They still talk about that time when Video Only wouldnt refund them even though they payed cash for their video camera. I cannot forgive them for what they did, and during Christmas time too. What the hell!

Jim was super! Hes very knowledgeable about smart TVs but not pushy. Video Only had the Sony TV I wanted at the same sale price as BB. They even sweetened the deal with the $200 trade in for my old TV. Sold!

I was looking for a tv, first i went to Costco, then Best Buy, then to Frys electronics, even checked online at Amazon Prime, I was looking at two particular models, then I remembered about Video Only (I heard of them on the radio) so i decided to stop by. Great store....however I called about an issue with a remote and halfway through me telling the girl on the phone she said can you hold for a minute, thanks and never waited for me to reply and the phone went quiet. I told her what t.v. we bought and it was not cheap. Was a bit disappointed with her concern for our issue.

Blake was very friendly...We pulled into the parking lot 5 mins after they closed. Blake came out to our car and invited us in as we were pulling away after realizing they were closed. He was very friendly and super nice even though it was after closing. He took us directly to the tv we were interested in. He didnt try to up-sell us which was very refreshing knowing he didnt try! Easy and pleasant experience!!!

I just went to them for a new 75 Tv. They were fast, responsive and had a ton of knowledge. The were very truthful and gave me a great deal. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Tv. I went to the blue box store earlier and could not get help and were I did they could not tell me about the tvs.

I bought a Samsung 50 smart TV from them and every time I call or go in for anything warranty related I get swindled. They all of a sudden cant find me in there system and I was never a customer. I go home, locate my paperwork, drive back to the store and magically all issues are fixed and they locate me in the system... Today I was told the dont have a system and data is saved on a floppy disk and sent to corporate every night... What, a floppy disk??? Horrible customer service and any money you save bites you in the butt later when you have to deal with them.

BEWARE!!!! Do not shop here!!! AVOID at all costs all Video Only stores! My parents bought a $2000 Samsung TV on Friday, installed it on Saturday to find that the inner screen was cracked, took it back Sunday. Video Only REFUSES to refund or exchange the TV stating that it was something my parents did. They have been loyal customers of Video Only since the 80s and have spent thousands and thousands of dollars at that store, and they did nothing wrong, they didnt do anything that could cause damage to the TV. When my mother contacted corporate Video Only, they wouldnt help either, basically said tough luck. Turns out there are 19 complaints at the Better Business Bureau for Video Only, 15 that have gone unanswered!! DO NOT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCREWED!!!

We could not be happier with our purchase from this store. The manager answered all of our questions and we needed to think about which TV and stand to buy so went home and thought about it over the weekend. There was absolutely NO sales pressure to buy anything. We went back on the following Monday and made the purchase of a 55 Samsung LED TV with 3D and the cabinet, plus bought a Blue-Ray player. By Wednesday, the delivery was made and the set up of the stand and TV was quick. We were given complete instructions on how everything worked. PLUS, they hauled away our old JVC 50 console boat anchor for free. Our experience was excellent.
