I had to get a large scratch on my car fixed, and my insurance company sent me here. The building itself was hard to get to, but the people were just so great. They were very informative. I had to reschedule, and they did it no problem. When I got my car back, it looked like there was no scratch in the first place. Good company, good people. All round good experience ❤️

I was referred to this place by an insurance company after my accident, and let me say - they are exceptional.They were super friendly and understanding. Travis was the specialist I was assigned to and he was communicative and full of knowledge. He went above and beyond to explain what he saw and what he thought would be done to my car. It only took 3 days for the repair and when it was time to pick up - my car was not only fixed, but they washed it (it also looked like they POLISHED it!!) and vacuumed my floors.I am beyond pleased with the results, the customer service, and the promptness of the process. I was hit by another vehicle and needed repairs on my car. They were quick to give me a call and handled everything for me so I didnt need to do anything but schedule a time a day to drop my car off. They were professional and super nice. They told me how parts could take longer than expected but my car was out before then. AND they cleaned it. That was really nice to come back to a fixed and clean car. I was running late on picking up my car and they were willing to stay after hours to allow me to come get my car. ( I ended up not being late but still nice to know they were willing to let me still get my car even if I was late) this was a really good experience they area they did looked 10x better than the rest of my car lol.I would 100% recommend.

Brought in for new rear painted bumper on a 2020 RAM Truck from a low impact accident that I got rear-ended. They found additional damage and worked it out with the other guy’s insurance. I came here due to someone hitting my bumper on my Acura. They replaced it along with some hidden damages fixed, and did an excellent job! My car was cleaned inside and out as well, totally unexpected but pleasantly surprised! I definitely will be back if I need any body work done.

I dont think I would recommend these guys to anyone. I have still been waiting to settle up with them and the insurance company at this time. I paid my deductible my truck got broken in 2 more times as it was at their place. They had someone else fix My Ignition. They sent it to another shop and that shop said that I need a new starter which I had a new starter Already on the truck. Every time I get a hold of someone there she says what nobody reached out to you yet. So this is far from a 5 star place....

My vehicle was taken in that day, I was given updates as to what was being done to my car throughout the following week, one of the parts came in sooner than expected so I was able to pick up my car a few days earlier than expected. Everyone was friendly, good customer service. Car looks great and they fully cleaned the inside of it when I got it back. Would have been a 5 star review except one little issue. Complete collision did a very good job communicating, I got updates every step of the way, except my last update I received (on a Wednesday) was it was going into paint and when it came out and went into assembly I’d get an update for a completion date. Then on a Friday at 3:30 (they close at 5) I got a call it was completed and ready for pick up. I was excited, yet panicked because I was taken by surprise and now had to drop of my rental and get to the shop before they closed, otherwise I wouldn’t be able to get my car until Monday. Getting the car Monday wasn’t the main issue, the issue was the rental car company made it very clear that the other persons insurance was only going to pay for it up until day of repair, not day of pick up. So if I wasn’t able to get to the shop by 5, I would have been on the hook for the price of the rental Saturday, Sunday, Monday. But really this was the only “complaint” I had. Everything else was great and I was able to make it there by 4:30 so it all worked out.

I cant really comment on very much as our car was totaled and we didnt experience any repair pros or cons. I will say though beware of the automated texts. I received regular texts for two to three weeks saying that everything was on track for completion by a certain date. I even purchased new license tabs as they were expiring, only to call the day before expected completion and discover that, in fact, nothing had been done and they were awaiting a decision from the insurance as to weather it would be totaled.

I have plenty of car accidents under my belt which is not a good thing, but from this point forward i will alway take it to Travis at carstar. There is two locations in Federal Way. Work was performed well however a job that was quoted to take a week took 2 and a half weeks. Representative would not reach out when work took longer than expected, and I had to regularly reach out for updates.

They literally made me wait a week to bring it in because they for sure could accept it tuesday which I have on a recorded phone call, then they proceeded to tell me it was my insurance companies fault for the delay after I dropped it off. 15 days after initial contact and day 8 of them having my car they inform me they are 2-3 weeks out before even being able to start it after I stressed to them since initially talking to them that it was time sensitive matter. Refused service when I said I needed it done faster than that as they promised me they had openings to work on it all that week and thats why I dropped it off. Worst customer service Ive ever dealt with, horrible scheduling, and im just glad I didnt let them work on it if everything else was this bad. Will be taking to Service King instead.

The manager, Renn(sp?) Was very helpful and attentive to my needs. Kept me updated on times when my car will be finished and what was being done. I have been going to the shop for the last 25 years and I found them to be very dependable and professional.

Picked up May vehicle today and so far everything looks great ! They finished my suv super fast. I was surprised. They made sure a rental was set for me too while suv was in the shop. The gals at the front are super helpful and knew how to answer all my questions. The people who fixed my suv did a good job and they even vacuumed the inside. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. They also took care of notifying third party insurance about anything happening. Thanks guys.

The repairs were done very well. However, what was supposed to take two days to repair took two and a half weeks. They blamed it on incorrect parts being delivered and parts taking longer to arrive than expected. That’s fine, I understand that. But not once during the time my vehicle was at the shop did I receive a text or phone call about the status of the repairs. It would have been nice to have been kept informed. Having said that, if I need collision repair services again I would go back to Complete Collision.

Ren (production manager) was professional, kind, and knew his stuff! Highly recommend this place! Handled the insurance and everything! All we had to do is deliver and pick up the vehicle. Took my car in for a hood replacement. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly from start to finish, as well as thorough. They even helped me with my car rental! (Not to mention I showed up to my appointment over an hour late and they were still so accommodating.) Definitely gonna wreck my car just to come back.

My husband dropped off his truck for a job that was quoted to be done in 2 days. On day 3 we had not heard from this company and had to call about the status and what was going on (they didnt call us) we were told there was more damage and would take longer with no further update. Christmas Eve ( a week after or estimated time) that they were not open Christmas to get the job done (understandable) but would be done Thursday again no call on Thursday with an update until I called the office to find out a part received was the incorrect part and again our truck would not be ready.Here we are on Monday and not a call but a text came through that our truck was done finally.I think the communication with this company is horrible. Our insurance sent us here and I will not be returning.

My Insurance referred me to this shop about a month ago I went there to get Detailed information a gal bye the name if Janelle spoke with me I gave her my insurance info and was planning on putting my car in the shop however this guy told me he couldnt give me a time frame as to when it would be completed so I told them I needed to get my other car fixed so I would have transportation I called back two weeks later to try and schedule my appointment and they said I would need to speak with Janelle I have tried several times and she is either at lunch family emergency or with a customer Ive never gotten a return call worst service ever glad I didnt use them my car may have sat in there shop for God knows how long!

Always treated me with courteously and fairly. Never left feeling gouged or cheated.

The staff are crew are amazing, Ren has helped me on several occasions and really is the best. They are perfectionists and Janell is very courteous and helpful as well. If you have a collision this is the place to go!

Excellent service and quality work. I went in on a Tuesday to get the estimate, and they were able to take it in the following morning. It was promised by Friday afternoon, and it was done on time. The paint work is flawless, and the entire car was cleaned and detailed. My only minor issue is that I didnt receive the promised status updates, and I had to call at 3:30 on Friday to find out if it would still be ready by the end of the day. It was, so Im not deducting any stars.My dealer-accessory, custom fit, subwoofer had to be removed for the repair, and was reinstalled incorrectly, but that was easy to fix and I dont expect them to be electronics experts too. I only mention it as a reminder for anyone that has aftermarket parts that the body repair shop might not be your last stop (unless you can do that part yourself).

I have a black Jaguar S Type that needed the front passenger panel fixed along with the front end of my car. The service I received from Page, Ward, and Julie was nothing but the absolute most professional service. Their service was outstanding and the job done on my car was incredible. I love it and will NEVER EVER go to another body shop if needed in the future. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this body shop.
