Northwest bus sales is the real deal! I worked with Layne and Ashley, they are incredibly accommodating and answered all of my questions promptly. Layne sent updates throughout the process which I thought was cool. Since I made my purchase from across the country (3000+) miles pretty much though a YouTube video, they really made me feel comfortable making the purchase. Erick picked us up at the airport and we drove the bus home which I thought was awesome. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend these guys or purchase another bus from them. Customer service was too notch and they clearly care about their customers. You guys rock!!

These guys were awesome from the start, I have never bought a bus before let alone two. Our salesmen was Layne Coscorrosa and he was approachable and easy to get on phone to talk about the million questions I had and our CEO had. I called several other companies around the US and I did my homework before choosing NW Bus Co. Every other company was somehow too busy to deal with my needs and these guys all stepped up and helped us buy two amazing Van Hool buses they assisted in getting them wrapped and directed us to a company to build out a sleeping berth. Living in Central California, we have been looking for a very specific shuttle bus for a couple of months. After searching different resources, we finally found Northwest Bus Sales website. Layne and Ashley from Northwest Bus Sales worked with us to modify the bus and also had the bus delivered. Mike, who delivered the bus to Central California, also was great to us. We are very impressed with the service Northwest Bus Sales has and how honest and great their employees are. They are very helpful and always answered our questions, either through phone or email. They did all our requests on the bus and we did not have any issue at all from start to finish. We also had no issue registering the bus in California. Even after the bus was delivered, Layne would still answer any question we had. We would definitely recommend this bus sales company to anyone who wants to buy a bus. They are an honest and very reliable company. Five stars all the way!

They really are the real deal!After I received the bus I found issues that should have been taken care of prior to delivery.After expressing my disappointment with the company they bent over backwards to make it right.Jack, Lane, and Abraham came to my house (65 miles) to correct all of the issues.Lane went to the local NAPA and bought parts for the squeeking noise from the engine. So he worked on the engine while Jack and Abraham worked on the floor and bad cab leak. Then Lane gives me a check for the tail light I replaced...WHAT?Since we couldnt get the squeek fixed they took the bus back to their dealership and got it fixed right up and then redelivered it back to me.This was totally above and beyond what I was expecting from a used anything dealer. I am very satisfied.NW BUS ROCKS!!!Update 5/18/2021:Did they do all I said above= yes.BUT... I asked Lane for maintenance records especially for the dpf system and was told he would...still hasnt happened.Also asked Jack to help me find a driver mirror bracket and he said he would...still hasnt happened.SEEMS THAT ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THEIR RATING. ONCE YOU GIVE THEM WHAT THEY WANT YOU ARE JUST A FAINT MEMORY TO THEM...WHAT A SHAM!!!!!Overpriced and a great lack of CUSTOMER SERVICE!The owner really needs to reconsider his/ her choice of employees and their complete business practices.I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!THIS RATING WILL BE THE LAST EVER EDIT FOR THIS COMPANY...PERIOD!!!

Greetings from Canada!I watched the videos on YouTube. And I gotta say, the buses are very primo! Even though some may have scratches, dents, wear and tear on the seats and vice versa, they still look great! Both me and Erick have two things in common. And that is our love for air horns and hating those dadgum buzzers on the emergency exits... Keep up the good work with those videos NWB!

Very helpful people. Went there to purchase a couple of buses and they were quite accommodating. They went to airport to pick up my driver as well as helping them to get back to hotel. When there was a part on the newly purchased bus not functioning 100% they took responsibility to fix it. Great people.

Not very trustworthy!! They sold a bus to my company that could not be used in the state of California. Nevertheless, they will not take responsibility for their actions and is unwilling to accommodate their customer after selling an illegal bus.

Layne and his team were amazing to work with. They sent me a quote for a daycare NON-CDL bus over to me and within a week, we were owners of the bus. By the following week, they had the bus sent to us in excellent condition to Houston, coming from Las Vegas. It was such an easy process with Northwest Bus Sales. They are the best!

If all dealerships were this accommodating and professional, auto shopping would be a very pleasant experience. We purchased a blue bird tc2000 after months of debating if it would be a good purchase for a skoolie conversion. The sales rep Justin Ackley continued to guide us throughout the process to make sure the bus would fit our needs. He continues to follow up with us to see the progress of the bus. We purchased 2 new cars this year from other dealerships and have yet to hear from them to see how things are going.
