What a great store with fantastic employees. Im making my first quilt and Im totally clueless as how to go about it. The woman in the fabric department went above and beyond explaining and helping me with my supplies. I cant wait to go back in when Im ready for the border fabric and show her my quilt progress.

This is my go to for sewing supplies and fabric. There are a lot of fabric options and I usually find what I need. Staff is always helpful and sew or craft so I can always ask questions and get a good perspective and info when needed.

There was only about a 2 min wait..it was so nice. They are doing work in front of store so I think people thought they werent open. Always freindly.

Went for online order pick up but walked through the store. Bought more fabric! Also struck conversation about craft stuff with couple of employees, SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF. I have not shopped at this location before. It is a big store, lots of inventory and enjoyed shopping there.

I walked in to JoAnn etc in Federal Way, Wa. I felt that the store could have used a little more merchandise than it had. There were too many empty shelves in the store, other than that I absolutely love the store. It was my first time in this particular JoAnn Store. I spoke to an employee by the name of Juan. He was an excellent employee with excellent customer service. He is to be commended for his hard work, and his commitment to customer service. I gave this JoAnn Store 5 stars because of Juan. Keep up the good work Juan. I really was not thrilled with the person at the front. You need to be a little more enthusiastic about your job.

Love Joanns. Id love to see more epoxy items. The cross stitch section is massive and appreciated.

Joann Fabrics is a great place for crafts. If they dont have it, you probably dont need it. My wife was shopping for silk flowers and bought quite a few. I noticed they had lots of art supplies and, of course fabric. The prices are high unless they are having a sale, which seems to happen a lots. They have lots of yarn and Seahawks fabric!

Many coupons are identical to click bait! Prices not clearly marked and they expect you to buy even if you cant use their coupon. Its been like this forever but the excuse NOW is covid makes them short-staffed.

Joanns has long since been the go-to place for craft supplies. They also have THE best coupons and accept all competitors coupons as well. If you are a careful shopper who has downloaded Joanns app on your phone and receive their flyer in the mail and have competitors coupons you can end up saving more money than you spent. You just need to know when to shop, and, if you forgot your coupons, turn around and go get them. Youll be happy that you did when you see what you saved!

Big store, plenty of selections for sewing and crafting. Store is clean and neat, usually well stocked. Employees knowledgeable and efficient. Plenty of parking.

Good selection friendly and helpful staff

Cashier was friendly enough. The Google site says they close at 7pm on Sundays. Get there at 540pm to find out they close at 6pm. Drove all the way from Edgewood. So the fast announcement made every 5 minutes that the store closing that you could hardly understand made my trip feel even more rushed. I came for yarn a lot of stock was out so I was unable to get all I needed, but was able to get a few items in the limited time I had.

Joannes has just about everything you will need for your projects. Their fabric selection is extensive. However, they are limited on higher end fabrics.

Usually I love Joannes! Tonight I was not impressed at all. Sorry the security guard was a thug. No greeting, no smile. Nothing even when I said hello. Just a stern scowl. How welcoming is that? I almost tuned right around. Then to top things off the email buy one get one free was only valid yesterday? Didnt say one day only at all. I even showed the check out gal my email. Hoping that a manager would be called. Didnt happen. What was supposed to be buy on get one free was only 25% off and the other coupon I had for an additional 20% off was only for online orders. Though it very clearly didnt say that! Again, I asked for a manager but she was spouting orders at the few staff that all had mega lines. As a very, very long term customer and loyal to Joannes... Michaels is looking like Ill be visiting soon. Really too bad.

The store was laid out to support the current statewide coronavirus restrictions and its social distancing. The store was clean. They even had a protection officer patrolling the interior of the store.

I love this store! I’ve always gotten great creative help on whatever project I’ve brought in, and I’ve yet to meet an associate who wasn’t enthusiastic about the prospect. Earlier this week I went in hoping to find 8 oz jars for grape jelly. Bianca found everything I needed then made sure I got all possible coupons at checkout (Joann’s, Michael’s and Hobby Lobby.) Wow—what a difference that made to the total! Thanks for GREAT products, GREAT prices, and GREAT employees!

This was the first time I had ever been greeted by an employee at any JOANNES. It was a nice way to start my shopping experience. The fabric cutters were friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Once we were at the check out, again the service was friendly and helpful. This was probably my best experience at any JOANNES.

Good service and when you have a coupon (just go their website), it is usually 40% or more. They dont have in store coupon anymore.

Every time I attempt to make an online purchase there is a problem of some kind for unknown reasons. They explained there is a problem with their website. I have had to request a refund twice. They take the money, but when I attempt to pick up my merchandise they have no record of my purchase.

Have been in to Joann More than a few times for different project this Past few months At different times in the day. The story itself Is it pretty decent store could be better if it was not so understaffed. From The Choice Id seen its either short cashiers or Employees working on the floor to help customers, I will say that the framing department did a great job helping me finding a new frame and saving a picture that had been Left Behind to me when my dad passed away this last year. The store Employees know the items and How to help the customers .

Always friendly service. Great deals on close out merchandise. And seasonal sales are great. Crafty people shop here.

One of my happy places to shop. The store is well organized and the prices are reasonable with a coupons. It does get a tad busy at times and the checkout line is murder to get out of...anyway, its a lovely store

I appreciate that Joann Fabric has a buy online pickup in store option however, it is pointless when it takes 4+ days to fill and their staff doesn’t even offer an apology. Cancelled my order and will go someplace to purchase the things I need. I wish they wouldn’t offer a service they clearly can’t handle managing.

I love visiting this store! Fabric, crafts, and even some unique odds and ends can be found here. Bought the cutest shawl priced around $30 with a coupon for a rock bottom price of $10! Great for browsing and getting things that correspond with every season.

This is one of the larger Joanns stores in our area. It is well stocked, clean, and well organized. I always find what I am looking for here.

The overall experience in the store was fine - until checkout.The customer was attempting to use multiple coupons to discount one item, in failed attempts, which wouldnt have been a problem had there not been one employee working the registers.Because of the holdup, the line which had originally only included my two, including my family, quickly grew between 10 - 15. It wasnt until this point that the clerk decided to call for assistance - which wouldve made since long ago.Honestly though, aside from that interaction, the store itself was fine - well lit, organized in an understandable manner, and was obviously more busy than I had gathered. Its just, maybe better staffing, or the use of that staffing, wouldve changed my entire experience.

The best part was checkout. I know the lines at Joannes can be long at times. The ladies there were on it when the line grew and got another cashier quickly. Nice staff all around. Plus they had what I was looking for. Even got the last one!

Always love to go to Joann s but this time the customer service was particularly terrible.You ask for help and you get a point in the direction with a -I dont know check row C27 28 or 29. I had interactions with 3 or 4 different employees with the same results. Too busy standing around to offer help. The customers around me just Chuckled. They said this is how it is now. I say BSI Wandered around the store for about 20 minutes ..lost and confused...and then ordered off Amazon prime in the car after I left...and it delivers today.So strange that business are closing down or losing money to online Shopping...... maybe they should provide better customer service. Next time Ill go straight to the Internet and save myself the pain .

Really busy and not alot of products

The staff is incredibly helpful. The prices are ok but if you plan it right itll be on sale or have a coupon for it. Most of the time they have what I need and it on sale.

There’s this young blonde gal (maybe in high school) that catches me sneaking in here and getting a whole cart full of stuff behind my boyfriends back. She’s super sweet and semi newish (started working here in the summer) and I just wanted to say she’s so freaking nice! I always have such a nice talk with her and I see how amazing she is with the customers and I almost want to steal her away from Joanne’s and have her work for my company! Anywho, just another person who makes Joanne’s a great place at the register! I just bought a home and enjoy decorating for the new seasons and she’s helped me out almost every time I’ve come in here. See you Christmas time!

Had the fabric we were looking for and it was on sale which was super nice. The employees were very nice and helpful. To the time to help us figure out what we needed to get our project done. Very impressed with this store.

It had a wide variety of crafting items

My aunts, mom and I really love the selection of fabrics and the sales on material, as well as the online app with coupons, project ideas and more.

They have nice stuff I guess. But its way too pricey. Definitely not for the budget oriented family.

I like this place, they have the better prices over competition over all. Only Barnes and Noble can beat them on the stamping magazines because of their member discounts. Only Michaels beats them on paper cost occasionally with their hot deals. Wal-Mart has on occasion had lower costs on the competitive products. But for better pricing over all, Over all its the best priced craft store.

This is a place to go when you have TONS of time for two reasons at least. One is that tjhete is so incredibly much cool stuff to peruse through and two you will have to figure out how everything works on your own because no-one wants to stop what theyre doing to help you. Still, its a great place to not only shop for your needs but to find out what your new needs are!

They always have what I need, knowledgeable and great people to help you. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE COUPONS!! You get to use as many that will apply to all of your purchases. I get them in the mail, email and text. Theres always something on sale that I just may need someday and items are so reasonably priced. :) 🖒🖒

What a disappointment! Drove all the way out here. The store is a mess! Very dirty and unorganized. Sales people were too busy to help w questions. Looks like they are doing a remodel again. Cashier Tierra was rude and not helpful. New gal at the cutting table didnt know what a remnant was. Manager in charge was so task focused Im sure she didnt even see customers. Worst of all the pattern drawers were messed up, couldnt even open the Simplicity section. Too bad this usually reliable, enjoyable place to shop and gain inspiration was a dud today! :(

It was very nice

Their staff is always so nice and the selection is greatest here compared to other Joann stores nearby. There are sometimes broken or open products but they let you exchange it no problem after you had already paid for it. Theres always a 40% sale coupon on their app, and usually a 50% or 60% coupon every week. They do need more staff or maybe a self checkout system, there is always a really long line at the registers.

Great coupons through the mail or via their app. Great selection of various craft projects. Wheelchair accessible including parking and bathroom. They seem to need more staff. Despite that, the staff are friendly and helpful.

My wife likes this place and always feels she can find what she needs when she is looking for fabrics or even gifts for family or friends. This is a good store and clean. Last time we went we found what she was looking for with no problems and it was a not as busy as it normally is.

Selection is great and store is fairly tidy for the amount of stuff they have but when you go into a store you would expect a certain level of costumer service... otherwise you could simply shop online so my experience inside this store is what I’m reviewing here. The company as a whole; I have supported and shopped my whole life and have been happy with product and companies values. Now into the unfortunate service and experience of this Joann location. This location has some of the most blatantly rude staff I’ve encountered. Specifically the younger employees. I don’t know why Joann would hire such un-courteous staff. Maybe employee options are slim but still a minimal level of respect and understanding to costumers should be given and encouraged by management. Basically my experience at this location has made me wish if I could do ALL of my shopping online I would. Unfortunately I need to see and feel the materials I’m purchasing like fabric, to insure good quality.. also unfortunate that a “family” friendly store is so unfriendly to costumers. I really hope this issue improves because I have always shopped Joanns and wouldn’t want to take my business elsewhere because staff is unfairly unkind to their costumers.

Customer service is good.

Its a well kept store and employees are very helpful once youve managed to corner them and ask for help, or if they are behind a counter. Out on the floor, though, they often act as if you are invisible and many times its hard to find anyone to help. An odd paradox.
