They do amazing work, after I ordered flowers through the tribute store and the tribute store canceled on me the day before my fathers funeral service. I went to buds and blooms 2 hours before they closed I ordered my flowers and got to pick them up an hour later and they were so beautiful and gorgeous. Just ordered from them again a different bouquet for my dad for his military service and they turned out gorgeous as well, highly recommended they do amazing work

Excellent service. I wasnʻt sure about same-day delivery at an address for a sympathy arrangement but they came through and the flowers were delivers even sooner than we expected.

My friend was very pleased, as am I.Hint: when ordering flowers online always ask the recipient send you a photo. Not all online florists send what you order... sometimes they leave out all the costly blooms, thinking youll never know. I once sent a $200 funeral arrangement to another state. What arrived had fewer than half the flowers I paid for, none of the roses were included..

I ordered the Arrive in Style arrangement and it came out wonderful. Days later, they are in full bloom, nothing is dead, and they still light up an entire room with the aroma. The ladies on the phone when I ordered and picked up were both super friendly. You cant ask for better customer service. I will happily order from this business again. Total 5 star experience!

I am really impressed with their customer service. I walked into the Auburn store, not knowing what I really wanted to send to a deceased friends family. Right away, I was greeted with a smile and the lady that helped me (I regret that I did not get her name) made suggestions on what I could get for the price range that I was looking for. And because the Auburn store did not deliver to where I wanted my flowers to go, she called the Federal Way store to see if they had the plants I wanted and to hold it until I got home and called. There were a lot of customers, but she took the time out to help me and made the phone call herself. I called the Federal Way store, and Samantha had the plants on hold.The only issue I had was that my name was not on the basket of plants that was delivered. So the family of the deceased did not know who the plants were from until I asked a few days ago if they have received the basket, which they did. So its always wise to follow up with the recipient if they got the flowers. I hope that this is not a regular practice of Buds N Blooms. Ive never ordered flowers from there before, so I dont have any comparison.Otherwise, the store clerks were very friendly and responsive!

I have always been treated great here. Very nice custom orders. My wifes birthday is so close to Christmas that its hard to find flowers that are not holiday themed. This place gets it and hooks me up with a beautiful bouquet.

Ive never gone anywhere else in Federal Way. I really like this flowers store. The people are very helpful and friendly. The store has many thinks to look at. It looks small from the street but it will surprise you when you go inside. Its very close to my house. I like it. Stop by and check it out.

My Moms birthday was coming up and I ordered a bouquet of tulips via their website. On their website it clearly states that if they run out of something, they will create something of equal value. I wasnt expecting this but they called me within 2 minutes of placing my order and let me know they only had about 6 tulips in stock and their next tulip delivery wouldnt be until the end of the week. They gave me a few different options either to wait until delivery of the tulips or they would create something of equal value. Since it was a time sensitive purchase, I asked them to create something with the remaining tulips. The next day we got some bad news regarding a family member. I called to change the shipping address and were very sweet and accommodating. My mom received the flowers and they were the most gorgeous flowers weve ever seen (especially for the cost). They did a great job and customer service was beyond excellent. I wont be buying flowers from any other shop! Highly recommend!

Beautiful flowers here. They usually last a long time.

We used them for our wedding and they were great. I shopped a lot of florists for this and they were the best at customer service and most organized about their ordering process. Some other florists would meet with me without even taking notes on what we wanted, or they seemed disorganized in their processes. But I had a lot of confidence in them from seeing them work and they came through.

There was a miscommunication with teleflora, and the girls at buds & blooms were extremely quick to make sure everything was correct, and that I was ultimately happy! Which means the world to me, considering it’s for a extremely special occasion.Each employee went above and beyond, multiple times for me, and made sure to keep me updated and in the loop throughout the ENTIRE process. I couldn’t be happier with how confident I felt after hanging up the phone. The bouquet arrived on time, looked exactly like the photo, and the experience was pleasant with superb customer service!
