I love this place! Its big, quiet, huge selection. They have a cafe so you can read and sip. Relaxing, comforting area. Its a nice place to come when you need to decompress and get away from the noise. Definitely worth coming here on a day off. I also love their children selection.

This B&N is easy to find and usually has plenty of parking. I like that its very quiet and clean inside. I believe some sections might have less than other locations, but its an easy-going atmosphere for browsing at your own pace. I believe this location has done a good job with their staff wearing masks and somewhat spreading out areas to maintain distance from others.

Great collection of books and other media! I once got a t-shirt for 3.30$! I got another one for the same price for my sister! Granted it was in the close out section but still it was a great price!

This location has been here for years and years. I remember coming here as a teenager and now approaching middle age I still love coming here. Customer service is available and always great. Incredible and large selection and fully stocked. The bookstore is also clean and has a cafe to enjoy and relax.

Although the book selection is fabulous, Amazon still has those books for the most part, cheaper. Plus, dont be fooled about the coffee shop. It serves Starbucks coffee, but the service is definitely not there. It took forever to receive it after they messed up the order. But the coffee area is a plus to look over books bought and chat with friends.

I went to Barnes and Noble bookstore to find a book on digital electronics and a couple other books that I was interested in. One of the book sellers was able to assist me in finding the particular items that I was interested in. The Barnes and Noble bookstore wasnt crowded, they were allowing the public to come in provided they wore their mask.

I wish they had more full manga series. Usually only the first vol. or first few in a series

The amount of books and different selection was the best. Customer service was amazing. This place felt like a place I could relax.

I did not get the gentlemans name but his service was top-notch. This is a store that we do not normally visit but compared to other Barns and Noble facilities we have been at this was by far the best experience.

I went in for a drawing prompt book. When I asked for assistance I was amused and impressed by; We dont have a section for that but... and then walked me to no less than 4 locations which have what I need in a variety of styles.

My son and I love this place. We always find books here that we love and when choosing we head over to the Starbucks section and read while we enjoy our coffee. The only downfall is since Covid19 they removed all of the benches and chairs. I have hip problems so I need to sit after a while and if the cafe is full then I have to sit on the floor or leave.

As an avid book reader, it makes me happy that the days of actual books still exist. This store is well kept, and everyone is very nice. Huge parking lot.

The staff has rude to me after asking if I could sit and check my emails I literally waited ten mins standing there as the staff chatted to each other before they even would acknowledge me and we are talking about grown adults they are just there hanging out and dont care about customers wont be back

Has always been my favorite place to look for & by books. This location is no different. Plenty of selection and well organized. The two titles they didnt have theyre ordering for us (just ask at the counter). They said they could have the books sent to our house, however I am having them sent to the store; itll give me another reason to keep browsing. 👍🏼

Nice place lots of books and I found what I wanted

I refuse to go to this store again. The only time Ive been to this location I bought a coffee at the Starbucks in the store proceeded to walk around. The store was fairly empty and I was in the back of the store where no one but my daughter was within 75 feet of me. Then some priss who worked there walked by and told me I needed a mask. He was at least 25 feet from me. I said I had a mask but took it down to drink my coffee. He said I shouldnt have that either. I told him then perhaps the store shouldnt sell coffee. He said I had to stay in the cafe to drink it. The cafe with no tables due to covid. I told him what he could do to himself and went out to my car to wait for my teen daughter to buy her books. This man was extremely rude. I would never spend my money in that store.

Wonderful selection of books and family activities. Their Cafe has a good selection of goodies. They do serve starbucks but they do not accept the starbucks app. The tables are open for seating and are spread apart. I love the selection of family games and activities. The childrens section is colorful and fun. You can easily find some good bed time books. My daughter loves their Manga selection. If you call ahead they will hold a book for you this way saves time and confusion trying to hunt down one specific title you are looking for. This is a huge store. I wish they had the Mario Lego that is missing from all their sets. Thats the only thing that stopped me from buying some of the Mario themed Lego boxes. Wouldnt be right without Mario! Maybe in time but then again Mario Legos isnt really a bed time story!

Their staff is very fast and accurate. Internet said some book I wanted was in stock at this location. The rep informed they had only one copy left somewhere, the horror. Despite my ineptitude searching for the book, I was pleasantly surprised to see the same rep confirm my books spine color and immediately locate it. Great for me.

The staff is friendly, really nothing I couldnt find. Even has a Cafe, or Starbucks. Plenty of books to teach homeschooling, plenty of genres. Impressed. They can even offer me a book if needed.

No one was the counter when I came to buy books. I had to chase down a store employee to find someone to take my money. Also, the store did not stock two established authors I wanted to buy. On to Amazon!

The actual store and products are fine, typical of any Barnes and Noble. The staff at this one store is ridiculous. Unfriendly, short, and cannot be bothered. Bianca I. was incredibly rude today, and anything but helpful. She was standing on her phone, and I asked her for help finding a book and she said Um, yeahI think we have it but Im busy with another customer right now. I patiently walked to the side, and she walked away to the front cash register. No other customers. If I could give 0 stars I would. Some people shouldnt work in customer service

Great cafe area, perfect place to relax and buy books without being rushed.

I asked for help finding a book today, I was told its over there in that section on the other side of the partition. I went to the other side of the store where the exit is and went right thru. I didnt have to wait in line or spend money there so I didnt. There are other book stores I know Im just a customer not a work buddy to chat with but when somebody asks for help remember your buddy doesnt contribute to your wages, I do.

It’s a big book store. Just make sure you check your book for missing pages or broken children books. We bought a few books and they were ripped in the inside. Yet it’s a very clean store and friendly service.

I wasnt very happy about how they rearranged their store and their pricing. They have always been on the pricy side but... It just seemed moore expensive.

Used to be a book store. Now it is mostly toys, games, magazines. SciFi and Fantasy content reduced to maybe 20% of normal and focused on $40 hardbacks. Will be going with Amazon and Half Price Books instead.

I really like a bookstore and to be able to browse around for different reading material but lord try to find someone lately who works here! I stood at checkout for 15 minutes before someone finally came to ring up my purchase! Checker told me she was the only one working today! Huge store with only one employee! Ridiculous!

One of the few physical book stores left in Federal Way. They have some good deals. A decent discount section and a Starbucks for coffee and snacks.

So many books! Love the cafe. It has a great selection of snacks. Plenty of parking here too. Only complaint is that they need to make sure they re-order paperback books so customers are not left with the overpriced hardback. Came for a particular parenting book. It was $24.99. No paperback available. I went to target and Amazon and found the same book, hardback too for $13.99. I would have liked to purchase from B & N but wasnt willing to pay $10+. Settled for a different book instead and ordered the other one online. I am not sure if they price match, I probably should have asked but they do need to be a bit more compatative on price.

My children like to look at the book’s. I can drink my coffee and enjoy. But this doesn’t happen because attention is bad.

We bought four new books, two of them by an author we love! Two books by Ann Rule and two survival/prepper books.

Well stocked shelves, surprisingly deep in unexpected categories (Amazon doesnt carry new copies of the Illustrated Edition of Bury my Heart at Wounded Knee. This Barnes and Noble does). Nice cafe. Large childrens book area. Large number of magazines. Overall bright and cheerful.

It has a weird placement, I like the one in south center much more. If you can, would recommend you go to south center barnes and noble.

This Barnes and noble has been getting better and better! Aside from books this is my go to spot for unique gifts! I always get some sort of coupon on my receipt and the ladies up from always encourage me to get a free cookie at Starbucks! Very clean store with lots of fun Knick knacks!

Easy to spot, ample parking considering it was a weekend. I placed an order and paid online. Spacious and still overflowed with books and educational toys. Staff was courteous and helpful during our visit. I love that you can go read a good book, find a seat and off to wonderland you go. You always find a very good reason to purchase: books, toys, gift ideas, and the famous coffee shop with the name starting with star, and ends with bucks 😊 is strategic in its presence.

Its getting harder and harder to find book stores these days. Especially hook stores in which you can get a book and have a comfortable place to read and even get something to eat. Fortunately, Barnes and Noble stores are still around.This store is large and clean and has a good selection. Recommended!
