The more you expect the worse you get out of best! I have been charged for 3 months after I spoke to one of the customers service agent paid off the total outstanding balance on my account and told him to cut off my service from today (now). And as I was told that I no longer have the service from now and all I gotta do is to return the modem. Since I was going to overseas but upon my arriving back saw the bill which I have been charged for 3 months. WT*.

Went in to sign up to be a new Xfinity mobile customer and got a great service from Lindsey and associates. She was very friendly, helpful, and patient throughout the process and even stayed late past after they closed to help us out!

LIARS, AND THIEVES !I went in because everytime I renew my contract with the Same channels the price always goes up. I have 2 TVs and internet on the perfect plus package why did they just charge me $213!!!!! Why do I have next door neighbors who pay this price for 4 TVs and a whole security system !? On top of that I went in and the lady told me oh we are going to lower your bill to $189 ( witch is still to high for 2 tvs and ) and the bill NEVER GOT LOWERED! I have NETFLIX, HULU, PRIME,HBO + and MORE FYI xfinity I DONT NEED YOU. After being a loyal customer for 4 years IM CANCELLING MY SERVICE!

Always have a quick turn around time here even when its busy. I always make an appointment before I go and it seems like I get to the front of the line much faster if I dont just show up.

Made appointment online and was served right away at my time. Several people who didnt make appointments ahead had to wait. Friendly staff helped me achieve what i wanted - to lower my monthly bill. They offered several choices and let me pick what worked best for me.

I went to Xfinity store to purchase a phone They did not ask me if it was for me or if it was a gift phone for someone, because my bill was past due They would Not sale me a phone.the clerk said I been here for 2 yrs andI said I been a Loyal customer Long before you as many times That I been in that Store I feel All Loyal customers should get Loyalty discounts and rewards I am wat speaking for myself also others that have been Loyal customers for more than 2 yrs.Something has to be done with these so called Xfinity Techs Some knows some dont you cannot tell me nothing about Technology.she got nerves Speaking to me like Im Stupi

They dont take debit cards!!! Only cash! They FORCE you to pay with cash!! And with All the technology they have, they have a problem with cards! Three party system is broken! Dont do exfinity if you have transportation issues or cannot get to the store. They cut me off and Im chronically ill! They are a joke.

I have to say, everyone here is always so friendly and helpful and if they can find a way for me to save money, they usually do. Today Dylan helped me with an issue that I had been dealing with, with the online customer service staff for weeks, and kept getting the run around,which was very frustrating! But Dylan gave me their personal experience with my same issue and set me up with a new modem. Fingers crossed that it will actually solve my problem, lol, but at least I felt heard and helped. Now I know Ill just head into the store with any further issues.

So for 3 days now I havent had a phone which has set me back $30,000 and locked me out of all of my bank accounts my crypto accounts everything. Because some Xfinity mobile customer service person change my phone number didnt bother to tell me they did that didnt let me know how to program my phone nothing. I have started over 10 separate chats online to try and get through the customer service with zero help I have had them transfer me to supervisors with zero help. So now I dont know my phone number my phone doesnt work and no one is doing anything to change it this is cost me so much money and its ruining my business I havent got calls or texts in days because of this.

Theyre managing the pandemic well. I made an appointment (online) in advance and didnt have to wait outside long. The store staff swapped my equipment very quickly with no fuss, and minimum of paperwork.

They don’t honor their 1yr contract plus hidden charges you don’t know about, poor customers service.Agent doesn’t give you straight answer . They’ll add additional charges when they feel like it without explanation bad bad bad…too many one time charges which I don’t understand and they don’t know the answer when you ask why.

I went in to get a box for my second living room. I was greeted by several people immediately upon walking in. They were all smiling and very friendly. Alex is a gentleman that assisted me and it was a super quick transaction and very professional. This is why I love Comcast because they make things simple and not over complicated when you go into the store. He answered a couple of my questions. Highly recommend!

I return there modems in summer 2018. I have been using my own device since that. But they are still changing me every month 12 dollars extra because they are really really good thieves. Can you imagine how many people using their services if they stell 10 dollars from each customers and they have more than 100 million users. 100 million times 10 equal one billion dollars each month. That is called business. F..... this Thief company.

Horrible customer service. I told the door guy that I wanted to upgrade 2 lines and get iPhones. He tells me to wait that someone will be with me soon. I wait 20 minutes, and another staff comes and calls my name, I tell her what I want to do and she takes forever to pull my account just to tell me that they are out of IPhones. What didn’t someone told me that from the beginning?

No way to know what phones they have in stock before going. So if you go and they don’t have what you want you just wasted your time. Happens all the time. Have to wait a long time every time you go there. Well I have. Patience :). No way to check phone stock before going. People there are nice though. Specially Darene. She rocks. One star only because of the wait times and no way to know stock before going. They have no phone number. But employees are nice. :)

The customer service has improved!Now that there is a check-in and equipment drop-off. The counter personnel can focus on their job, which is ME. Wait times are reduced considerably. Staff appear less stressed, are better equipped to answer questions, provide more in-depth answers.Thanx Xfinity!

I was impressed with the patience and knowledge of the staff but, I was disappointed that they didnt have the product they were currently promoting. We made an appointment with the understanding that we were looking for a specific product. We were told that they would be ready and waiting when we got there. When we arrived we were told that they didnt have any in stock and wouldnt have any for a while. We ended up with something we really arent happy with.

Update i signed for bundle deal of 175.Since signing up they first tried charging me 285 the first month then tried charging me 212 second month now they are trying to charge 199 when my contract is for 175 a month for a year! Dont trust them with their billing !!! I will be fighting this and then canceling my service!I will go to their competition instead!Dont trust comcast!The store it self i still give 5 stars but the comcast itself i want to give 0 stars!!!This place did amazing with me and my daughter 😁 they helped us so much today

Received the equipment and was advised how to install it. The instructions did not work. Called # on instructions...said would need to send tech...If the old modem worked and I was swapping out for a new modem why should I be put through this inconvenience..now I need t make arrangements to to be at my residence for the technician... this is a large inconvenience.

I must say I’ve never had a good experience at Comcast but today at the Federal way store, I finally did! A five star review, I’d give a 10 star review if I could. The manager Dylan Geiger is truly awesome. Offered solutions a great attitude even though an obnoxious old lady interrupted us repeatedly. Took customer service to a new level. And Keith who was our service guy through it all, was very informative and kind. Man! Kudos to Comcast for having a service location that goes that far for its customers! Any questions ever arise I know who to got to for help and leave with a smile on my face. Boom💥

Quick and fast assistance, wide open space and easy to navigate. I expected to go Into a tiny store with a line of customers and spend a hour just trying to get help, much to my surprise it was a nice big store that was open. I got assistance almost instantly by an extremely kind and welcoming young man, was helped and out of the building before even 10 mins had passed. Your staff are amazing and they should be praised for an outstanding customer service.

My internet was off-and-on, mainly off. I used my cell service to check for service outages on xfinity website, this feature wasnt working. Decided to request a call back from support on their website, this feature wasnt working either(see attached). Called my local store (see attached for phone number I called), the machine told me something very simple and along the lines of, Welcome to Comcast, home of Xfinity. We are experiencing higher than normal call volume, good bye. That was it. I was hung up on by a machine. I was left stranded with no way to get help with my internet. Had to go to the local restaurant to finish my work.

Turned in equipment at this store, when I asked if COX Xfinity was the same as Comcast Xfinity I was told yes and that I could return my cox equipment there. They gave me a receipt and sent me away. Fast forward 2 months later, the person didn’t even scan the right info on the receipt, they apparently can’t locate my equipment and no one will return my call or get back to me and now I owe Cox Xfinity money for equipment. The employee Adam Shakoor Asasi is my contact there and ignores any attempts I try to have with him concerning this matter and lied when he said he would help me resolve this. Refused to contact Cox to let them know what happened so I could get an extension while they try to locate the equipment they lost.

What use to be my hell, has changed!! I am so appreciative of the changes this comcast has made they must have changed managers or done extensive training or both this place used to be my arch-nemesis.. but no longer . Whatever training happened,keep up the good work ! I had many questions and all were answered and not just at this location,when I called customer service, I was pleasantly surprised that they took responsibility and fixed the problem with in a minute. My view of this business has usually been horrible..but here is the proof that businesses can change and these guys are the proof! Great job!

They do a decent job, when you come in they are often busy these ladies are good. Though scheduling appointments is basically useless your never seen on time EVER, well rarely. Kim and Cindy are the best at acrylic nails and the older and chunkier ladies do get the best. Pls dont get offended by me saying chunky .. Im a big girl!

Comcast blows but the employees here were too notch. I would recommend staying away from comcast, if you can, because, in my experience at least, they are nothing but scam artists. If you guys visit this store, don’t tell them that you are trying to change service plan or cancel. Thet will let you wait on sofa while you can see other people who came later get help first.I visited place to change my Xfinity plans and returning my tv box.When I was checking in and returning box, they were really friendly, but they left me on bench for 50 minutes.While I was waiting, I had to see 4 people who checked in later than me get help first.After i sawthat they were looking for next person who also came later than me, I just asked pull out my name from checkin list. It doesn’t mean anything to the store.I even saw the receptionist tried to tell customer service person that they skipped me, Customer service person didn’t even care it but looking for another person to help.I visited not only to cancel TV service and home security but also to increase my internet speed.

Starting my review off to Keith S. & Dylan G..... Thank you. I have been a Comcast/xfinity customer for a long time. A very long time. I came here with an issue. You guys both took the time to look at my problem and found a resolution that was better than I could have expected. I hate to say that my experiences in the past with Comcast have not been so good, but my outlook on the Xfinity customer service did a complete 180 today. With reps like these two, I will happily stay with Comcast/Xfinity for the duration. Thank you guys again!!!
