Gentleman who was army dealership was very rude and acted like he didn’t want to help me. Sign and website says closes at 7pm and guy was closing at 6pm. As was leaving gentleman started yelling and using profanity. DO NOT BIY FROM HERE….

Went in for a certain car. Came out with that car. They didnt try to sell me anything else. The communication is great, talked to owner about coming to look at vehicle and they knew I was coming. No gimmicks or hassle car was as priced. It runs and drives great. They even offered to hold it a few days while I got the money together. I would recommend them and go again for next vehicle

$500 down is a joke. Dont have credit issues, you really are not going to get approved. Go else where

I made an appointment for a car and nobody was there. Didnt sound like he would be negotiable over proce on the phone. Car needed new tires when I looked at it. Very dissapointed, I would not give them my buisness.

Since I am new to the area I didnt know who to call, so I called Payless. Within 20 minutes they had a guy at my house, and within 2 minutes I was off to work. They found a loyal customer for life.

I had an excellent experience here this morning. The vibes were good all around. Very chill compared to other dealerships. Michael was very kind and got me into the car that I wanted with zero hassle. Got me approved even though I had lower income. I would highly recommend going here.

Dont waste your time at other dealers getting the run-around or the hard sell. I am a happy customer. Stop in and visit them, or look at the inventory online. Did application online on a Monday. Was given a call a few hours later due to missing info. A guy said he would call me back within the hour. I received an alert that my credit was ran. I waited til 5pm later than day. No call. I called them back. It went straight to voicemail which was full. Called them on Tuesday, straight to voicemail.

Ive had my car now for 14 months and no Major issues.The few Small issues that did come up where taken Care of Immediately. The Staff there are the best and the Manager Mike he is so Awesome and far he will go out of his way to help you. Ive never experienced that at any car lot Ive ever delt with. The Mechanic there are the best they really know what they are doing. O think the last time I got my car fixed there was about 7 or 8 Months ago.The Best Dealership Ive ever worked with.Bessie D. When weve visited this place there were many cars from which Tommy could choose. The prices were very affordable. Now Im selling my car when I sell and look for another used car I know where to go!

They did my granddaughter good. Even though she didnt get car here, Payless did her good and went all the way to help her.Granddaughter had to get a car without all the payments.

They advertise on Facebook 90.days without a payment zero down payment .However these are posts to get you to.fill out a credit application online. Once that happens the rules seem to change. No mention of these types of deals once they come back with they need a down payment.The Washington state AG office states that this sounds like a bait and switch scheme they have going on. A complaint was filed today

Really a great place to buy a car.. I came in looking for a pre-owned Toyota with low miles and I found a really nice one. I enjoyed low pressure & friendly atmosphere. The entire staff knows cars and loves to go out of their way to help their customers.

Over charged my sister-in-law for transmission work and took several weeks to actually do any work on her vehicle. I would suggest going elsewhere and otherwise saving your money.

My wife and I called and were told to come in to sell our Chrysler Pacifica. They advertise that they buy cars, but totally blew us off as soon as we walked in. One guy passed us off to another, and the other had someone else come tell us that he might be willing to do a consignment, but he doesnt really want to mess with it now. Customer service is non-existent here. Add that to the near impossibility of getting in and out of the parking lot, and I will NEVER visit them again, and I will always tell people that there are much better options when it comes to used car lots.

After my friend knew that I was searching for a car he told me about this used auto sale and what do you know - I bought my car and I love it! I just wanted to say a quick thanks to Mike and the team. There are plenty of used cars in very good condition actually.

Got in a personal bind and needed a car asap with the minimum down. Applied online and had a phone call within minutes following up. Went into the dealership said Mike i need that one and I only have this much and this bad credit (snap snap ) boom! Done! drove away in my new used escalade. We even referred a friend the following week he got cleared and purchased his first new car. Great service. Highly recommended.

I went in to the lot on Dash Point, excited, thinking yeah going get a car... I was set to pick up one on August 8th, 2017.... did a test drive, checked all out....only had to wait for the credit approval... Even through on the side of the fence is a large bright yellow sign saying: Guarantee approval (regardless of bad credit, no credit, repo, lien, bankruptcy, and so forth)... Only need $500 down (not starting at $500), driver license, job proof if residence......... so imagine that as of today Sept 6th, 2017 no car-denied by credit.... I advised them that I knew due to life, divorce and such that numbers are not where I would like them to be.... I also expected high interest, and planned on paying quickly off....... they said no problem, and do at least 10 months-thus helping to build up credit etc... When the credit company said no, I emailed, called and so forth-asking why if said guarantee approval..... No response for almost a month from the lot... I reached out to the credit company, they said talk to the lot-they are not involved with them promising guarantee approval, maybe was In-House Special Financing........... when they finally responded (someone other than the person I dealt with at start of this.... said oh we can do In House, some cars be $500 down, others be different amount.........why when your sign says $500 -not starting at!!!!!...........false advertisement from the get go... I asked why many times, with no answer. I also asked for the owners name (of the lot/company), never no response..... I may or may not go there-to get answers, and maybe car as I do need one...... or may go elsewhere -where they at least are up front.... I missed out on a awesome car that was what I was looking for............ let see if they keep to the true meaning of honoring your word, advertisement..... SMC

This auto dealer is there to do nothing, but to rob the community. its the least trusted dealer I have ever seen in my life. I bought a toyota 2007 car in 2016 for $11,000. After I drove it for 2 weeks, it started to make such weird a noise coming out of the engine. I took it to the auto repair shop, they charged me $600, yet problem was still there. I ended up trading it with worth of $3000 after I owned it for a month.

The top used car dealer. I have bought my car 4 months ago, changed only the oil (which is always required, cuz u cant trust the previews seller). The car is in perfect condition. I have passed already 40k miles (im traveling a lot) and not even a simple noise. Ive bought 2002 Chevrolet Blazer 4-Door 4WD LS! My advise if you need a car visit this used car dealer, they offer cars in very good condition for very affordable prices!

Customer service was horrible. I came there about 1030am. Nobody spoke to me and my wife as I entered through the doors. I walked around to see if anybody was working. 2 people on computers minding their own business. Kinda strange not to get a greeting when trying to buy a car. So I say excuse me Id like to buy a car a man says take a seat sales man will be here shortly. 2 hours later in still on couch and nobody came back to say anything to me. I asked excuse me sir where is the sales man. He replies I thought he was here but Im not sure Ill leave your paperwork on his desk. 2 days later I call back to see y I wasnt called back after I left my contact information. And they say oh we will call u back..... smh these people are horrible. Hope they all get fired
