There was a super sweet girl working the front yesterday. I bought a bunch of witch books and she had a book stashed in the back for herself. She ever so kindly offered it to me and it ended up being just what I did not know I really really needed. Thank you so much! I will be back next week for that journal. Watch out for them running your card 2 times it happened to me and I had to call my bank and now how I have to wait 5 to 10 days to get my money back. I will never go back to this store!!!! And they don’t even have a number directly to this store so you can talk to someone!!!

Im going to go ahead and give this place more stars than I originally planned, because the store at this particular location is FANTASTIC, and my beef is with the company itself. Really nice and helpful staff, well stocked, and the decorations are so well done. The vibe is just a very cool and fun one.But Spirit Halloween, come on. Youve GOT TO STOP WITH THE OFFENSIVE RACIAL COSTUMES. Peoples race and cultural heritage are NOT acceptable to be dressed up as for Halloween! This isnt 1950, yall know this. Do better.

Great customer service

Costume was bought last night and it doesnt fit. Came back to rerun and exchange. Front girl says no returns are allowed or exchanges after date. Told her that was not addressed to me yesterday at register proper to purchase. I asked to speak to manager and a different girl approached, Taneia, giving the same excuse. I aasked if she was the manager and she said she no and finally a lady cam out and immediately, without introduction without asking my concerns and immediately defended her staff saying we can not get fired. She also said all her staff was mentioning it at time of register. If they did, then I would have tried it at the store before purchase and I wouldnt be here trying to exchange . Then she said its ok n the receipt. But the receipt is given after purchase. I responded telling her she was so unprofessional approaching me defensive without listening to my concern, then she said, I am on lunch....Shocked, she was balming me for inconveniencing her lunch, I immediately stopped her new excuse why she cant even listen to what I had to say that said there are no canclealtions and immediately assumed her associate did address me and even added there are signs at the register.Please pull cameras from that night.First of all the outfit doesnt fit and I was going to exchange.She said I can call the customer service that not even open.I am so shocked they have a manager behave in a defensive role and blaming customers for disturb I ng their lunch. #Defensiveadult #customerservicefailure #halloweencostumes #spirit

Its decent but I didnt see any plus sized costumes. Us the woman working in the dressing room had her head buried in her phone.

I was looking for a brain bald cap Id seen on their website. They didnt carry it in the store. When I went to the counter with my plain bald cap, asking for the brainy bald cap, they said they didnt carry it. They never provided me with other options.My girlfriend went the other day. She texted me a picture of a brain cap while she was there... Why didnt the employees offer me other options while I was there? Now I have to go back, spend more money on gas and the brain cap, when the employees could have saved me time and money by showing me other options. Know your stock and be helpful.

Halloween is my favorite thing besides Christmas so just go in to spirit hallow to have a fun and look around at all the decorations and costumes but I love it
