My daughter is en pointe now for a year. The Tacoma store did her fitting. We usually drive to the Federal Way store for her shoes now because they are open Friday and it is the only day she does not have dance.They always take time with her to ask questions and check her current shoes to make sure she is in the best possible fit. On our latest trip, she was having trouble with her pointe shoes staying on. Grace checked and found that her feet had grown.Did I mention that we drive all the way from Chehalis because of the service we receive? We got there at 5:30 on Friday afternoon (they close at six) and Grace was patient and took all the time my daughter needed to get her next shoes. It only took 15 minutes or so but I never felt like Grace was rushing to get out.
