King County Window and Glass just finished the installation of a repaired glass unit into our entry door. It looks beautiful!I want to recognize Jeff for his hard work to get the window unit out of the door frame without damaging the door, he did a wonderful job! He also did a great job in securing the hole in the door while making sure no damage was done to the door itself. Rod completed the Reinstall of the glass unit and did a marvelous job. Thank you!King County Window and Glass was so professional and provided exceptional service on an assignment that was not easy, due to the way the glass unit was secured into the door when the doors were originally built.I recommend King County Window and Glass to anyone who needs professional glass service.
Dear Carol:I received your invoice for the remaining $1859.59. Your company has not earned the full amount quoted for the job. It is clear that your company’s customer relations, knowledge of Marvin windows, and quality of workmanship are substandard. The following issues are the reasons you have not earned the full payment. The representative who came to the house to assess the job was not familiar with Marine windows. He did not know whether they custom windows would be removed from the interior or exterior. He did not contact me to inform me how the work would be done. Good customer relations dictate a higher level of communications. Also, it seems to me that it should not take from May 20th to June 8th to find out what he needed to know about Marvin windows or to get the job scheduled.Office staff did not process my payment information that I called in to the office which resulted in a substantial scheduling delay.Scheduling to return to compete the installation was delayed. It appears your office is not adequately staffed to handle the business you are booking. The workmen you sent to do the work at my house are not skilled sufficiently to handle Marvin window replacement. Not only did they cause damage to the window frames, they could not get the small window removed in a reasonable length of time. They did not come with the tools of the trade to do the work. The man who used the nail gun was surly and definitely had substandard work ethic. Nails were sticking up and he thought that was just fine. Corners were not flush.I waited my turn to have the work completed, but that was not respected. The lead workman was taken from my job to work elsewhere. When he returned another man came to assist with the removal of the small window. When they finally had the window removed, the extra man left and took the person who was responsible for repairing the damage done on the first installation date. The repairs were not competed on the front windows and the installation of the little window was not complete when he left. Consequently the repairs needed around the little widow were not done. The repair man did fill the corners, but he added something that is going to make it almost impossible to sand before painting can be done. I have met with a professional painter about how the window frames can be restored. The cost to restore the appearance of the window frames is substantial. At the end of the second installation, furniture and plants were not replaced not were lamps plugged into the outlets.Your company has been in business for a number of years so you should have the kinks work out of scheduling and hiring competent installers. I have lived in this house for over 40 years. During that time I have hired many trade people to do work to maintain the house. During that time, I have never encountered the problems that I have had with your company. I certainly have never felt like I wanted to report a company to the Better Business Bureau or take ay other action.Due to all of the above and especially the cost to restore the window frames, i feel the balance due you is the tax.Sincerely,Sharon Ann Alger..

Replaced the broken window glass at a reasonable rate. Provided a free measurement on the glass.
King County Window and Glass did an excellent job replacing the glass on a large picture window that was damaged in our older home. They used traditional glazing techniques to fix the window, and their work was impeccable. Price was very reasonable, and the office communication was great. Thank you!
Excellent experience! We appreciated their professionalism and honesty in getting our glass installed on our fogged up windows. We will be back when the other windows decide to fog up!!!
I would recommend this company over and over again. Completely professional and personable at the same time. Will use them going forward for all of our glass or window needs! Thank you again!
Rod was awesome! On time, every time! Very nice! And tenants are thrilled with their new picture window!Thank you!
They came back a couple of times to fix a sticky window and make sure I was satisfied with it, and I really appreciated that.
We needed a new track and bearings for our sliding glass door. They were quick and fair with the price.
We needed King County Window & Glass to come in and replace the glass that came in incorrectly from the supplier. They were on point with their schedule and did a great job!
The measuring, ordering and installing process was seamless and quick. And a much better price than I was expecting. I had put window replacement off for a few years thinking that it would be a long expensive process, but they exceeded my expectations.
We recently replaced the glass in 30 windows in our home. Jeff and Sergy did an amazing job! Not only did they wear their masks and take their shoes off, they made sure our dog didnt get out as they moved in and out of the house. They were professional, efficient and tidy. The process was great from quote to completion. Carol, in the office was a pleasure to work with. Cant say enough good things about King County Window & Glass!
