The lemons I got there were incredible. They had plenty of juice in each one and Ive been saving the same lemon for 2 or 3 weeks now and its still good. In general, they have really good produce. The deserts are also pretty good, the deli tamales were excellent, especially the pork ones.

Totally love the prices on their produce here such a great place to get my weekly supplies of avocados apples peaches and oranges... Not to mention they have the best Mexican sodas with real sugar anywhere on Federal Way

I drive from Kent to shop here. I love this market. It has fresh meats and seafood. A serve yourself hot foods with many choices. Most of all beautiful tress leches cakes!!!

Big Mexican grocery store. Theres hot mexican food bar and bakery here. My go to is the $2 chicken tamales and jalapeño tortillas. Chapurrado was too thin/watery.

The deli area in this store is absolutely amazing! They make everything from scratch, and its fresh! Try their salsa verde, guacamole, and their buffet section. They also make authentic tacos. Mmmm mmmmm good!

Better then Wal Mart. Not as much stuff but great prices and some cool little gems. I bought a camping stove for 1/2 the price they had it on Amazon.

I like that store because it has everything from American to Central American products and the buffet is fabulous with its varied flavors of food, I love that, thank you, champion store makes our lives lighter

I cant give a fair assessment as I wasnt able to finish going thru there. I had to use the head and the comfort station eas closed so I went home. However what I saw I was impressed and plan on going there again soon

I was kinda disappointed. All I needed was a type of potato that apparently is very popular in Hispanic recipes but the young man in produce said they dont sell it. The floors are really dirty looking. A lot of products didnt have prices. If Im ever in the area again, I will go in there to shop, just this shopping trip was not a good one.

I love this market for the hot bar, cleanliness, and variety of Latin grocery. I love being able to find Central American specific ingredients while browsing all their other choices. I really hope they continue to expand the selection. Very happy this is part of the community.

I love this place but this day was bad for me because they shrimp was not cooked all the way for the food that I picked them and I had to return it but I had no problem returning it and it was easy fast and I love the store still so

I’m going to be kind to just give them 1 star and not report them to the HEALTH ASSOCIATION but if they read this is up to them to solve it. But It was one of my to go mexican store but after what I witness and experience I’m totally discussed. I got some cosido meat and unfortunately we got also someone’s finger… I don’t know what to do! Alot of people work in that store but this is too far that it would shut down the store.. my worst experience ever with this store…

Outstanding selection of everything Latino Mexican or South American you could ever want. Fresh buffet foods are available by the pound. Outstanding vegetable selection and fruit selection. an amazing assortment of sodas that you will probably not find in many places. Also the bakery on site is amazing. They also make fresh tortillas and both corn and flour on site. Overall a very cool place.

Hidden gem! Best place to go for authentic Mexican ingredients. The meat counter is amazing too for pre-seasoned carne asada and more!

This is not a Mexican store. It’s more like an Asian store with Mexican products. They initially produced fresh made flour and corn tortillas...but no longer make the flour tortillas. The deli section is so-so. The food court looks like a mess of food thrown together. The tamales, especially the chicken are very bland..Bell pepper has no place in a tamale, and they obviously put bell pepper in the chicken hoping it will improve the flavor. I am allergic to bell pepper! Prices are above average.

They have what I look for and they always provide good customer service.

The prepared food in this market is something out of this world ! Everything is soooo delicious, with that special Latin savor ! At least I always make an effort to go there to eat twice a month, and the prices are extremely affordable! The place is clean and the employees attentive and always willing to help. I highly recommend that you also try the desserts they have a wife variety, my favorite is flan de leche !

Mexican style market. Everything you need under one roof. There is a fresh food deli, bakery, fish counter, meat counter. I always go there for my specialty meats.

The best market and restaurant to eat in or take out. They prepare everything do delicious and very authentic flavors, I go there one or twice a month regardless not being my town if residence, but believe me, its worth it!!!

I love this place I travel all the way to federal way from Des Moines just to get their fresh tortillas. Theyre soft and the taste is very homemade. They are the most organized but have a ton of selection, a bakery that is ok, seafood and meat deli. Recommend you try for sure.

This was a place I just stopped at while going to Ivars in Seattle with my wife to be Donna. I loved the store and brought a bambo plant something that I have always wanted since I was 20 yrs old. I am now 63 yrs old. Thats how comfortable I was in this store.

Yummy tamales and other hot food

Very good latin market. I especially enjoy the to go section with many kinds of sopas. (Menudo, Caldo de Res, Pozole). They also have a good assortment of tamales!

If I could give a rating less than 1 Star I definitely will. I went in to order my son’s 1st birthday cake they had a sample cake in a square form and I asked for that cake but in a round cake with the theme of paw patrol. I went in on 01/01 to pick the cake up amd the lady who helped me was really nice and she told me the cake was done but not how I wanted it. She showed me the cake and told me what they werent able to amd the next time to just get a squares cake. I wasnt going to complain but i just fot pissed off by looking at the cake. When I got to the cashier I asked to speak to the manager. While I spoke to the manager she agreed that cale was in bad conditions and that she would give me a discount but the she had to talk to her manager. They were only able to refund me $10 because the lead baker who happens to be the lady who took my order wasnt in and they couldn’t verify if i did or didn’t order the cake how it was. Who would order purposely a cake for her son’s birthday to be all messed up?

Horrible horrible service everytime from the kitchen ladies. Such a shame because I really liked the rest of the store but the kitchen people have completely turn me off. Horrible attitude, roll their eyes and deny simple requests. Never again.

First time visiting. Large store. Very bright and clean inside. They have fresh prepared food inside and a place to sit and eat it. Produce is fresh and very good prices. This is the last Latino equivalent to the H-Mart across the street. I will definitely return.

I was really hoping this was going to be a great place to get tamales. I hope it was rough just because it was the holidays but they were sold out and refused to make any more. Then another day they barely had a dozen left and some were falling apart but the sign said it was a deal for a dozen. I was charged full price and told they hadn’t changed the sign to update current pricing yet. I also wonder about the sanitary conditions of the hot bar, but I doubt I’ll go back as there are better markets in Tacoma.

Best small, huge Mexican market. Small feel so short lines. They have everything you need to make you feel that you are back home. Clean store and convenient hot foods. Grab a tray and load it up with fresh tamales, sweet potatoes, authentic Mexican dishes, free tortillas and chips. They also have American food, pasta, chicken fingers, etc. Pay for the food at the counter, then sit at the big seating area. Bakery is a hit or miss, some things are good, some arent. Groceries are not a steal like some Mexican stores, but this store is more upscale.

I really enjoy this Market. It always has everything I need. And it has an amazing Bakery and meat department where they sell even live product. Good prices. And they even have a full on food bar where are you can make a meal to go. That includes soup and tamales. Im so glad this Market opened.

Thought pricing of products were way expensive than last time in store- maybe a year ago. Ill likely not return anytime soon. Store was clean and veggie and bakery departments looked good, just pricing out of my budget.

This store is Amazing, one of the few that i will personally will recommend if you like/love Mexican/Latin products, since you will fine a really big selection of different products, not only that but you will have more than 2 choices of any product that you might be interested on, plus the store is very clean, which plenty of workers waiting to help you when you need it, the fruit and vegetable selection is quite good as well, prices on many products are quite competitive with other Mexican/Latin markets/stores and in many cases are slightly cheaper, plus due to the size of the store you can easily buy for the whole week if need it... did not had a chance to check the seafood or meat section, but from the distance seems well manage and ready to help.

The store opened at 8. I showed up around 10 with 1 plan.... Get tamales. After searching for a good spot for fresh homemade tamales I stumbled across reviews of this store last night so I was extremely excited to learn that they had a tamale bar with chicken, pork, beef, cheese, sweet corn, pineapple, strawberry and chocoalte tamales. This was shown in several pictures I saw in reviews of the store. I was disappointed when I arrived to be met with only chicken, pork cheese and sweet corn. I really wanted to try some of the other sweet flavors. Ill have to try again in the hopes of more flavor choices.

Very big, nice and clean store. Everything looked really good! Loved that they make fresh tortillas and have a Mexican bakery. Alot of different selections of products that before I only could buy in California! Prices are pretty reasonable too!! The only concern we had is that some of the meat didnt look fresh, the hamburger was on the brownish side already, and some of the steaks also looked expired! Other then that....everything else looked good!

Clerk wasnt at the register at the food court and i rang the bell but no one came so had to go all the way around to the other registers, other then that everything else was find.

Authentic Mexican grocery store with great prices! You know its authentic when majority of the customers are Latinos. I come from Texas and California, this is the best Ive seen out here in Washington.
