Had some issue with reservations for the unit I was trying to book but when I called the location Alex at the front desk was super helpful. Change the information that was needed and when we got there it was busy but he helped us in a timely manner. Area was super spacious and secure. Would so recommend this area to store your belongings. Double security and also temperature wasn’t bad inside the buildings.

Alex the property manager was amazing to work with!...I had a horrible experience at another storage place (non related) and Alex was heaven sent he immediately gained my trust .I can tell he truly love and enjoyed what he does and I knew I was in good hands! it was truly an easy process from start to finish I wish I would have came to federal way Supreme self storage first! I rented a 10 x 10 that was brand new never been rented!! The price of the unit is less expensive than the other place I delt with earlier..I highly recommend coming here it will definitely be worth the while!!

Alex was very kind and super helpful! He explained everything in detail without being overbearing. The facility is beautiful and clean, and almost all of the units look pretty easy to get to! This was the easiest part of my moving experience, very thankful for this place and experience!

Friendly Staff, brand new space, great price!!There are some extra fees: Rental insurance is required for $13/month, $25 one time admin fee, and they have a special lock for $20 that you might as well buy from them.Despite all that this place is still cheaper…

Ok...first and foremost you are greeted with first class customer service. Extremely helpful people here. Let’s say for a example you call and you decide not to leave a voicemail...they call you back. Not only do they call you back ...they do it with such pleasant Gratitude that you feel welcomed. Very clean units. They have wooden carts with very good turning radius...they are at every entrance..super Convenient. Security is top notch ...your valuables will stay nice and safe. Get the fob it’s $5 extra super convenient. Hands down the best place to store your stuff.

Alex was very helpful and friendly. I appreciate he found me a unit not too far from the door as I am a senior and it is hard to move a lot of items if I have to go very far......especially with my bad hips.
