Its either a bullseye or a complete misfire here. Most times the pizza is amazing but a few times, including today the pizza was super undercooked. We ordered through doordash, so the manager kept saying that hes sure the pizza wasnt undercooked. I took pictures of super slippery, nasty cold dough but nobody ever answered if there was a number or something i could text the pictures to. Its obvious that the pizza was slid deep into the conveyor belt and didnt bake its full time. After attempting everything with the manager, his only response was to take it up with door dash and get a refund from them. I dont want a refund, i want good pizza tonight :( How is raw pizza door dashs fault?

We usually have no complaints. Im sure they were busy because our pizza came like this!!! Ill be calling tomorrow to get a refund. Super hot day where no one wants to cook. I get it… but dont rush. Cause an accident because you beed to be off at closing!

This pass month I order pizza & breadsticks from them. The first time I had called them to let them know the pizza & bread sticks were still doughy inside. They apologized and said they got a new oven, that was there reason for the half cooked pizza and breadsticks. This second time was the same excuse, and only got an apology. We’re not goin to order there again.

Ordered pizza via Uber eats at 8 PM. Web site says closes at 10 PM, I called to confirm and told they are closed at 8 for oven maintenance, but I got charged 52 dollars for a pizza I am not getting. What ever happened to customer service? That should have been told to their delivery choices so that people dont get inconvenienced trying to get refunded.

My family use to order from here 2 a month. We would get extra ranch to go with the chessey bread. Spending 50 cents extra did not bother me. However lately they are not even full, may be half full and now raised the price to 80 cents. I pay for extra cheese and most times I cant tell there is extra cheese. I do not mind paying for extra. However I feel like I am paying for extra and not getting what I pay for any more. I will be looking for a new pizza place.

Great pizza, been going here sense 2018. Everything on the menu is amazing, everytime I go I get a pepperoni and sausage pizza with a side of buffalo wings or pizza rolls, All of which are a must-have. So if youre having a pizza night soon consider dinner served.

Ordered pizza told 40 min for delivery 2 hours later called were told that they only have one delivery driver and they had lots of orders. We suggested that next time they should let people know and be honest or say theat pick up is a better option and we would of picked it up. Ordered cancelled and will not be back.

These guys make some serious food. Their garlic knots are so delicious! I really love their spaghetti also. It’s REALLY about anything that gets their house marinara sauce. The spaghetti is drenched in this magical sauce and the garlic knots come with a side of it too. And I can’t forget that the ranch sauce is REALLY good!, I think it has cheese in it..; I think it’s homemade. I know for sure, that it’s amazing~The service is really excellent also! Always efficient and friendly. Sometimes the girls write little personal notes on your food. Which I think is very nice touch!! I will always tell everyone I know to go here.

Huge and delicious pizzas! Great value and fed our entire office for a good price. Everyone loved it. We ordered several different pizzas and they were all great.

The food is pricey but great. The wait is always longer than what they tell you, delivery or pick up. But what bothers me is that I paid over the phone and only after I paid over the phone was I told there was a couple dollar fee and asked why and the girl on the phone giggled it off like she didnt know. I got to the store and checked to see if there was a sign saying there is a fee for running the card. No sign anywhere. I asked another employee what the deal was and he mumbled something incoherent, trailed off and walked away. And then to top it off there is no pricing on the receipt. The whole transaction felt shady.

The food was fantastic!! Good service and very reasonable price. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is that I saw a guy who was making pizzas with his bare hands no gloves etc. and the worst thing he was wearing bracelets etc. on his wrist hanging out touching the pizza dough!!

Arrived in about 35-40 minutes, as I usually do with pick up orders to give them time, & was told my food hadnt even been started yet because there was a rush. My food would take another 15 minutes, they said. Sat in my car watching several people leave with their meals... Once it officially hit an hour since I called & made my order, they finally called my name. They gave me a pizza, the rolls, & a soda... Not realizing when they took my order that they had been out of brownies for a week now (a quote from one of the coworkers when the guy who was helping us asked where the brownies were...). I got a slice of cheesecake instead.THE CONS: Took way too long, they didnt even bother to try & make up for the 1-hour wait & not having the correct dessert. Would have loved a coupon or maybe another soda/slice of cheesecake. I wanted to take my tip back lol. Also, incredibly slow staff. There were like 10 employees & still a line out of the door of people waiting on food. Also, no hair nets?THE PROS: The food was actually worth it! Get delivery though & save yourself some major hassle.

Horribly unreliable! Third time coming in and having to wait 15 min+ after the time they told me it would be ready. Staff of teenagers completely indifferent to the customers makes that 15 -20 extra minutes extremely uncomfortable. Pizza is ok but definitely not worth waiting for. Staffs attitude matches the quality of the pizza; meh. Ranch dressing is pretty good though.

Best pizza in federal way, have been coming here for years. Felt a couple of years ago that their quality had dipped, but recently they are back to being what you would hope for from a neighborhood pizza spot. It is ah institution.

Order was going to be 1 hour, almost 2 hours later I revived my pizza. I feel like I paid too much for a late order. But its was good. Had to call 3 times to confirm my order was on its way.

This is by far the best pizza place in Federal Way Ran by real people that put real effort into making a good product. They get pretty busy and there are some longer wait times because quality isnt instantaneous. You can tell the owners take pride in their craft and I always enjoy supporting an amazing local business like this. Keep rocking!

This place is hands down the best delivery 🍕 Ive ever had. The crust texture is soooo good! One downside is that its pretty annoying when they tell you itll be ready in XYZ amount of time and its not, especially when youve got places like Dominos with a tracker that tells you the exact moment your 🍕 is ready. Another problem is the price. They definitely cant compete with the prices of the big chains, so for me this is relegated to a pretty infrequent luxury.

I was told the order was ready for pick up. When I arrived there were three girls (18-20?) cutting up with each other. Going in and out of the store to take selfies with each other and having fun. After about ten minutes and having them walk past me at least four times one of them asks if Ive been helped. I said no. Then she checks on my order and it the dough hadnt even been rolled out yet. It was going to be ateast another twenty minutes. I canceled and went somewhere else. I really wanted to try this place as I like to support small businesses, but Ill support someone else I guess.

Would not recommend this place on a Friday or Saturday night. I placed an order to-go over the phone for 2 pizzas and they told me it would be 30 min for pick up. I arrived 5 minutes early and had to wait for a whole hour before they gave me my pizza. Aside from that I paid $50 and my pizza was cold by the time I got home since one pizza was ready way before the other. I guess they didn’t make my order at the same time. The kitchen is very small and they don’t have enough support to even make all these pizzas. Avoid this place. Oh and they didn’t even apologize for the late wait, they just gave me my pizzas and turned around and ignored me. Just overall bad service.

Tip your drivers directly, especially if Doordash is used as this restaurant keeps the tips and does not pass them on to the driver.

A Federal Way gem! Definitely the place to get pizza from if you have a choice. A strong rock music theme, especially in the interior decor. Looks like a great place for parties!

The pizza was excellent, but my order was delayed. When I called in my order I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. When I arrived to pick it up it apparently had not been started yet. I was told that they had experienced a rush if customers. Since it was Sunday evening between games that seemed believable and was reinforced during the additional 15 minute wait while my order was processed.

Pizza is good here but ended up taking a lot longer than they first said it would.

Love this place for the pizza rolls!! But make sure you ask them the delivery time before ordering they will have a 1 hour 30 min wait and wont tell you until she already has charged your card. Then when you cancel your outta your money for 3-5 days. First time ordering here and probably be my last.

The pizza is ok. Not the best I have ever had. The pizza rolls however are very good with ranch. The marinara is bland. The service is very good they are always nice and friendly. The only complaint I have is the fact I ordered delivery and to pay in cash. The driver did not bring change so I had to give them more of a tip then I would have liked at that time. I look forward to trying more of the food when I get the chance.

First time, loved it. 90s old school MTV playing on the wall was awesome, definitely made me feel old. Lots of big, tattooed, hairy guys working; couple of rocker chicks too. Dont let that scare you, everyone was really nice. Though it might have been a bar at first, but the smell of yeast and warm dough quickly changed my mind. Get the pizza rolls for sure!

Food was so good, but service was awful. Waited 1 hour for 2 sandwiches. They had forgotten my order because of so many Uber orders.

This is my go-to place for pizza! The pizza and rolls are wonderfully baked and all the ingredients taste fresh. I always order delivery and everyone Ive spoken to is nice and attentive. Would definitely recommend this place over any big chain pizza place.

Went there recently, ordered some of their pizza rolls with the usually amazing ranch after my visit I saw this and was horrified that this employee (redhead maybe?) would put this out there.

OMG the food here is delicious.The wait was kinda long but worth it plus I placed the order during rush hour 🤣 so maybe that contributed to my long wait but did I mention how delicious the food was. It was my first time ordering. I got the meatball sub, the Alfredo pasta, the meat lover extra large pizza, the little pizza bites forgot their exact name but man was I enjoying all of it, so did my hubby who really knows quality pizza from nott so good pizza.

We happened to see this restaurant on Google maps when we were seeing what pizza places were around. This place is amazing!!! A real find!!! Not only is their pizza fantastic, but they have these pizza rolls that are soooooo delicious!!! I have never been a fan of garlic bread other than homemade, but theirs is better than I have ever tasted!!! Between the crust and the spice this place is our new favorite!!! A definite must try!!!

Pizza was goodI ordered thru DoorDash and my order was incomplete, and onions on my salad had mold on them. Called the restaurant and the girl literally told me to call DoorDash that there was nothing they could do! Literally, I’m pretty sure DoorDash didn’t put mold on my food. Will not waste my time ordering again from this place.

My favorite local mom n pop pizza spot...hidden on the back of a shopping strip. Pizzas are excellent (cauliflower crust too!), sandwiches are tasty (i always get the italian), wings are good...but my favorite are them pizza rolls!!!! They come with ranch and marinara. Annnddd you can customize them.When my house wants pizza, we ALWAYS get pizza pizzaz.

If I could rate zero Stars I would this place is absolutely horrible!!!!!. I dont know how they have an excellent food safety rating when there is stuff all over the floor.

I really wish I didn’t have to rate this place 1 star but I do. I say that because while the pizza is very good, the service is consistently terrible. The entire operation is run by 16-17 year old kids who have clearly not received proper training. We have ordered here about 10 times over the past few months and have had the exact same experience every time: getting overcharged by $5 to $8 and then having a teenage employee get visibly annoyed and offer a different nonsensical explanation when we politely inquire about the incorrect total.We always order a version of the same thing, a two-topping Mondo pizza for which the price is clearly written on a chalkboard on the wall of their lobby next to the register as $18.49. Since tax in WA is 10% it’s pretty easy to estimate the total, so we were surprised the first time when we heard the total of over $26 for a pepperoni & mushroom pizza. When we asked why it was so expensive if the pizza was only $18.49, the teen cashier replied “tax”. We clarified, “$7 tax?”, they told us yes. We let them know tax should only be about $1.85 if the pizza is $18.49, they rolled their eyes and walked away saying “let me go get my manager” in an exasperated tone.The next time we ordered, we got charged $28 for the advertised $18.49 two-topping pizza. When we inquired about the total, we were told that since we wanted mushroom on one half and pineapple on the other half that the pizza could only be rung up in their system as a “specialty half & half” pizza. Not wanting to pay $28 for what we thought was a 2-topping pizza, we simplified our order so that it wasn’t “half & half” and then got a new total of $26 for the pizza that is advertised on the wall next to the register as being $18.49. Again, an annoyed teenage cashier goes to get another teen to help.The next time we ordered I called beforehand when we were driving to the pizza shop to ask if the price of their Mondo 2-topping was still $18.49 “as written on the wall next to the register.” Over the phone I could hear the employee tapping on the computer screen a bunch of times and after 30 seconds of tapping they told me “no”. I was confused so I politely let them know that the last time I was there I saw the price written on the wall in the lobby and then asked again if the price was still written up on the wall. Again, I hear tapping on the computer screen and am again wondering why she just doesn’t look at the wall? She tells me no. I say ok thank you and hang up. When we arrive, the $18.49 price is written right there on the wall. And again we are charged $26. Sigh.And so on. Always a new teenager, always a new explanation for the incorrect price.The very last time we went, we opened the door to hear a teen on the phone at the register put someone on hold, ask a coworker a question, walk back to the phone and then before picking up the line again exclaim angry and loudly “now are you going to MAKE up your MIND!!?” before lifting the receiver again to speak to the customer on the phone. It was uncomfortable to say the least. She takes our order, charges us $27 for our two-topping pizza, so we calmly point at the prices listed on the wall and let her know we would just like the $18.49 two-topping pizza, to which she replies “well I could ring it up that way but it would be about the same price”. A $7 difference on a pizza isn’t really what I would consider “about the same price”. That was it for us.Additionally, we have watched one of the employees stand about 10 feet behind the register area with her mask pulled down under her chin for over a minute and eat (pizza?) right next to their production area, spreading her (COVID?) droplets to everyone & all pizza in the area as she chewed and then continue working without washing her hands. I took pictures as I was sitting in our car and saw this through their front window while my fiancé was inside. Also, employees are constantly texting on their personal cell phones and then touching pizzas.Tonight is pizza night, and I am writing this review because this place deserves it.

I dont know if they changed something or we got a few good orders but Im really disappointed. Bread sticks are basically a crisp thin shell filled with air, cheese pizza tasted really off and the ranch... the ranch cup was less than half full and super runny. To many other places for mediocre/ sub-par pizza.

Great pizza place. The pizza rolls are the best Ive had anywhere in WA. The actual building in Federal Way is pretty small. There are a few TVs and seating for about 15-20 people, but its mostly a pick up or take out place. Cool people behind the counter though and great food.

I take back everything good Ive ever said about this place. Called in an order, girl could not get any of it right! Explained I was driving and could not tell her the exact numer of the deal I wanted. Told her the size and what I wanted on it, repeated it 3-4 times, seriously. Thought I ordered some pizza rolls too, but she was quite confused about it all. Finally thought she had it right. I wait my hour, and go to get dinner for my son and myself, at 8:45 pm. Well of course the girl I spoke to wasnt there, but the owner was. The girl never put in the order for the pizza, and they cant find the pizza rolls in the store! Im not making this up. So, the poor guy that was left to handle this, while the owner was busy making someone elses pizza, couldnt be bothered to come help. Do NOT support this business! We will never be back. Now its 9:30 at night and waiting for food from somewhere else.

This is the worst place the pizza is good however the wait is outrageous! There is nothing but little kids that work there. They look like they are wearing pajamas to work so yucky looking.

We used to love this place over the past couple of years, and now we dont. Pizza we have never had a problem with, its the customer service or lack thereof. Every time we call they sound like they dont have time for you, or cant be bothered to be doing the job they are paid to do. I get it, not everyones dream job is taking pizza orders, but its a job nevertheless.Last night was the final straw for us, we ordered a pizza at 8:40PM (they are open until 10pm), ordered #9 combo and they said 20-25mins. 30mins go by, an hour, then before you know it, its past 10pm and theyre closed and we never got our pizza and wings. I mean, seriously??? Weve had our pizza arrive late before but not like this where it doesnt even show up! THANKFULLY we were going to pay cash so we didnt lose money, but they did. Were going to find a better local pizza place.

The pizza is delicious. The problem is the lack of understanding the menu or getting the pizza you order. If you order the taco pizza they will not deliver the sides that makes it the taco pizza. Also we had 1 delivered to us that was completely the wrong pizza. They said they would put a credit on our account now they dont know what we are talking about. Just be very clear with your order and hope you get the right one. Even if you dont it will taste great.
