Went in to take care of a broken phone and Max helped us upgrade without increasing our bill! He took the time to explain things, make recommendations, and answer any questions we had. He was friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. Definitely one of the best experiences Ive had with any cellular store.

This store is very busy and probably under staffed. Tejay was great. Verizon policies suck. And they need to communicate all fees and costs.

Had finally adulted and got my own phone plan and we added my wife. We both got new phones. I had no idea how to do all this and TeJay walked us through it making it all a breeze.

Maxwell was great! We purchased two new phones this week ... he answered all of our questions and provided exceptional service. My husbands old phone proved to be a challenge (transferring data, etc.) but Maxwell was patient and friendly during the entire appointment (2 1/2 hours!). Dedicated staff, that were informative, helpful and courteous. Jessica when above and beyond, as she came in on her day off, solved all of the problems encountered with the transfer of 8 phones, from another provider and patiently dealt with our humor and questions.

Made appointment for 1:00. Store busy and was 1:20 before I was helped. Jessie was very good at multi tasking and did help me while she was working with someone else along with answering phone and greeting other customers, notifying them of an approximate wait time

I went in there with prepaid phones and came out with two iPhone 11s! I was getting helped by Tejay and he was literally amazing. He helped through all the yellow tape and all I needed to remember was my own name and number lol. Definitely recommend to anyone to go there if looking to switch to Verizon. The Fergus Falls BeMobile Verizon folks were amazing with me! I came in just for a charger one day and next thing you know I had an incredible deal on a new Samsung phone AND they helped me save money on my plan! Bought a new phone just today (9-12-19). The store was not very busy but two people were ahead of me with lengthy dealings. The staff was very friendly and helpful while I waited. When my turn came up the process was quick and painless. I left my phones there while the transfers were taking place and stopped back later to retrieve my new Samsung Galaxy S10+. Everything went smoothly

Great service, had a warranty issue with my phone. Had gone to another local Verizon dealer and they said phone was damaged. Wouldnt call the warranty number to verify with them. BeMobile took the time to call and saved me $99 for a damaged phone fee. No money in their pocket just great customer service. Thanks for helping me out and will do more business with you in the future.

Not impressed with the lack of customer service I received. The rep that I worked with was extremely inattentive to me as the customer, focused all his attention on his wife and a co-worker in the store while I was there.Failed to give me a receipt, so when I went online to register a product I purchased there, I was unable to do so, because it said I required a receipt to do it. I called the store and told Matt he had failed to give me a receipt. He said he was busy at the moment, but would email me one within 20 minutes. 2 hours later, I had received nothing, so I called back to the store stating that he seemed quite distracted during my purchase in the store previously. His comment was, Im always distracted. I told him that doesnt do much for me as a first time customer in their store.Not planning to go back.

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! Went in to get my screen protector looked at and Alan basically said its not his problem and provide no information for me. Then pawned me off to another sales rep who in turn provided all the information I needed. They then continued to banter me and try to sell me everything they have! Keep in mind I already have an iPhone 11 and Apple Watch Series 5! Alan then said, This is a verizon store you should come in here expecting to buy stuff not looking for information. 0/5 Will never return and will spread the word of this incident.

I had a bad experience when I purchased my new phone and was upset, my phone quit working so I went in to see what was wrong with it. I have to say that Alan worked very hard getting my issue solved. He got it sent back in and covered by warranty and gave me a loaner phone so I would not be without. I got my phone back today, went in to get everything switched over and Jamie and Dawson were very helpful and nice. Alan had given me a couple items to make up for my bad experience and Dawson showed me some very cool things on my phone. Thanks everyone for everything you did for me to make it right.
