One of the few places that give cash back. Also only decent grocery store around here.

Shopped here for the first time today and will definitely be back. Shopping carts were well supplied. The store was clean and well organized, and there was a pretty decent selection of goods. We got some deli meat. The wait was very minimal, and the clerk was friendly. We used self-checkout and the man overseeing it was on the ball. I only had to wait for a few seconds once before he cleared the thing to let me scan the next item. (You know how teschy those thing can be, you move an item half an inch and they freak out). Oh, and they had a thing on the wall at the entrance so if one had forgotten ones mask you could grab a fresh one. I thought that was nice.So all in all, while its not the BEST Schnucks Ive ever been in, (it wasnt palacious or anything), it was a solid 4/5. Pretty great.

Well organized, very clean, nicely stocked. The parking lot was clean from front to back. The carts was in the store. Even the mobile carts were well stocked and fully charged for the mobile impaired. Fresh produce and lots to choose from the deli ales. Even the cashier at self checkout was there to help.

Other than the extremely long single file line that takes 20 mins before you even get to one of the 3 registers, store is decent in terms of selections

Schnucks Ferguson has plenty of stock on the shelves, fresh meats, seafood, and produce selections, great customer service and enough parking for all. Pricing is reasonable (the economical value of some Schnucks labeled products is better than some of the commercial brands) and courteous cashiers briskly move customers through sanitized checkout lanes.Be sure to wear a mask when entering the store and adhere to social distancing guidelines.

Can get help from the staff, when you have hard to locate items. Go ask the personal, they are happy to help you.

Some people are a new type special but that neither here nor there. Havent being to this particular location in over 10 years and I was glad to see that the store layout was pretty much still the same but as for the employees themselves, well they are something to he desired

Clean, bright. Long line in the early morning and staff were slow to come assist the one checker.

Been noticing a lot of people not wearing a mask with no enforcement, even though all entrances have signs saying masks are required. They even have free masks available.....

I love my little schnucks Ferguson store its right down the street from my home I can pop in at 6:00 in the morning grab my items and be back home in time for coffee

The bakery is open again, and I must say some of the best doughnuts Ive had in so long! Fresh, they were so full of custard, not saturated in fry oil. I dare say better than Old Town... Great job bakers! We can tell you love your job.

Went shopping there on June 182021Went through the self-checkout aisle Got cash back $40 Forgot to get my $40 got to the front door and ran back The guy that was behind me was using the same register I told the cashier this And she said she could not help meAsk to speak to the manager I spoke to the grocery manager Which I think his name was Roy Showed him my receipt he took my name and phone # and said the manager will call me there are cameras that will show that the workers seen this happen i still never heard back from the manager

Had exactly what I needed and didnt take all my money

The working scooters werent charging when I got into the store and the one that was charged malfunctioned the entire time at the store. It kept stopping. Theres a great need for these scooters to accommodate people who unable to walk the aisles. Just a request for more consideration for customers like me.Thanks.

Beware of expiration dates when shopping here. There have been more than 3 times where I got home to see that food was expired. Mainly frozen dinners, can goods, microwaveable soups, and things on sale. I do like that this schnucks is the least crowded of all schnucks.

Store is well organized, clean. Only issue is the beggars spare changing you at the exit.

The person taking orders in the deli was not pleasant at all, but the order was perfect and fish was delish.

Needs more help

It would be much better if the employees were friendlier and there werent beggars every time I go there. Now that CVS has bought the pharmacy my prescriptions doubled and more in price. I switched all of those over to Walmart and now I only go here when I have to. The highlight of this particular Schnucks is it they always seem to hire the best natured security people. I love them!

Shopping was great, had most items. But only 2 cashiers so checking out took longer than usual. Overall not bad

This is my main grocery store. I shop there every week. Their products are outstanding and they carry a lot of sizes other than ones designed for large families. The employees are friendly and polite. I always feel good when walking into the store and am still feeling happy walking out knowing Ive got good food products in my cart.

I enjoy my experience there at the Ferguson Schnucks. The Cool Valley Shnucks was my favorite store. Still things changes so Ive met new worker and for the most part theyre just as friendly as those whom where at Cool Valley

Most of the emoyees were on their cell phones and they had more baggers than they had checkers. Only good thing was that their seafood department was open until 7 unlike the Bridgeton location. Young lady was very professional and nice in seafood.

My experience with the new CVS pharmacy has been horrible. I have attempted to pick up a prescription for my grandfather for 3 days and they still have not filled it. Waited again today and heard 10 customers say they have been waiting for days for simple prescriptions, as well. One elderly woman said she has been waiting 2 weeks. Staff was very rude and condescending. Will be requesting for my grandfather to change to a different pharmacy.

They offer less health conscious items than other locations Ive been to. Yet, I understand that they are probably catering to their larger customer base.

Its much smaller than some of the other Schnucks. The bakery department needs a little work with their doughnut presentation. 🙄 The lines appear to move quickly. Theres a clinic inside the which gives it an extra bonus. You can get groceries and take care of your heal all in one location. Thats pretty cool. Kudos to the one with that bright idea. 😆 The clinic is probably the reason the store looks smaller. 🤷

I dont live in Ferguson now but I like this store. Adjoined to the store is a medical clinic and this is so convenient. Peoples Clinic has a great staff and so does the Schnucks store

Absolutely ALWAYS has items out of stock. And what kind of grocery store doesn’t offer plain strawberry ice cream in their store brand?! This store was better when it was Shop ‘n Save. Don’t waste your time at this one, shop at a different Schnucks.

Its a good store. Everyone that works there can point you in the right direction and are very friendly. I think it would be great if the pharmacy hours were extended. Im one that likes to bag my own groceries in canvas bags. One or two small things per bag when they pack them is such a waste of plastic and money. Security followed me to my car when I left the store with all my goods NOT in bags. My mistake, next time I will stop and show my receipt to security before I leave the building. The good news is, they are paying attention. Perhaps if they didnt use so many bags, the prices could come down. Or they could have a separate discount line for folks that bring their own bags.

Too many panhandlers at the exit. Everything else is fine.

Its more of a local store for people in the community. No one would drive out of their way to this store. Staff is nice friendly helpful courteous. I like the produce section. They need a cafe coffee shop in front to draw business. A lot of people use the hot deli section but I havent yet.

This particular schnucks carries more hair and beauty products for mainly black women. Otherwise, is usually pretty well stocked. Cleanliness is fair. Does not ever offer food or other samples.

Its the end of June and I just bought a chilled coffee drink thats been expired since February. When I opened it I noticed chunks floating around in it and thats what made me check the date. Why would they have that out? Every time I go to this store something happens to turn me off.

I went to pick up a prescription for my dad and they didnt give me the one he needed on top of that they charged me in error so I have to go and get my money back. On top of this their food is way over priced.

Its a Schnucks! Comes with all that Schnucky goodness. No complaints.
