Took my money for a tool box for my truck that was “back ordered” and never mentioned it. Called today 3 weeks later (which I shouldn’t have had to do. A well managed business would have called me and kept me informed) and the azz clowns told me to check back in 21 more days! Can’t find my receipt so they got me. Way to do business aholes! Last time I ever purchase anything from your company!

Employees were fantastic, manager very helpful, we came in late abd everyone from the stockman to manager gave us time to get everything we need and answered ALL of our questions. They have earned a new customer. Thank you for taking the time. If something wasnt on the shelf they checked the stock room to see if it was in store.

Sometimes hard to find an associate but they sure do have enough tools and equipment to look at to make any wait better

Had to drive a bit to pickup an online order here. From the front counter attendant, to the person helping me load my order, and all the other staff I dealt with in the store, everyone was helpful and extremely nice.

THERE IS NO STORE NEAR ME BUT WORTH THE DRIVE IF THEY HAVE WHAT YOU GO FOR. I HAD THREE THINGS ON MY LIST AND THEY ONLY HAD 1 ITEM IN STOCK. I DID END UP BUYING OTHER THINGS AND ORDERED REST ONLINE WHEN I GOT HOME SO WILL GO BACK TO PICKUP.

I had a great experience shopping at Northern Tool in Casselberry Florida... Sales and Customer Service was excellent. My online order was waiting for me when I arrived at the store. I was helped loading my truck with Cement Mixer and other items without having to ask... Would shop there again!

I spoke with Maria on the phone to ask if I can get a military discount when I come pick the item up and she said yes! All that I spoke to are so helpful! Great job guys!

Bate an switch. Sale me a American box fan with great air movement. 7 days later after paying for it. Theres none in the warehouse an no shipments come in. Manager says let me sale this one I got. Twain half the air an about the same money. You got love new America

How is it that metro Orlando has two Northern Tool stores and all of Illinois has none? Whatever, this place is great. Broad selection, knowledgeable staff, terrific prices. Most impressed by the selection of quality tools. Couldve spent another couple hours just browsing.

I order a zero turn mower cover on October 6th and was told it would take 4-6 business days for delivery. I received my cover on October 23rd. This was after I had to call 3 times to find out were my package was. First I was told that its coming from the manufacture and they will be sending me a email on the delivery. 6 after I went to the store to get a status and they said to call back the next day to have a manager investigate. He said it was ordered and I should be getting an email soon. Finally I did a chat with the corporate office and they were not sure where it was but it looks like it was re-order and was scheduled for a delivery but could not tell me a date or how it will be delivered. So I end up waiting another 6 days for it to be delivered with still no email from the Company or the manufacture. THE WORST COMPANY!!!

Tonya at my local store was very helpful in finding exactly what I needed and getting it ordered for me, but then the nightmare began.After being told that the product would be received in 5-7 days, i received a email a few days after the order saying the main component would be delayed a month. Although aggravating I could somewhat understand as these things happen. But now that month has come and went and I am no closer to getting my product then i was when i ordered it. I am so beyond disappointed with this company. If your local store has what you need in stock by all means buy it as they have everything but if it has to be ordered - dont do it as their promised delivery times are way off.

I thought harbor frieght was a great store for tools and garage/man cave stuff, haha I thought wrong. This place makes harbor freight look like the dollar store. I wish there was a location closer to Volusia county but next time i need a special tool or even a great gift idea for my dad or brother, this is where im going for sure. Location is great also if youre from this area. Two thumbs up in my book
