This was truly an outstanding experience. Ashley V. took care of my needs to replace car battery. Everything from helping me pick the right battery, payment, bringing it out to the car & doing the installation. Very smooth process.

I went to get a battery check and Robert went above and beyond. My battery was fine but the terminals were pretty corroded. Robert proceeded to clean them off for me at no charge. The next time I need something I will definitely go back to this location.

I came to the store this morning, hoping to get help from one of your great crew, but sadly I have to say the grim from my face went away,I asked the person if I could borrow a deep socket so that I can removed a castle nut, the person asked wheres the car,I said in my house,the person reply,Im sorry, only if the car is here,I was of the opinion that I Could take it and return it,the person said, I you could by one, they are on isle #2 ..my question will be, what tools are available for lending? do I have to borrow a whole set? very disappointed

One of the absolutely worst dumpsters of a business I have ever seen.2004 I was struggling and needed a belt for my 89 Ford escort. I asked the guy for help and he flat out refused then proceeded to sell me the wrong belt and refused to refund it leaving me with a belt I can’t use and no money. I won’t go into my retaliation but anyone still associated with the store who knew what happened to him knows 😂😂

Auto Zone has a new customer! Andres at the Fern Park location showed more hustle than Ive seen in years! I purchased a new battery and he installed it in under 15 minutes! For years and years I just drove up to Sears Automotive or Pep Boys to get a new battery. Theyd put me on a list and Id wait an hour or more before someone would even start work. After being told today at Pep Boys that they couldnt even make an appointment for 3 days, I figured Id just try to put in the battery myself. I thought, how hard could it be? Its not super hard, thats true. But Andres actually answered my questions about it as he was installing it for me and its a little more complicated than I thought. Auto Zone clearly has a great training program and a safe and complete process to get the right battery and protect it against corrosion. Plus there are safety concerns with doing things in the right order I didnt know. All in all, a very positive experience and a reasonable price. I sure wont be standing waiting for hours or making appointments to get a new battery ever again! Thanks for the great service, Andres!

Now that Pep Boys is closed their retail doors my new auto parts is Auto Zone. I went in the other day to get motor oil and filter and wondered why I hadnt come before. The place is clean, the staff was Friedman l friendly and even suggested I changed my filter brand so I could get a better deal that I wasnt even aware of. 👍🏼👍🏼

Great customer service! Went in for a quick fix for my slow leaking tire. The employee that help me was honest and knowledgeable, so instead of letting me buy something that may or may not fix the problem he turned me to an auto shop just down the road and was very adorable for what i needed done.

Kyle was extremely knowledgeable and kind. He was very thorough in checking my battery and he even brought my attention to some other maintenance that would help the car run better. He was prepared for any potential outcomes which he communicated with me throughout the process. The rest of the staff was great and very helpful as well.

Not as well stocked as the OReilly auto parts shop I usually go to but customer service is good. I was in the detailing supply aisle looking for a particular products and they only had one or two options.

I bought new windshield wiper blades and they put them on for me in the rain, tested why my engine light was on too. I took my car to 2 shops. One shop said it was something else, and another shop said it was what AutoZone had said. So, I chose that shop. Very helpful staff and clean store too.

Unfortunately I had to return an item that they thought would work & go to dealer for exact part. I brought the item in with the original receipt & was told the credit would go back on my debit card & I asked dont I need scan my card & guy told me know it scans off receipt & that was over 2 weeks ago & STILL NO CREDIT. It wasnt an expensive part but still this is very frustrating. They obviously kept the original receipt so I have proof of nothing. BEWARE IF YOU HAVE TO RETURN ITEMS AT THIS LOCATION

I called the store in the morning because my car nearly started and spoke to Juan. He said come in and they can take care of me. Once I got there he took my batter in to charge it but it wouldn’t hold a charge and advised me to get a new battery. Which I did once he gave me all of my options. He was outstanding and truly exemplified what good customer service is!!

Im sure every auto zone is different. This one however, has a very friendly and helpful staff. They made me aware of issues with putting in a new part that I wouldnt have known and rented a tool for me to get past these issues.

They seem to always have a pretty knowledgeable staff, that helps a lot when a customer needs some reassurance when trying to figure out what he or she needs,...... That kinda customer relations goes a longgggggg way with the people, keep up the good work guys, Us customer s really appreciate it.

I needed a headlight put in and didnt know how to do it. I tried a couple of other places but no luck. With the hurricane coming I really needed to have both of my headlights because I drive to work at night. Not only did Paula take her time and help me pick up the bright lights for me, but she changed both of my headlights. She was patient and calm and I was very impressed. Alex C is A Rock Star! He went the EXTRA MILE and took care of my corroded battery that was uber nasty!! And it was hard to come off because it was so grimy! He took his time to get right materials, clean it, charge it, then advise next steps to get the battery re-harged and/or replaced. He even suggested that I come back after an hour to make sure it needs replacement or the thorough cleaning did the trick. I doubt anywhere else I wouldve gotten this level of customer service! Matter of fact, I went to a NAPA Auto Parts earlier in the day, and they told me they didnt even have anyone to TEST the battery for me. I have 2 children with special needs who were with me and Alex helped my day TREMENDOUSLY!!! HE DESERVES A RAISE AND A PROMOTION!! YOU BETTER!!!! 😊 His partner Mr Uriate was helpful in answering my questions too. Thanks Ya! For Real.

This is my second time coming to this AutoZone location (US Hwy 17/92 ) and I’ve been helped amazing each time! I met one of the managers, Robert F., who was so kind and knowledgeable about helping me fix my front right headlight bulb and brake light issues. He advised me that if the bulbs didn’t work, then to get it checked out as soon as possible for a possible electrical problem. He also pointed out that the covers that protect the wires under the hood were gone. I wasn’t sure if it was a previous mechanic that forgot to replace them or what, but I’m grateful he let me know what he saw so I could have peace of mind on the road. I definitely recommend this store for their knowledgeable staff, kind customer service, and hard workers! Thank you, Robert! :)

I went to Autozone in Fern Park store #0072 and made contact with Michael Yates. The reason was the battery in my Mothers car was not seem to be operating properly.Mr. Yates came outside and checked the battery in the vehicle and found out that it was bad. Mr. Yates advised me of my options with the battery and we had removed it. Once removed Mr. Yates informed me that the battery was covered under warranty and replaced it.Mr. Yates showed a very positive attitude and a asset to Auto Zone.

I could not believe when I went in to ask about A/C temp sensor switch and fuses for my 2008 Chev Impala and this young skinny guy who looked like he didnt want to be working, told me that the sensors have to be bought from the dealer!! I just looked online and they had them in the store. I cant believe this. I am sweating and really looking for help but he just shrugged his sholders like he didnt care at all. I got no help at all. Me and my boyfriend always get auto parts from them. I just cant get over how he treated a customer. They were not even busy. I tried to explain what my A/C was doing but he was not even listening. I wish I could post pics that I found online of the items I needed. I have them all.

Came in yesterday for some corrosion cleaner for my battery. Wish i wasnt so dumbfounded by how rude one of the guys was there so i couldve gotten his name, but with how repulsively i was helped I just wanted to leave as fast as possible. Not to mention out of the 3 guys working around 2pm yesterday, 2 of them werent even wearing masks or respecting social distancing. Never coming back.

Used to be a nice guy there. Now it is a woman her name is Emily with a nasty attitude. The way she talks to the customer is not the appropriate way to talk. Luckily there are too many more auto zones around or other places to go.

These guys are great! Robert installed my new wiper blades and made sure they all worked correctly, which was wonderful, because the ones I had originally purchased did not fit properly, even though they were the right size. Robert got me one that fit perfectly!

Very unfriendly staff. I only saw 1 employe wearing a mask. The rest of the employees were not wearing them. They were allowing customers in this particular store without masks on, even tho there is a sign outside the door the clearly reads that you need a mask to enter the store.

Had a great experience today at AutoZone. My car would not start this morning so I got a jump went there they tested both my alternator and battery found out that my battery was dead so purchase the battery and the guy even came out and put it in for me and was very courteous and quick.

The staff at this location is very very helpful. They went out of their way to get a part for me on the same day I ask for it. They also assisted me with a few basic maintenance items with my car. Miniature horses not run necessarily their job and I really appreciate their help and professionalism

Ive been dealing with Auto Zone for over 30 years and I will only go in there now for fluids and bulbs. Things like alternators, starters and carburetors will have to be replaced on average every year because they buy cheap parts from Mexico and China. They dont have to do the labor to keep replacing these parts so they dont care. Ive never had the money to buy a new vehicle so this is a big deal to me. I need to keep my cars and trucks running so I can get to a job. Their goal is to get your money and get you out of the store! I have a friend who is a mechanic and he swears by their Duralast batteries, but then, he is looking to get his customers back on the road as quickly as possible. Long term fixes are not the priority.If you plan to keep your vehicle look around for a better quality part so you can relax and know the part is not going to break in six months to a year. Spend a little more money and get the good stuff and be done with it!
