I visit this store often on my way into my studio in Winter Park, the ladies are always kind and very helpful. I needed some salon equipment and they took the time to go the book with me and help me figure out what I may need for my new place. They always go the extra mile and I was super excited to see that they now carry Avlon product line.

I purchase matrix products...this store is always out of stock and thats the reason Im writing a review. If it happened every once in awhile I wouldnt be upset, but its almost every time I go in there. Out of prime colors, shampoo, etc. Dont wasted your time. Go to SalonCentric. Always stocked up and price match CosmoProf...just ask when you check out.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the team at this location. The ladies are always very helpful, to a fault. The store manager now, has been through a very difficult time, losing her life partner. They are my parents age, and I understand how difficult that is. My mother lost my father in December.Ladies...always remember that not everyone wears a sign telling you about the bad things happening in their life. I always treat everyone with respect, and I get the same in return. Always treat others well...just like this situation...you never know what they are feeling inside. Your kindness may be just the cure they needed to muster a smile.Thanks!

Absolutely the rudest service as soon as I was in the door. Sales lady was condescending and refused to help and was absolutely snotty from the start. Ridiculous. For working in a beauty supply, she sure was ugly inside and out.
