Had to replace my phone today. Thankfully I was the only person in the store and the customer service from Bruce was top-notch. He was very professional polite and friendly and got me a good deal on a new phone and accessories. I have had pretty lousy service in Metro stores in the past but luckily the last couple times have been great.

What an excellent experience with Bruce. He really knows good customer service. If you need a new phone or any phone accessories, this is the place to go.We started off our day at AT&T and they were no help at all. We were just in the plaza and decided to check out the Metro PCS and I am glad we did let me tell you why.We were recommended a great phone that fit the needs we were looking for and he took the time to explain to us the specifications and let us try it out to get a feel for the functionality.After that switching our service was seamless. He handled all of the technical stuff from his computer and he did it quickly and courteously.On top of that we felt like he really went out of his way to hook us up. He threw in a case, a charger, a screen protector, and an awesome speaker all for just a little more added on to the final bill.But wait, there is more; they even reward you for paying your bill at their location with credits that can be used for purchases in the store and they accumulate.I cant begin to thank you enough Bruce. It is the little things that go a long way in business. If you are person who appreciates good personal business this is place to go, I guarantee you will feel valued.10/10.

Natasha was absolutely amazing! I went in looking for an upgrade and was in love with what I left with. She was very knowledgeable and seemed to be more excited I was when telling me about all about it. Overall great customer service and energy through the whole thing.

WOW i came in dissapointed because no other metro store would help me master reset my phone because i did not know my password for google! this girl did everything she went above and beyond to help me. she did not push me off because i was not looking into buying a new phone, she used her knowledge,customer service and patience to figure what to do. she was able to reset my password and get into my phone and master reset it! she even got all my contacts and pictures back. Belen is truly an honest and helpful sales person. i was very satisfied with my visit at this store

Rude to my elderly mother and poor customer service. Female Sales associate told my mother people here think they can talk to us employees any way they want and continued to make rude remarks. The female sale associate sold my mother a phone and my mother was not pleased with the purchased, she tried to return the phone before leaving and the associate said she already bought it and she could not return it. I looked up the return policy and it states she has 7 days to return the device and still they she could not return it. The screen seems to be defective and my mother even return the next day to inform the store but nothing was done. When asked to speak to a manager the same female sales associate claimed she and her fellow employee ran the store and were both managers with such a rude manner.

I always use this store because the help just rocks and always wants to help. Natasha is the one to see she can fix or help you with anything she rocks

I came into the store at Metro PCS with a huge problem and the rep Adcelys was extremely helpful she help me solve the problem and she also help me save money on my phone and she gave me excellent service. I would recommend this store to anybody because it was such a great experience. I recommend that she would be given credit for what a great job shes definitely an asset to your company.

I came in to make a payment and the young lady that was there advised me that I was eligible for an upgrade. Im glad she did because i have been having a broken screen for 3 months now. Never go to an authorized dealer. They get all their stuff from China and sell it too you full price. Only go to corporate!

I went to this store couldnt see anything on old phone and the rep adcelys hooked me up keep in mind my screen was broke could not see. She was actually able to retreive info and data how cool is thats thanks.

Awful! Completely AWFUL! I got dupped. I came in asking to get a $60 unlimited everything (including 4g lte) and the employee said sure thing, I can get you this lg leon on the $60 plan and you get the phone for free three days later I get a message from metro pcs saying you have 10% of your monthly data remaining i then proceed to call metro asking what happened and it turns out the employee charged me $30 for the phone and put me on a $30 plan which does not have unlimited data; it has a meesley 1gb of data for a whole month after this experience I am highly unlikely to go with metro pcs again

We came to the store to open a new account, the employee Vanesa treated us in a very bad way, she did not want to give us information, we had to ask her everything and she was responding in parts and with a very bad attitude, she had no interest in offering us the service FOR ANY. The only thing he told us was on that wall are the available plans and we dont have any promotions.They must improve customer service and train their employees better, they are the face of the company and if they dont feel like working better, dont go!

Natashas wonderful service, she helps me as long as I need it, no matter how many times I go for help, she always greets me with a smile.

Buy a phone (ZTE ZMAX PRO) at the authorized dealer (Akram Metro) in fern park FL. the phone came defective, we delivered it for the warranty, the warranty phone brought the same fault as the purchase and next I present the same fault. I went to request my refund again and they tell me that they can only be guided by the guarantee policy. Ive spent time and money in this process and even problem with the law because the representative did not like me to tell a customer that the ZTE phones are defective in that store. It seems to me a lack of respect on the part of the store and of metropcs that treat me as a criminal when I pay for a product that does not give me the satisfaction due. I think to sue to whom it corresponds and never I thought that because of metropcs my processes of legality in the country can bring me inconvenience. After I recommended meteopcs to all my friends and family, now I do not recommend it to anyone. I am waiting for a solution from you or I will look for the legal ways to solve my problem. It is absurd that they continue to give me a defective phone that I can not use at ease and that the screen freezes for hours and even so paying a line that can not be given due use. I expect a serious response from a serious company
