Wow.. Dont even know where to start with this store. Absolutely the worst service EVER!! 3 people working and it still took 45 mins to get 2 layered sundaes and two scoops of ice cream. Wearing a mask under chins. Coughing. Leaving customers waiting without saying ill be right back. No milkshake machine for 2 days???? Then i get well ill try it and if it works then ok but if not idk.. Apparently im not the only one that had an issue today a guy pre ordered a cake in assuming and got the wrong one. So he had to settle for 2 different ones after already speaking to some one about a certain cake
Terrible customer service and always make the wrong thing. Thought I should mention so the owner can know that youre serving twice the product for half the price because your employees, im assuming, have literacy difficulties. Thats the only way I can think to justify how terribly incorrect my order is every time. When I politely inform them of their mistake Im met with attitude and told Im holding up the line? Make the product I paid for and Ill happily be on my way. Very upset that my correct order was only half filled! Ill be visiting a more competent store next time.

This store is a joke. Three times I arrived between 8pm and 8:30pm and they are either totally out of ice cream or they say that Baskins Robbins is closed. Enough with the excuses. Just close the store at 8 if you dont want to do anything. Its also very dirty inside. I hope the owner reads this. You are losing customers.
I stopped by this location on my way home today for a quart of ice cream and a double scoop of ice cream. Before we even left the store, the cashier left my double scoop on the counter and proceeded to walk away towards the drive-through. I had to get his attention to finally get the rest of my order. Once I made it home I realize that the cashier had given us the wrong kind of ice cream. It would not have been such a huge deal except for the fact that the kind he gave us contained peanuts and one of my children would have surely gone into anaphylactic shock had he eaten it. Good thing my middle Schooler can read better than the staff there. I had to go back to the location to exchange the ice cream at which point neither one of the staff members apologize for the inconvenience or even offered any sort of compensation other than just replacing the ice cream. I let them know upon leaving that it was very unprofessional and that the young lady who is more preoccupied with her cell phone didn’t really seem to care how much they had inconvenience my day. It’s really not my character to complain about things like this, but I am injured at the moment and my leg is swollen due to it. The fact that I had to hobble back down there a second time just to get what I ordered the first time without any apologies it all seemed very insensitive. Do your best to stay away from this place. The staff does not care.
Outstanding customer services. We went there today 05/29/18 and the staff ( two twins) were amazing, they let us taste some flavors before choose our ice creams flavors. Thank you both of you are fantastic.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Went there on a 95 degree day at 430 for my favorite ice cream flavor - jamocha almond fudge. We were told the ice cream is down for maintenance. I used to work for one of these; in fact it was for the same owner so I’ll give you the translation for “down for maintenance”. Every Saturday after closing the ice cream is taken from the display and put into the walk-in freezer so the Sunday morning crew can clean and defrost the display and get the ice cream back in before anyone is interested in ordering ice cream. This simply comes down to poor management. Not only that but the employees working could easily have gotten 2 scoops of ice cream from the walk-in. When management starts holding employees accountable maybe they will be interested in doing a good job.
I got there at 8:47pm. And they already had the door locks. I looked on their window and it said open til 9pm. And the staff didnt even respond to me. They both saw me and Instead of saying come to the drive thru. They just kept working and ignored me. Very bad customer service. Wont be returning to this location ever again.
Great place.. we got there about 10 min before it closed. They accommodated us by allowing us to not only order a lot, but eat in as well. We had a bunch of kids, so we spent some time dancing! Lol it was like it was open just for us! Staff was Friendly. Sadly, we found out that all excess food not sold was bagged and set out for trash!!!
Very limited and flavors everything is pre-packaged.

I went to go get ice cream and they were “closed” it’s onlt 6pm and it was not even packed they just locked the doors and said they were closed. When they have it open for a really long time. I give this a really bad rating I drove over here and even mixed up directions just to get here just to get this kind of service. When I was waiting even one of the employees had to give me attitude saying they were closed. I don’t recommend it and don’t spend you time going there if there not going to give you the service you expect. I would also rate this a zero if there was one. And I would like to get the manager information to send a complaint to corporate because this is not the only bad experience.
Very busy with drive thru traffic which slowed the counter service. Once I finally ordered the ice cream was delicious.

Only gave the star because it wouldnt let me write anything with out it.... Went in drive thru to get milk shakes for 9 people (drive thru because my baby fell asleep on the way)it says choose your favorite flavor and when we asked the flavors (no flavors listed at all ) the person in drive thru says we have 31 flavors. That doesnt tell me what i was asking ..... The guy doesnt even bother to try to name any flavors not even the basics. Havent been to baskin robins recently but definitely will not be going back . i run a restaurant and understand its alot to tell the info on such things but i also know not every customer is aware of what is in the restaurant and if naming all 31 flavors and then repeating it is what is necessary to keep a customer then Thats what i do....
These people are clueless. Ive given them more than once chance to change my mind but after my last experience Ill NEVER go back! The staff is a joke! They walk around like zombies. They arent friendly and they have no clue how to make a basic WARM brownie sunday. I was literally given a bowl with a frozen brownie on the bottom, a scoop of ice cream on top of it, with a splatter of whip cream. Ummm what?! Also this took them 20 minutes to make! I could have got a better sunday at McDonalds even with their broken ice cream machine. This place needs to be shut down or the staff needs some serious retraining. Save your money and go buy a tub of ice cream out of the win dixie because this place will disappoint you.
I have been a customer at this Baskin Robbins for well over 12 years today was the last day I will go to this Baskin robins never have I been so mistreated as a customer and displeased at how they treat their customers I would not recommend you go to this Baskin robins/Dunkin donuts
Its a waste of time to go here, they never have anything in stock. Today we ordered a Mocha Blast with Chocolate ice cream and the employee said so you want a Cappuccino Blast?....we are out of Vanilla ice cream. Well, I wanted a MOCHA with CHOCOLATE! She replies we are out of chocolate ice cream, so what do you want? Im at the drive through so why dont you make some suggestions? But seriously, an ice cream shop that is always out of chocolate and vanilla! I try to avoid this store as much as humanly possible, but there are just not many Dunkin Donuts/ Baskin Robbins stores around and they are the only place to get my drink. I think every time Ive gone there I have let empty handed.
I got a hot fudge sundae and it was completely horrible and was very disappointed. Although the guy working was very friendly

They are always out of ice cream. The manager fails to restock inventory on time. Its has been over 1 wk and they still dont have the ingredients needed to make a shake. Really? On another occasion, it took them 20 mins to make a shake, and their response was this is the hardest one to make.What a way to manager your store.
