I just had the most pleasant experience at the Fernandina Beach store. I was assisted by Archie. He was friendly, courteous and knew his stuff. He made my day!! It’s employees like him that prompt me to be a loyal AA customer and investor.

Super nice people in this store. I was only looking for a battery tester and he not only offered to test it. But also offered to see if he could get it charged.

Great service! Had a headlight out and needed it replaced quickly as my family was driving home to NY the next day. From the minute we walked into the store it was a great experience. We were greeted right away. Brent was phenomenal. He got us the parts we needed and even replaced the headlight for us! Was very personable and knowledgeable!! Highly recommend this store!

I have been here several times. Archie is always so helpful and always willing to lend a hand to help with your car. I am very glad Archie is a very honest person and very helpful. I believe we need more Archie in this world. I have had help from the other staff and they are always nice and courteous and willing to help too. Brent & Archie could not have provided better service when cominng in for a new marine battery.They tested our 4 year old battery, gave us the stats then rolled us out a new one and even carried it out to the trunk of our car.Thanks yall!

Omygoodness. The best... my Daughter rolled up there with a hot jeep we met her there to help out.. what an amazing guy at the front ... he and her dad got her on her way in a matter of minutes so she was not late for work.. . Thank you Brent and Dad..

General Manager Brent is amazing. We came to this location on a holiday because our car battery needed to be replaced. He overheard us speaking to another employee about our plan to do the work ourselves and insisted that we let him help. He saved us hours. Fantastic customer service.

Archie was a great help. His computer said the part was in but when he checked it actually wasnt . He called to ORielly for me and made sure they had the part. I went back and bought some tools from Archie to do the job. I will gladly do business with them again because they go above and beyond!

On vacation. Alternator goes bad on Friday at 5PM. Brent at Advanced Auto gets the part and recommends a garage. He even loaned us a quick start just in case we needed it before Saturday morning. Advance Auto and Oneals Garage are the best! Highly recommended by this out of towner that didnt have a choice!

Great service. Tested my charging system and determined it was the battery. If you buy a battery from them, they install it for free.

My family and I were on vacation in Florida and the dreaded battery light came on along with an engine whine. Brand new battery, so I knew it was the alternator. I ran our van over to these awesome guys and they validated that it was he alternator within a few minutes. They recommended 2 shops nearby to get it fixed and even called the shop managers on their personal cells to set up an apt. These guys trusted me and sold me the alternator at core price and asked that I bring the old one back when done.Long story short... I broke down at 6pm. 10am the next morning I was back at the hotel with a nice happy alterator install. Thanks guys!
