The sales visit experience was great. Garrett was knowledgeable, pleasant, engaging, and knew how to close a sale. We have yet to sleep a night on our acquisition so I reserve further comment until the twenty-one day sleeping experience produces satisfaction or the need for exchanges.

Mr. Charles was very knowledgeable about the different Tempurpedic mattresses. He asked a lot of questions about our sleep habits to get us the best match. He gave us a demonstration of the adjustable base as we were undecided on it. He was also able to get us a quick delivery on our new bed. Great customer service!

Dimitri at the Jacksonville office was a great sales person but when it came to follow up he just dropped the ball. he said it was because his manager criticized him and he thought that I didn’t want to complete my order. However I thought my order was already complete. I was just waiting for a confirmation on delivery.I paid for delivery and set up . The delivery guys did not install my mattress; they did not put the mattress pad on the mattress; they told me that it needed to stand up for a couple hours and therefore I could do all that stuff myself! I thought that was why I had to pay for delivery and “set up ”! They also had clearly dropped or rubbed the packaging on a lot of dirt and they got dirt on everything.The real shocker however was that these bumpers that were supposed to act in place of box springs we’re literally just a couple pieces of wood covered in a paper fabric and were not big enough to span my king size supports!! I felt that there had been terrible misrepresentation.Then when I slept on the mattress it was not as firm as represented to me. I supposedly was given an upgrade and one of their best grades of boxed mattresses—Supposedly comparable to Nectar which I was planning on buying. Also, it was really hot and I had been assured by the salesman that their mattress had the same type of cooling technology that Nectar had. I went out and bought a whole cooling pad and I’m still not totally satisfied.Charles at Amellia Island store was the most honest direct and helpful to me. So I don’t want to trash the whole company just my experience with the Jacksonville store.

I called to order a replacement bed frame for a king bed that is hard to find. Charles at this store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

That idea satisfied our nerds and we made the purchase..... all in all very helpful and knowledgeable employee.

Ryan is a great salesperson and that’s not to say he sells lots of things, I wouldn’t know. Ryan is a great salesperson because he asks questions and listens to your answers. He guided me through several mattresses until we found the one that addressed issues (sore back, limited space) and fit perfectly in to my budget. We even had a few honest laughs. Go see this guy and tell him google sent you.

I am/was well versed in the store located in Fernandina Beach as I have purchased many mattresses in all sizes from this location. Today was by far one of the least experiences I care to remember. I know a lot has changed since COVID-19 came in to existence, but this store might as well combine with the Yulee location to save its image and existence. There was a lack of desired mattresses in the store on display. The sales professional was a bit overwhelmed as there were several customers shopping, delivery personnel was trying to wrap and move out sold mattresses to be delivered, and still more customers coming through the door. I am so thankful the telephone was not ringing. People are tired and want a good night’s sleep🥰. I did however end up purchasing a mattress and box spring to be delivered next week. I just pray all goes well. The sales professional, even though overwhelmed, was very kind and somewhat helpful. Given time I pray this location turns around for the location it once was. It may be too soon after reopening from COVID-19 for me to give a fair review of my experience. I hope the mattress delivery and the experience is a great one. Stay tuned! By the way, the sales professional was masked as well as myself. I cannot say they for everyone else.

I was totally dreading looking for a new mattress. We walked into this place and it was just so cutely decorated for the holidays. I met the store manager I think his name was Steven. He was absolutely great! Very very friendly. He got us on the different colored beds to decide what we needed. I thought I would like a pillow top but boy was I wrong. We ended up getting a firm bed. It is the best bed Ive ever slept on. The whole process was so easy and we didnt want to buy right away and Mr. Steven was not pushy. Him not being pushy went a long ways with us and we decided to go ahead and come back the next day. Mattress Firm is definitely doing things right! This young man was just awesome if all theyre employees act like him then they have got be doing well in the business. I will never ever go to another mattress store besides Mattress Firm.

My Dad purchased a Tulo mattress last week from Mary and our experience could not have been any better. Mary is very knowledgeable and patient and really worked magic to give him a great deal. Mary guided us to the right mattress with a series of questions. When a glitch arose when the mattress base was delivered, Mary went out of her way to make everything right. Outstanding customer service doesnt even begin to describe the experience we had. If I could give 50 stars, I would. We were faced with an impossible situation (too long to detail here) but John and Tracy totally saved the day and went SO far above and beyond -- they went completely out of their way to ensure we had our mattresses.
