ABC Liquors has first class locations everywhere. Clean, great selections and very competitive pricing. This location had employees with a great sense of humor that made you feel welcome. That doesnt happen at every ABC Liquors. Id stop in again for the entertaining employees.

I understand that I look young because I’m in my 20s and I understand why this store would want to be diligent about minors in their store but within 5 minutes of being in the store my boyfriend and I were approached by an employee who was immediately rude. He was condescending and obviously annoyed when asking us if we were buying anything. We had already picked up what we came for and wanted to look around at the large selection. I just can’t get past being treated so poorly before they checked my ID, which would have proved I was not a minor, and without having been acting inappropriately.

Lacey & Katlyn on Monday 9-13, were most helpful and knowledgeable about nice Piot Noir selections. Being newcomer to area, I appreciated the service ladies gave me. 🌴😎🌴

Very well appointed. Particularly happy to have some of the gourmet items in addition to a good wine selection. It keeps me from having to go over to the bridge into Amelia island proper.

Collected items and attempted to check out. But no sale. They would not sell anything to us since there was a minor in our group. Not even non-alcoholic items. Couldnt even go outside then come back in without minor to buy items. They lost money that day.

Good for stocked items. Very poor service if you attempt to special order anything. And if you do special order you must go in and check because they WILL NOT call you!

But the ABC fine wine and sprits Very knowledgeable and very helpful And had a couple of pieces that I was looking for. Definitely recommend going there not only for the alcohol but only for the great friendly service

They refused service to you if you have anyoneUnderage with you. And the underage person is notbuying anything. So what does a parent with a five year old do? They cant buy anything if there child is with them. You will go out of business if you waitOn me to step foot in your place.Unfriendly staff!

Right before getting into Island. Large selection . Shop there every time we go to Fernadinia Beach. Also nice cigar room.

Looking for cigars. Staff was friendly but they had some technical problems with the machines. Staff apologized and tried to make us feel comfortable while we waited.

I submitted an online order to be picked up. It was ready in less than 24 hours. Pick up was quick. ABC has become my favorite spirits store.

I love The FERNANDINA location of ABC.MICHELLE is so customer oriented, fun and professional at the same time. Shes most helpful in selecting libations. Her suggestions for new arrivals and choices has proven to be great. Her salesmanship surpasses her daily duties. I would recommend FERNANDINAS location of ABC TO EVERYONE! SELECTION, SERVICE, CLEANLINESS, AVAILABILITY AND MOST OF ALL... CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I really like this place, they have a wide selection of drinks. Decent prices and very helpful salespeople. One of them walked me to my wine and told me about the specials. When I checked out they got my email information and I I now get sales and extra coupons for special promotions.

I have a temporary ID and called ahead to make sure you guys take it and I was told yes. so what I would like to know why the hell did the manager of all people get in my face start snatching things from me and yelling at me and my husband to get out. I have to assume that we where kicked out over my temporary ID because nothing was explained to us. just the manager yelling at us to get out we cant service you over and over. we are adults lets act like it and have a civil conviction instead of acting like a toddler.

Selection wasnt quite what I was hoping for in terms of whiskey and bourbon, but the service was great. Bob and I had a good conversation about good spirits, and I found a bottle to enjoy. Any time you can make a new friend talking whisky, its a good day 😉

Great selection as expected. Cashier was very respectful. I believe bottles shouldnt be dusty and thats what kept my from giving 5 stars. But everything else in consideration, a solid place to go for a good variety of wines and spirits.

It’s a big liquor store. You know what you’re in for. Nothing super special there if you’re looking for limited stuff, but friendly staff and well laid out store.

Good selection, service is robotic. Biggest complaint isn’t all their fault, but they need to contact the city and get the roadway cleaned up. Debris all over the road and looks like hasn’t been swept in over a year. It may be the city’s fault, but if I owned the store, it would be unacceptable for my customers to have to drive on that.

Great selection and its usually packed every time I go (to me thats a good thing). Great prices and it also has a nice selection of cigars. They usually have package deals that pair the beverages well and sometimes they have free taste testing. Their staff is knowledgable and keep the store very organized.

ABC Fine Wine & Spirits in YuleeFlorida is in a fairly new stand-alone building. It has always been neat and clean and with aisles wide enough to accomodate a cart and enough staff to always have someone available if you need a recommendation for any of their products. I have always received good advice there delivered with a smile.

Nice store and all, but I hope you dont have to turn left when you leave. Traffic is horrible and it took a buddy of mine a full six minutes before he could get out of there. The car behind him was honking and they had to run back into the store for another bag of ice since the first one melted.

Normally a fairly uneventful shopping experience with a nice selection. This evening after dinner I stopped with my family, all adults. Not more than 5 feet in the door a gentleman behind the counter says I hope you people have ID. Yes we do but that seemed like a very strange greeting. One aisle in and we have an employee asking if we need help, no thanks were just looking right now. Second employee approaches and ask if we need help, No thanks we are just looking at this time. At this time I notice we are being followed around and watched. We only made it to the 3rd aside and decided that our money would be better used at another store and we left. There are many other places around Fernandina that have great wine selection that dont make feel like a criminal.

I enjoyed shopping @ ABC today. I found everything to be in order. I was impressed by the nice selection. I found the workers there were very helpful and polite. I look forward to shopping there again.

Beer, Wine, spirits, cigars, cheese. Everything you need. Beer selection better than grocery store, but not as large as a craft beer store. Employees are friendly and will help you find what you are looking for.

Terrible customer service! The staff do not care about the customers and will actually roll their eyes at you if the disagree. The do not communicate with you and they will charge you a higher price if you do not watch carefully. This has happened twice to me!
