I had a wonderful experience with Katie today in the printing department! She quickly and expertly assisted me in printing a client gift card Id designed for my business. It was absolutely perfect and took only a few minutes. Best experience Ive had in any office supply store. Great job Katie!

Nice store, easy to find things, helpful/courteous staff. Well lighted and air conditioning was temperate. I always spend waaayy too much time here when I go in to buy something, and usually wind up with more than I came after!! Great store, highly recommend it for your home/office needs and supplies.

The print supervisor went way above and beyond to make my previous days experience much better.. I can not thank her enough for handling my situation with such patience and understanding! ( I was so emotional with gratitude that I walked out without getting her name)

Got what I wanted but cant believe how poorly trained the employees are at this store. No greetings, no smiles, minds in outer space....and ladders blocking isles for no reason. Whos the boss, George ?

Had to quickly print cruise luggage tags at 7:30 PM. Used the auto printer which worked great. Color printing fast.

They said they will always honor their coupons even if they are expired, what a hugh lie they told. Wont be going back to Staples.. NOPE.

Had my new Medicare card laminated and the young woman handled it deftly and quickly for only $2.07!

These types of stores in general are poorly staffed. Staff try to help but in general helping with technology questions is not a store forte... hence staff turnover leaving some customers fending for themselves.... frustrating at times.

While the selection has become limited over the years and the prices rise, they still mantained the best quality in printing, copying and letter modifications. They also do business cards

Availability to sales items always plentiful. The customer service is impeccable!

You cant buy a scanner here but you CAN get paper towels and a coffee maker. It is no wonder bricks and mortar are dying.

This Fernandina store never answer their calls and when on the line for a long time the call just drop out.😡

Two different prices on a fax delivery. First 10.85 on my first visit. Left my card in the car, came back then it was 13.70 at other register. We need just one price people.
