My flu shot today was done so quick. Unbelievably perfect from web site to shot in arm.
HORRIBLE PHARMACY. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE
Excellent customer service
My Favorite Pharmacy to visit! If you need a Pharmacy. I personally feel the Pharmacy staff are terrific.
I had been waiting for two days to get a Rx from a tele doctor appt. I kept calling to see if the script was there. A lady named Kim kept answering the phone. She told me that she would be there all weekend and watch for it to come it, and as soon as she saw it she would get it ready for me. Well, she did just that! I so appreciated what she did for me. Thanks Kim!
Curtious employees
After 20+ yrs of giving business to CVS and after 4 different negative episodes with this location I refuse to give any more of our money to CVS stores. There is a huge disconnect between the text updates alerting you to pick up your scripts and reality, was even told one day at drive thru that I’d have to move out of the window position and go back to the back of the line until they figured out where my script was and I took the time to speak to the pharmacy personnel only to find out their hours have been cut, they’ve reduced the staff and the workers are actually staying up to two hours unpaid after they clock out just trying to catch up for the next day. To make matters worse CVS bought Aetna my insurer so now I am being forced to give my business to only them. I’m paying out of pocket to go to Walmart as I won’t play their games.
Rudest pharmacy staff I’ve ever come across. You shouldn’t work with the public if you don’t have common manners or patience.
Wonderful Service! Especially Appreciate the Pharmacist thatAnswera all my questions 😍👍
Whats not to like? They work with every doctor imaginable. The have a nationwide data base. Theyre very easy to get to. And the pharmacy staff is bloody awesome!
I deal with this store and the CVS in Litchfield, CT. The folks in the Fernandina pharmacy dept. are so much nicer and more helpful, it’s unbelievable. Keep up the good work.
This CVS is huge! Its also open 24-hours, which I find baffling seeing this area is pretty much a sleepy beach town. From sunscreen to wine, toothpaste to penicillin, theyve got it. We didnt need assistance but the employee who checked us out was friendly. Great option for last minute needs. #AmeliaIsland
They have a great staff and very helpful Pharmacy team. This location is always clean and well stocked. They even have a Redbox outside.
Bo the Pharmacist was super helpful. We arrived late to find that the Pharmacy was closed. We asked Bo if he could help us as we needed some prescriptions filled that evening. He was kind enough listen to our needs and we were taken care of ina very professional matter. Thank you Bo and CVS. #phillips
I have called and emailed CVS several times about issues accessing their mobile app. Three weeks later still nothing has been fixed. Poor IT follow up. (In fact no follow up). I have used this app for several years prior to this situation and USED to like it. Too bad, now I may be heading to Walgreen or somewhere else.
I have lowered my CVS Pharmacy expectations, and even with them lowered, they arent met. I will go to any pharmacy before going to the CVS Pharmacy in Fernandina Beach, FL. The customer service is consistently horrible.
Never have any issues in person at this pharmacy. Everyone always very very friendly that I have dealt with the last 4 years here on island.... Not always the case over the phone, but as someone whos worked with Walgreens in the past, the verbal abuse pharmacist and pharm techs can endure for insurance issues (that they have very little to no control over), can be flat out aggressive and personal to straight up name-calling... So that being said Ill give them the stars. They earn them.Rest of the store ok too... nothing to note great or terrible. Sometimes understaffed with long lines but nothing different than any other pharmacy store on island.
I have never had such an awful experience trying to refill prescriptions than through this specific CVS pharmacy. It seems like every refill is a battle and its usually right when Im about to run out of insulin! As all type 1 diabetics know getting insulin is a matter of life and death. Now I know their hands are tied and they cant give out medication, but they could at least direct me to where I *can* get medication from instead of being rude and treating me like a drug addict! I (sarcastically) apologize if the possibility of me not getting the insulin that I desperately need puts *a little* on edge, but that is no excuse for the way Ive been treated. As a side note they have tried to charge me for my insulin and full cost to boot! If I was going to buy my insulin from anywhere Id go to Walmart where its $10 cheaper for the exact same thing!
Had what we needed and prices weren’t touristy inflated.
They close at 9:00 pm on both Saturdays and Sundays but they dont care to correct their hours on. Google Maps.Dont know about other hours shown here.Huge inconvenience.
Great staff always quick to help
Pharmacy will not fill RX for non local people or Doctors. If your visiting and need an RX called in use Walgreens, they will.
No longer excepting most medical ins. For the area
