Poorly operated. Station is randomly CLOSED in the middle of the day out of no where for no apparent reason. You can even see people inside with the doors locked. Roller grill items poorly stocked. Sometimes hot dogs NO buns at all. Sometimes buns with no water in the steam drawer so they are hard as a rock.

Very impressed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. Also impressed with the quality of the toilet paper. This stuff isnt your useless 1 ply. It was 2 ply quilted!

Place is supposed to be 24 hours but tonight is the 3rd time in two weeks Ive tried to go in the store at 9pm only to find a sign saying theyll be back at 5:30am. Going to see if I can get in contact with whoever owns the store.

Dirty, half the pumps werent working (post gas rush) every garbage bin was over flowing. Poor selection of energy drinks the ones they had were barely cold.

Don’t understand all the problems they have here??? Closed today temporarily until 1:30. It’s always something like pumps are broke, card readers don’t work. Honestly the single worst gas station ever. Can’t wait until 7 / 11 right on the next corner opens 🙏🏻

Saw a general manager screaming at an employee in front of customers for absolutely no good reason. Rude and unprofessional, tha place deserves to go under due to their treatment of employees tbh. I would have quit on the spot, hell, even being fired would have been a blessing.

GREAT customer service!! The cashier was patient, helpful and so friendly!! She was truly a five star cashier! Also the store was super clean and fully stocked!

24 hours?! You are not and it’s misleading.

I have came to this store maybe 10 times since I recently started working in yulee, employees have always been nice but this is my 4th time coming in, I get my stuff and then when I get to the register is when they tell me the card machines aren’t working. No signs to warn to bring in cash or anything. This morning once again, the card machines weren’t working and the employee told me they have been going out this morning but no sign or anything has been put up. Thanks for the warning—not. Will be finding a new stop in the mornings.

The night staff are on their phones often and do not take proper precautions with the covid situation going on. I will no longer be going to this location or any other racetracs. A friend of mine recently caught covid and she believes its from this precise location.

This store seems to have random hours of operation. You never know when you stop if its going to be open or not. They just lock the door whenever they dont feel like working.

Worst management ever. I don’t know why I even bother stopping by here. If they aren’t out of the cups for the fountain drinks, they are out of the soda itself! Now they have the side door locked, but no sign so people continue to park on that side expecting to be able to dart in and then have to go all the way around the building. When I suggested a sign, the excuse was the printer isn’t working. Guess a marker and paper doesn’t work anymore either? Ugh.

11/27/2019 Not pleased with pump 8. It leaked gas while it was filling the tank. A constant stream of gas rolled down the side of the vehicle while the pump was running. Unfortunately I didnt notice it until I had pumped 11 gallons. Also the pump didnt print a reciept for me.When I went in they already had a repair man in to fix it so they knew there was a problem. Seems to me that the decent thing to do would be to bag the pump so people wouldnt be dumping gas on the ground and on the side of their vehicles.My interactions with the staff where blah, they could seem to care less.The store itself was well stocked and clean and if it werent for my aforementioned concerns Id consider using them again. As it is, there are plenty of other places to go for gas so I do believe I will.

Never know when they just lock the doors and leave you hanging.

Best Place EVER! This place is like a field trip for my kids when they go. We dont have a RacTrac in our hometown so its a big deal to us. They have great tasting frozen yogurt and the toppings to add are fresh and the area always clean!

This is by far the BEST RaceTrac Ive gone to. Awesome yogurts, never out of toppings, all foods are hot & fresh, never out of condiments. Coffee is always available & fresh. Store is always clean & everyones always been friendly.

Credit card skimmed at RACETRAC in Yulee across from SONIC and SUNOCO and was used several times fraudulently in 3 different WAWA locations for exactly $100 each time. Check you bank statements. Called Racetrac and they said they had others similar calls besides mine.

Never thought the best fro yo Id ever eat would be found at a gas station. Boy, was I wrong! BEST flavors and the BEST range of toppings in the area. So, so good.

My family and I absolutely love this place. Its almost like a grocery store with an awesome ice cream selection...but its primary function is a gas station.

If you are having a sale with items that are 2 for a certain price but you only have one left in stock, the customer should not be charged retail for it because you havent kept up with your inventory. Its inconsiderate and an inconvenience to customers who go out of their way to visit your location for items that are listed as being on sale. Yeah, the manager saved $1 by not honoring the sale price but lost my business forever. ✌️

Great place to fill up. It has a wide selection of snacks and even has a fro-yo shop. It has multiple E85. pumps.

Always closed at night. Its a 24 hour store that closes at 11.

I have been going in there for the last two months solid not different sized cups for the wall of drinks...and the lids dont fit the size of cups they have....its been this way for the last month....and no ice either wonder how long that will last

I stopped here for gas and went in for frozen yogurt. Was very disappointed that they did not have a wider selection. The place looked really new and probably still trying to get the whole thing down. I highly recommend the add strawberry to the frozen yogurt selection.

I stopped at this RaceTrac on the way home late yesterday night and got a Logic Ecig Starter kit and a pack of the logic cartridges. After getting home and getting unwound I tried putting it together just to find out the cartridges were made for a different Logic product.This morning I went back up to the store unfortunately it was a different crew of people to verify how every thing went down. However, the cashier Erin (thats what the receipt this morning said her name was) called over her manager Josh...Josh did an incredible job handling the situation. I just recently moved to the island a week ago and am sure I will frequent this store often on the way to and from work and his actions on handling this definitely makes me feel loyal to this location as they have proven that they are truly there to help.To many times do I go to a gas station and find that the employees are just riding the clock and seem bothered if you come in during the late shift. And too often do I notice people only go online to write a review if they are angry and venting so I wanted to give this store, Erin and Josh credit for helping resolve the issue.
