This is hands down one of my absolute favorite places to get ice cream! There’s different flavors to choose from & many different toppings. The customer service here is fantastic & the store front is always clean!I always love trying the new flavors but am a creature of habit & get the same thing every time.... chocolate ice cream with yellow cake, give it a try it won’t disappoint!!

I had a coupon for a free cone or bowl. It came with no ice cream. I thought it was a joke but they were serious. I won’t be back.

Was in town for the weekend and stopped here. It was delicious. Nice clean building and friendly staff.

Even though it is pricier than other ice cream establishments, the ice cream is made in store daily with fresh ingredients. It also tastes excellent and comes in a variety of flavors! The experience is also unique because you can choose toppings to add in to your ice cream and then watch as they mix your creation on a frozen granite stone. It is at least a fun family experience to try out and something that will amaze your little ones!

Hannah and Sydney were so helpful because my son asked for a flavor of ice cream he usually likes in a cone but said it wasn’t good so we asked for a bowl because we thought he just didn’t like the cone. He still didn’t like it so we asked if they could switch it to a different one and they let us without being charged. Also my other son had eyes bigger than his stomach and needed a to go lid and bowl. Both ladies were very accommodating and friendly.

Flavors everyone in my group tried were too thick and sweet for most of us. We underestimated the amount and sweetness of our orders and couldnt finish them. A little goes a long way. Its good, just think simple is better when you place your order.

Tried the lite vanilla. Terrible! Others are great. Cant try a taste anymore so threw it away when I tasted it. $6 down the drain.

They have an assortment of homemade ice cream flavors, from Sweet Cream to Cake Batter. There are many signatures to choose from, as well as if you want to create your own. There is also an option to make any of the ice creams into a shake. There are 3 tables inside for you and your loved ones to enjoy your freshly made ice cream. The cones are homemade as well, and made often, and kept fresh inside a heated area. A very good place to end the day, the week, or to enjoy family weekend time.

Went on 06/09 around 8:00 PM, and it was absolutely packed. My girlfriend and I felt so bad, having worked in food service, but the girls on staff worked wonderfully. Very friendly, all smiles, apologetic about the wait (which wasnt their fault at all) and they didnt let the rush and demanding customers get to them. Couldnt get their names but they all deserve praise. Amazing business, good people!

This place is amazing, the girls that waited on me were top notch. I was on a mini-vacation and stopped in for a treat and I’m so glad I did.

We had a wonderful experience at this Coldstone location. I ordered the cheesecake fantasy (cheesecake ice cream with bits of graham cracker crust, blueberries, and strawberries) in a waffle bowl. It was made quickly and the girl working here was very pleasant. The location was very clean and only a few minutes from the beach.

Outstanding ice cream store. Take the kids, big and small, for a treat.

Im definitely biased about this location but I know for certain the product is fresh and handcrafted daily. Excellent customer service and frequent specials on their Facebook page. Fantastic service from the manager, he accommodated my Celiac and mixed all fresh ingredients separately in a clean mix in bowl so I could enjoy a treat without getting contaminated

OMGS, We drive 35 minutes everytime we want Ice Cream. This is the best Ice Cream ever. I use to love Butter Pecan, but ever since Ive tried Strawberry with Walnuts life havent been the same. Im addicted to Strawberry Ice Cream with Walnuts from Coldstone. A must taste you will not be disappointed.

Love cold stone and their ice cream. However this store location. I dont like the fact that their hours say till 10:00pm and yet their doors are locked at 9:15pm. Kind of sucks when you drive 25 minutes down there (since its the closest one) only to find that its closed.

This place has some really good ice cream and the environment is also clean.

Go get your ice cream hand blended with your favorite candy or get an ice cream cake for a party. Shakes, waffle bowls, sorbe, shakes...all yummy!

Cold Stone is already great, but the new owners and their staff make it even better. I drive to the Island now instead of River City which is closer to me.

Ive been to many a-coldstones in my years traveling around and though the product is always good, it isnt my favorite. I stopped in ColdStone Amelia Island this evening to treat myself and my husband on our way to see our daughter. The service was impeccable. Bailey and her friend Emily were so patient as we tried flavors. The girls gave us their recommendations and went as far as to put my icecream in a size up cup so it wouldnt drip. The girls were just fantastic, two of the best and kindest young people my husband or I have ever come across in customer service in all our years. We intend to frequent this coldstone many times to come when we are in town and look forward to chatting with the girls again. Fantastic job! I am not one to leave reviews, but these girls earned one
