The showroom is full of beautiful furniture and accessories. Our sales person, Bunny, was great. She let me browse at leisure, without any pressure and was very helpful with any questions I had. I shop local when I can. They are a family owned business. The people are very friendly. The delivery is fast and the prices are good. I love my sleeper sofa. Who can say that? Very comfortable for sleeping. And its beachy looking.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff.Great quality firniture

The overall purchase of our furniture was excellent. Delivery was great and on-time (even a little early). However, we had an issue with one of the pillows purchased where it came with a hole where the stitching missed the seam. Weve inquired multiple times, but never received a replacement pillow or any further communication on the matter.

We had a wonderful experience at Coastal Furnishings on Amelia Island! Great customer service from start to delivery and beyond. We bought a beautiful and comfortable sleeper sofa, loveseat, 2 end tables and a cool and functional lift coffee table that we love! Prices are reasonable and selection is very good.

Just a warning that Coastal Home Furnishings does NOT give refunds on Ashley orders, so consider your purchases carefully. Be prepared to wait 2-8 weeks for special orders. If dining chairs are delivered to your home, sit in them and check them over carefully for proper assembly. Be prepared to wait another 2-8 weeks for replacement chairs if any of the chairs are defective. You will need to call this store for updates about your orders since communication is poor after the sale. On the positive side, the store is pleasant to tour, the sales people are friendly and do not pressure, the young people who answer the phones are also very friendly. So averaging out the positive and the negative, understanding that the family who runs this store is new to our community, I give this store 3 stars. Yes I will shop here again cautiously and may update this review.
