Going to Drs. really doesnt excite me much so, when my wife asked me to have my hearing checked I was a little hesitant, to say the least.I set an appointment with Connect Hearing to have it checked.I was so pleasantry surprised when I was greeted at the door by Dr. Snyde Simbert. Dr. Snyde was one of the nicest and most informative person I have had the pleasure of meeting. She explained everything to me about the hearing test, made sure I was comfortable and informed.If you are considering hearing aids, I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Simbert with Connect Hearing! You wont be disappointed.

Most thorough hearing evaluation Ive had to date. Synde was very open and honest about my results and in her recommendations on how to best address my degree of hearing loss. I was particularly impressed with the week long complimentary use of the recommended model so I could see first hand how my hearing was improved (or not) in different settings. She even checked on my insurance to determine the cost to me.

I cannot say enough about the phenomenal customer service provided by Snyde Simbert! While my mom was visiting for a family event, her hearing aid stopped working. Snyde fit us in to her busy schedule immediately. She attempted to repair my moms device and when she couldnt, she gave us alternatives. My mom felt very comfortable with Snyde who was very patient and kind. Because of her excellent service, my mom was able to have a new device and fully participate in the weekend events.
