Unfortunately, there were many reasons which resulted in a rating of 1. We are a big transport company that has a large fleet of vehicles running all over the USA. After successfully filling out the setup package, we started working with ACI.It all started with the fact that they constantly edited the load information. For example, you booked 4 cars in 1 load. In an hour they can cancel 1 car. One more hour later they can cancel another car and when the time comes to pick up the load, out of 4 cars only 1 or 2 cars remain. Accordingly, the rate drops. It turns into a load we wouldnt agree to in the first place. Every day they send and request updates which they never read and never reply.ACI put us on the blacklist only because we canceled the load from which they canceled themselves 80% of the cars without notifying us ON TIME. When I tried to find out what was going on and why we were on the blacklist, the dispatcher lady spoke to me in a very rude manner, and just hung up the phone with the words. Quote - either you listen to me or I hang upThey do not take any responsibility for what they sent and can cancel ANY LOAD AT ANY TIME without notifying you. They explain this by the fact that Carmax canceled itBut we have a contract with them, not with Carmax, and they should be responsible in the event of late cancellation from their side.I called ACI many times to talk to the manager. They just ignored it. And to summarize-They do not pay for dead miles if they cancel the load at the last moment-Some dispatchers behave rudely and speak in a boorish manner (Im not saying that everyone there behaves like that. Sometimes I talked to a very nice girl and she provided good service)-They accused us of not giving the update. Its not true. Every morning we sent updates for all loads and we have all the details and evidence. They just dont show much respect to the legal contract and drivers.I dont want to fight with anyone and seem rudeI just want the companys management to pay attention to this problem, since we complied with the terms and did not violate the contract

They are friendly and Professional and what I love about them care about the transporter not to many brokers care Unfortunately. Keep up the good work !!!

We did some business with ACI Transport and we had a terrible experience. They seem to be unreliable and not professional. Try to avoid.

This company was great a year ago and has gone down hill fast. I used to ship with them but its become a hassle and the people seem to have gotten lazy. Ive moved on to another broker and my shipping experience is MUCH better. Trucker was telling me how these people take loads right from under their feet and that hes lucky he landed my load to get home. Its a tough market out there and Id rather put my money to a company that has more integrity.

Although the person I worked with was nice, this company’s incompetence overshadowed that. I asked specifically for them to notify me when charging my account six weeks ago and here we are six weeks later and all of a sudden I see a $600.00 charge. According to the person I worked with his response was “oh well human error and things happen”. No, this is hard times for everyone and a simple phone call to let me know they made a mistake would have been the appropriate thing to do. Instead they put me in an awful situation and could care less. I will never recommend this company. This situation was a testimony to their lack of decency.

ACI was great to work with and I was very happy with the customer service. I highly recommend them.

Massive spammers.Edit after reading the response from the owner: I recommend discontinuing use of the service youve used to reach out to prospective clients as they are sending mails to accounts inappropriate for your business. As well, I have requested to be unsubscribed more than once and it was not honored. I recommend changing your vendor for farming email addresses or honoring the unsubscribe requests.
