This is the second time I have used this company and I their level of expertise in cleaning my carpets and tile floors was exceptional. Matt was my technician this time and he worked efficiently and effectively completing the tasks at hand. My husband is very particular and was very satisfied with their work as it progressed.The office staff thoroughly explained any delays in processing my appointment and valued my time while working. I intend to use them again in the Spring for all my flooring maintenance. Bravo guys on a job well done!

Initially, desired carpet-dying but was told that the quality of my carpet wouldnt withstand the dye (older, polyester capet) and I appreciate the honesty. Decided on a cleaning instead and what a difference a day makes! MATT called that morning to suggest a time slot, called when he was on his way and was pleasant and professional from start to finish! My carpet, sofa and loveseat looked brand new after he was finished and the deodorizer made my living room feel inviting and fresher! I appreciate how MATT explained everything, adjusted the furniture for optimal space-cleaning and even turned my heat back on when he was done! The cleaning was terrible. Didnt even vacuum before half cleaning then they give you attitude. Also rug still smelled like dirt and dogs still had dog hair on it smh.

Matthew from Capital Carpet really saved us. We had minor flooding from the rain a few days ago and because of the high volume of houses flooded we were unable to find a service that work dry the carpet for us. Matthew came to the rescue after he finished his other jobs at 10:15pm! He did not have to come that late as I am sure he wanted to be home but he came out and got the moisture cleaned out as well as rent us 2 fans to dry the pad and carpet. I cannot thank him enough and highly recommend him to anyone who needs a carpet cleaning or water damage cleanup!

The smell. The color. I really thought my new office rug was a goner after my dog had an accident on it while we were out of town. The crew at Capital Carpet Cleaning didnt even bat an eye at this challenge. As they treated my rug, they kept me updated every step of the way and even carried it to my car when I came to pick it up. The rug looks, and smells, like new.

Just had my carpet cleaned and it looks great. Matthew was my tech. He was very personable and professional. I have 2 small dogs. Well Jim has been my tech and i like him a lot, he is so nice and he do a great job Very disappointed today. I called on 9-8-20 and made appt with a lady to get carpet cleaned . They forgot to put me down. I have all my furniture moved since 7am and still waiting plus have errands to run on my day off. I had to call them again because once again i never received a call letting me know what time the tech will come . The only reason i am still waiting is because i have been a customer for a while with this company and the guy i spoke with figured out how to help me, due to the fact it was the lady error, with forgetting to put me down for today 9-11-20. My carpet was clean and i was happy

After a water heater leak at my Mom’s house, I needed a company that could replace some carpet padding and clean some water stains out of basement carpet. Truthfully I didn’t think the brownish water stains (from the rusty water heater sediment would come out.... Not only did the tech get the stains out, he did an awesome job replacing the padding I had removed and he re-stretched the carpet tacking it down, it looks like new. The price for everything was super reasonable. We were so happy that while Rick was there my Mom had him clean another room where he was also able to remove a spot from the carpet.Capital Carpet was on time, polite, and did great work.Highly recommend!

I have used Capital Carpet cleaning for several years.The technicians are in uniform and very professional. The carpet cleaning is outstanding, simply couldnt ask for more. I speak especially for Matt, cant say enough good things about his work. I am so happy with his service that I ask for him by name when calling to make my appointments.

They did a great job on my furniture and carpets. Jason even cleaned carpet in my back room as a gesture of goodwill in hopes that I would be a repeat customer! When was the last time a company did something that nice? :)

Carpet came out better than I expected! Nothing short of a miracle the stains came out! Matthew was great with explaining how the sanitizer works and pretreated stains and even told me how powerful the cleaning tools he used were so much better than a home steam cleaner! So disappointed after all of the positive reviews. We had our carpets in four rooms and two rugs cleaned around one week ago. The initial interaction went extremely well and the cleaning person was punctual. We had high hopes that were completely crushed when our carpets were left soaking wet, no furniture guards were put in place during the cleaning and the promise of having our rugs returned within 4 days did not happen. In fact, I had to contact the business one week after our rugs were taken to ask for them to be returned. Upon return they were not rolled back into their initial place but rather dropped off still in plastic and left for us to do the work ourselves. Overall, very unprofessional. No apology for the lack of communication or misunderstanding. Take your business elsewhere.

Ive been using Capital as my carpet cleaner for the past few years. I clean before Thanksgiving and before Easter. I just had the whole house cleaned today. Matthew did a great job! He was professional and seemed genuinely concerned about delivering GOOD COSTUMER SERVICE.

I wish I could give this place no stars..! I set up an appointment on Monday for Saturday. I got a call at 9am that my tech will be out between 1-4. I called at 3:30 to get an ETA and was told he wasn’t going to come till after 4 closer to 5. I couldn’t wait any long due to an important matter. I was told someone was going to come out the next day, Sunday, to clean my carpet. I never received a call, and I called back Sunday morning to get an ETA. I was told I would get a return call and did. The person who called me seemed not to know about my appointment.. I then received a call from the tech I spoke with the day before..! He told me he couldn’t make it because his brakes are bad! I wasted my entire weekend waiting on this company.! I ended up calling another company and they came out within two hours with no problem.! In conclusion, this company is unoraganized and inconsiderate..! I was recommend by my neighbor and will not recommend to anyone. Don’t waste your time.!!!

I originally canclled my appointment because I found another place to do it, well the other place cancelled and they still showed up which was great.
